In this episode of The Flame: Entertainment & Sports, host Rob Cao reflects on the engagement of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce — offering heartfelt congratulations to the couple and their loved ones. Rob shares a personal note on how Taylor and Travis' relationship has been intertwined with his own podcasting journey, giving him renewed direction and confidence since resuming in 2023. As a true romantic, Rob thanks God for the chance to cover their story and highlights how this relationship feels different from the start, with Taylor being more open and expressive than ever.Rob also discusses the exciting but busy times in Taylor's world: her engagement, the New Heights appearance and album announcement, Travis' upcoming NFL season, and her album release in October.Switching to sports, Rob breaks down the Miami Dolphins' initial 53-man roster: • The disappointment of preseason standouts Derrick McClelland and Greyson Murphy not making the team, and why the decision makes sense given Miami's stacked group of pass rushers (Jaelan Phillips, Bradley Chubb, Chop Robinson, Matthew Judon). • The additions of veteran corner Rasul Douglas and 2023 second-round pick JuJu Brents to bolster the CB room. • The return of swing tackle Kendall Lamm and the huge boost of starter Austin Jackson returning to practice ahead of Week 1 vs. the Colts. • The unfortunate injury to longtime kicker Jason Sanders (out 4–5 games) and Miami's signing of Riley Patterson to fill in.It's a jam-packed mix of love, life, and football you won't want to miss.

Big O talks Miami Dolphins 082625
Leroy gives us his thoughts on Chris Grier saying that the Miami Dolphins are in a “reset” year. Then it is time to get to know our favorite producer NAMED Brittney, as we play “Why You Always lyin,” listen as the gang tries to decide which of three statements are true about her. Does she only have Taylor Swift Tattoos, was she a One Direction Fan-Fiction author, or was she platinum blonde once in her life. We then finish out this Froggy Wednesday with Michael Yo, comedian and now podcast host of Comic On Canes Podcast, as he breaks down the upcoming matchup on Sunday between the Canes and Norte Dame!
It's been over a month since the NHL announced their opening night schedule and Frogboy is still not over the back to back Champs being placed in the 5:30 slot, which then spirals into a conversation of if 100 fans from each franchise were to fight to the death for these time slots, who would be the last fan base standing? After the Dolphins kicker Jason Sanders was confirmed to be injured the Dolphins signed a new kicker til Sanders can make his return, and lets just say … it doesn't sound great! Frogboy then gives Leroy and Brittney the list of notable players in the NFL for MVP this season… they had issues with it. If Frogboy is hosting then you know games will be played, the gang plays a South Florida Sports edition of The Price is Right… and naturally it gets competitive.
We continue to react to Chris Grier's comments to the media this morning as he says that Tyreek Hill is better than ever energy and work ethic wise, do we believe that? The gang tries to break the absurd hate that Taylor Swift gets, as the excitement around her engagement to Travis Kelce continues. We then react to the Guinness World Record of the longest putt ever made, Leroy declares it pure luck!
It is a froggy Wednesday, with Tobin out we have the one and only FrogBoy stepping in as the host! The gang reacts to the cuts around the NFL as teams made the final cuts yesterday to get to their 53 man rosters. Miami Dolphins GM Chris Grier is at the podium this morning, he says to expect the Dolphins to be aggressive in the wavier wire and his comments raise many questions… like can we see a return of Christian Wilkins. We then round out the hour with an infamous frogboy segment of Day-to-Day, where we talk through celebrity birthdays and national days!
It's a Froggy Wednesday takeover with FrogBoy at the helm! The crew kicks things off reacting to NFL roster cuts and Chris Grier's comments about the Dolphins' aggressive plans on the waiver wire — could Christian Wilkins make a return? Grier also claims Tyreek Hill is better than ever, but does the gang believe him? We dive into Taylor Swift's unfair criticism amidst her engagement buzz with Travis Kelce, celebrate absurd sports feats like the longest putt ever made (Leroy calls it pure luck), and of course, Frogboy's still fuming over the NHL putting the back-to-back champs in a 5:30 slot. There's a kicker conundrum in Miami, a wild MVP list from Frogboy, and a heated round of The Price is Right: South Florida Sports Edition. Plus, things get personal in “Why You Always Lying” as we try to uncover the truth about Brittney's past. And to close it out, comedian and Comic On Canes host Michael Yo joins the show to preview Canes vs. Notre Dame this Sunday!

