Thank you for listening! Let me know what you think.I've spent forty episodes and nearly one solid year exploring and discussing the winding roads and pitfalls of what true alchemical healing of mind, body and spirit requires. And there was a lot to unpack in those forty episodes. But one of the most important parts of this type of deep, transformative healing is recognizing when you have reached a level or a deep understanding of where you were versus where you are now. And with that understanding, being willing and able to step back from what is often a relentless process that often takes you so far inward and get back into LIFE. Life without the constant backdrop of the transformation movement. Life without the need to process or run to a therapist for support or as a safety net. Because that life away from this movement is not only available and waiting for you, it is a necessary requirement if you have any chance whatsoever in fully integrating what you have learned and absorbed and move forward. If the ultimate goal for you is to dig deep within yourself and your psyche and uncover your true self and whatever that self requires for sustained growth and hopefully contentment, I think it's almost a mandate that eventually you have to move forward into that life without the apron strings of the transformational movement directing your every move and thought. Because if you don't allow that process to happen, you're not in a movement. You're in a cult. In this final episode of my podcast, I discuss when it's time to move forward, as well as what prevents one from doing that and what is required to effectively make that happen. I also touch on where I would love to see the personal transformational movement evolve to in the coming years as more people are drawn toward it and are looking for direction and solid guidance. As Paul wrote to the Philippians, he gave them a challenging command: “Only let your manner of life be worthy of the gospel of Christ” (1:27). To fulfill this command, they were to live in a way that demonstrated love and appreciation for what had been done for them. While many things could have been discussed as examples of this, Paul chose brotherly relationships in Christ. This study will focus on the need for Christians to get along with one another and give no place for attitudes that break the fellowship of those living worthy of the gospel. A sermon given by Greg Chandler on September 29, 2024.

Mary's faith to conceive Jesus is a great example for us of how to stretch our mind and spirit to receive the vision God has for us. When presented with the greatest calling of all time (giving birth to the messiah) instead of doubt, Mary stretched her mind beyond human understanding and simply asked – How shall this be. THE CLASS: HOW MOVE TO HEAL YOUR BODY, MIND AND SPIRIT with SOEURAYA WILSON Back in 2020 I needed a refuge. There was nowhere to go with the despair I was feeling amidst what felt like my world crumbling around me and I was feeling weaker in mind, body and spirit by the day. Everything was quite existential and I was desperate for some sense of routine, a practice or any new suggestion to help stop the awful feeling of coming out of my own skin. The Class found me or I found it. Who knows. Either way. This movement practice, somatic journey, spiritual experience, therapy session and butt kicking workout rolled into one that Taryn Toomey created provides a sanctuary for your soul and a bikini ready body. Today's conversation is with one of my all time favorite teachers of “The Class” and personal weekly go to for inspiration and motivation, Soeuraya Wilson. She is here to talk about the power of movement to heal, how to become a witness to yourself to better cope with fears and negative thought patterns. We touch on the complexities of mother-daughter relationships and stress the importance of showing up authentically in today's society and having the courage to embrace vulnerability Your Main Takeaways: 1. Finding Inner Strength: Discover the significance of movement, mindfulness, and embracing one's true self in overcoming past experiences and navigating through challenging moments. 2 Embracing Emotional Well-being: Explore the importance of allowing oneself to feel and express emotions, rather than suppressing them, as we reflect on the significance of emotional expression and the impact on personal growth. 3.The Importance of Inhabiting the Body: The Class offers a space and place to acknowledge the body as a wisdom center and emphasizes the profound impact physical practices have on spirit and mind. Packed with practical tools and suggestions to deepen your relationship to your body's wisdom, reset your nervous system and befriend yourself. Movement is medicine. A very important part of all alchemical training—in fact, a very important part of life—is developing true and complete health. It's very difficult to be mentally and spiritually attuned when your body is worn out, toxic, and tired. Having a healthy body is a somewhat complex topic and for this very reason, obesity is one of the major causes of death in the United States. According to Clinical Medicine, excess weight was responsible for more than 1300 excess deaths per day (nearly 500,000 per year) and a loss in life expectancy of nearly 2·4 years in 2016, contributing to higher excess mortality than smoking. This is crazy. If this was all there was, then this would certainly be more than enough but it's even more complex than that. Remember true alchemy is the art and science of transmutation. To take something of low value and transmute it into something of high value. So, in this episode we're going to discuss how to transmute a toxic unhealthy body into a healthy one. We'll cover a large range of topics from diet to exercise, to toxins and substances, even good sleep. We truly hope this is valuable for you and our prayer is that it lengthens your life in long and prosperous ways. Let me just state: there is so much talk in today's world about “making a difference”. If you're someone who wants to have an impact and make a difference in the world then please know, you have to be around a long time to do this—because frankly—it takes a long time to truly make a difference in the world. There is no quick fix...

