A prosa de hoje é com Jairo Martins. Um pernambucano de Recife, graduado em Engenharia Eletrônica pelo ITA, com Pós Graduação em Marketing e Propaganda pela FAE/CDE, Curitiba e em Gestão Empresarial pela Duke University, Carolina do Norte, Estados Unidos.   Desenvolveu as suas atividades profissionais na Siemens Ltda, no Brasil, e na Siemens A.G., na Alemanha, nas áreas de Telecomunicações e Tecnologia da Informação, ocupando cargos de Diretoria, CIO, Gerência Geral e Vice-Presidência.   A partir de 1995 começou a dedicar-se ao estudo de vinhos e bebidas espirituosas, principalmente a cachaça, sobre a qual escreve artigos, profere palestras e conferências, ministra cursos e conduz degustações.   Em resumo, o nosso convidado é Engenheiro Eletrônico, Professor, Palestrante, Escritor, Comendador, Cachacista e recentemente Podcaster.