In this special edition, we have a distinguished guest, Tim Doyle, who has embarked on an extraordinary spiritual voyage, delving into the intricate workings of manifestation and the interplay between our conscious and subconscious minds. Join Jayne and Tim as they delve into the depths of manifestation teachings, uncovering the extraordinary potential residing within the human psyche. Tim sheds light on the intricate relationship between the conscious and subconscious mind,, unveiling how unconscious patterns are encoded within our light body. Tim guides listeners on a transformative journey to liberate themselves from fears and untruthful beliefs hidden within the recesses of their subconscious minds. These barriers can inadvertently hinder one's manifestation capabilities, creating a holding pattern that thwarts the realization of their full potential. As an added gift, Tim introduces a potent prayer designed to dismantle subconscious beliefs that obstruct the path to manifestation. This prayer operates as a catalyst for transformation, allowing listeners to disentangle themselves from negative beliefs and embrace a mentality of plenitude and opportunity. Finally Tim gives us some new insights into the power of forgiveness. Forgiveness holds the transformative power to liberate us from the burdens of resentment and pain, fostering emotional healing and restoring inner peace. As this podcast goes to air, we are in a lot of cosmic retrograde, the light of the moon is growing with a blue full moon coming in next week, and we entered it not the sun sign of Virgo. An Earth Element, helping to ground all the many shifts, changes, and growth of summer. During these next few weeks, take some time to review your energy, clear away the old and make room for the new. Late summer can leave you feeling worn out, tired. The body is recovering from the summer and preparing for fall. If you don't work with the body to restore its energy, you may be feeling sluggish, have no energy, crave sweets, nervous eating, and resisting change. Finding time for you is the place to begin. Getting quiet and spending time within yourself and Mother Earth is key.. Noticing your connection to Mother Earth reflects the connection you have with yourself and vice versa. Are you too busy? Are you taking time for you? Are you honoring your place to create a beautiful sacred home for yourself and/or your family. Or do you keep these practices secret? Or maybe you don't even have any personal practices. Ready to connect with this part of you... learn spiritual tools and techniques....tune in to your intuition? Schedule a Spiritual Makeover Call with me and let's talk about how you can honor the sacredness within you. One of the things I've noticed about myself this summer, both kids getting married and coming back from the last trip to the Dreaming House in Teo, is that I am in a gap. That wheel of life is moving around for me. I am at a place of allowing the next phase of my life to open up… I'm dreaming a new existence. Sometimes being in this gap can feel vulnerable and even lonely. Yet one thing that has been helping besides just being outside on Mother Earth is meditation. I've added in extra time for my practice especially when I start to feel these emotions. By spending more time within myself, I am able to find an ease, an acceptance with myself. Even a greater patience to allow the journey to unfold. which is the subject on this week's show with my guest, Dr. Shai Tubali. His latest book is Complete Book of Meditation. In this episode we talk about the many ways meditation can help, a tool for self love, commitment, pausing, through your day, form, chakras, thoughts, addiction to your thoughts, and ways to discover the power of your own consciousness.

Today I interview Bob Falconer about his new book, The Others Within Us: Internal Family Systems, Porous Mind, and Spirit Possession (Great Mystery Press, 2023). Falconer's book is the result of a decade-long journey to understand a phenomenon that raises questions not only about how we, as a contemporary Western culture, understand ourselves. It's also a challenge to the limits of how we understand—the models of self and mind that we assume to be true. In The Others Within Us, Falconer offers a paradigm-shifting vision of what it means to be human and how therapists who work within the model of Internal Family Systems can help to relieve human suffering. Falconer offers both a methodology for therapists as well as an intellectual and transcultural history of the farther reaches of our inner worlds. Falconer himself is a long-time practitioner and trainer of Internal Family Systems (or IFS) and has previously co-written a book with the founder of the IFS model, Richard Schwartz, entitled Many Minds, One Self. This lecture discusses key ideas from the ancient philosopher and poet Lucretius' poem On The Nature of Things (De rerum natura), book 4, which presents an Epicurean viewpoint on a number of matters. This episode focuses specifically on his discussion about the mortality of the mind and the vital spirit, which are both composed of matter, specifically of atoms, and which perish with the body To support my ongoing work, go to my Patreon site - www.patreon.com/sadler If you'd like to make a direct contribution, you can do so here - www.paypal.me/ReasonIO - or at BuyMeACoffee - www.buymeacoffee.com/A4quYdWoM You can find over 2000 philosophy videos in my main YouTube channel - www.youtube.com/user/gbisadler Purchase Lucretius' On The Nature of Things - https://amzn.to/3QCxL7T (Amazon links are associate links. This lecture discusses key ideas from the ancient philosopher and poet Lucretius' poem On The Nature of Things (De rerum natura), book 4, which presents an Epicurean viewpoint on a number of matters. This episode focuses specifically on the discussion of what mind (animus) and spirit (anima) are composed of, according to Lucretius. This turns out to be four "elements", namely wind (aura, ventus), heat (vapor, color), air (aër), and a nameless fourth element responsible for sentience. Summary — Mary's faith to conceive Jesus is a great example for us of how to stretch our mind and spirit to receive the vision God has for us. When presented with the greatest calling of all time (giving birth to the messiah) instead of doubt, Mary stretched her mind beyond human understanding and simply asked – How shall this be.