Big O talks Dolphins VOL 2 082425
David Furones talks Miami Dolphins & NFL 082425
It's a loaded Monday show as the NFL preseason wraps up and the Dolphins' 53-man roster starts to take shape! The guys dive into Miami's performance against the Jaguars, react to roster cuts, and hear from head coach Mike McDaniel on what goes into trimming the team. Tobin remains furious over Paul Finebaum's disrespect toward the Miami Hurricanes, officially labeling him his most hated analyst. Hour Tua takes a boozy twist as the crew is joined by Jack Daniels reps Byron Copeland and Erika for cocktails and a crash course in the distilling process—though things heat up when Byron reveals he's a Falcons fan, ruffling Leroy's feathers. Leroy hands out his Monday Gameballs and Gamebums, showing love to Tommy Fleetwood after his FedEx Cup win and handing out “bum status” to one of his go-to restaurants. As roster cuts roll in, the Tua–Tyreek “beef” rumor sparks a fiery debate between Tobin and Leroy. Tobin also drops a bombshell on the team: EuroBasket starts Wednesday… and all the games he's been hyping were just friendlies! Chaos ensues. The madness continues in Hour 4, as the guys debate Dolphins O-lineman Liam Eichenberg—Tobin wants him gone, while Leroy pleads for appreciation. They also tackle the Cleveland Browns' overloaded QB room and wonder why Dolphins owner Stephen Ross didn't make his usual preseason game appearance. The day wraps with a wild round of “Alright! Oh No!” where Tobin gets grilled for his EuroBasket deception, lashes out at Brittney over an F1 vs EuroBasket comparison, and things spiral from there.
The cuts keep rolling in from the Dolphins as they get closer to their 53 man roster! Still no major notable names. Tobin and Leroy debate about Liam Einchenberg, Tobin stands firm on his hatred for him and wants him off the team while Leroy tries to convince him to be grateful for him! What are the Cleveland Browns going to do? They have a full QB room and the guys discuss if they are going to keep 4 or trim it down. Tobin and Leroy try to make sense of why Steven Ross didn't jump on air over the weekend during the preseason game as he usually does? Trouble in paradise? We then finish this glorious Monday with our favorite Monday game Alright! Oh no! Tobin and Jfig come down hard on Tobin for his deceitfulness when it came to euro basketball, and he then lashes out at Brittney as he tries to compare F1 to his eurobasket friendlies! She was not happy…
It is hour 3 and the cuts continue to come in, as the Dolphins narrow down the list for their 53 man roster! Tobin is still very upset with Paul Finebaum's comments about the Canes, and admits he might just be his most hated analyst! A commenter stirs up a discussion about whether or not Tua and Tyreek have beef and if it will affect Hill's season. And of course Tobin and Leroy are on opposite sides of the argument! Tobin breaks the news to the gang that eurobasket starts on Wednesday, they are shocked to find out all the games he has made them listen to him go on and on were just friendlies! He of course denies any deceitfulness! We dip into the mixed bag as we hear from around the Miami Dolphins, Tua, Ollie Gordab, and Mike McDaniel!
It is Hour Tua time and the gang is joined by some Jack Daniels Representatives, we sipped on some cocktails and learned about the distilling process from Master Taster Byron Copeland and Erika! We sipped and talked about some sports, as Bryon even gets under Leroy's skin a bit admitting that he is an Atlanta Falcons fan! It is Monday so you know it is time for Leroy's Gameballs and Gamebums, he is fired up after one of his favorite golfers Tommy Fleetwood wins the FedEx Cup, and declares bum status on one of his favorite restaurants!
It's Monday, and the NFL preseason is officially over, so it is only right that the guys are talking about the Dolphins performance against the Jaguars on Saturday night! It is also time for NFL teams to make their cuts and we hear from Miami Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel on what the process for them looks like. Tobin is fired up after Paul Finebaum declares that Norte Dame is going to beat the breaks off the Miami Hurricanes this weekend, he had many choice words to say about Mr. Finebaum!

That health crisis inspired his book, The Anti-Hustler's Handbook, and a mission to help agency owners build businesses without sacrificing their lives. You'll hear Alex drop powerful mindset gems—including why most entrepreneurs chase “more” without ever defining success, the mantras he uses to beat negative self-talk, and his legendary “Secret Weapon Question” for closing sales. With the final preseason game out of the way, the Miami Dolphins began the cutdown to their initial 53-man roster on Monday. While many of the cuts that happened were players you would have expected the Dolphins to part ways with, Mike Hilton and, to a lesser extent Pharaoh Brown's releases were surprises. Can we read anything into these cuts? Who else should we expect to be released? We also received some injury updates from Mike McDaniel today, including the news that Jason Sanders is expected to miss 4-5 weeks with a hip injury that McDaniel had previously suggested was not something to be concerned about. Additionally, Jaylen Wright is expected to miss at least Week 1 and while Austin Jackson and De'Von Achane's timelines have McDaniel more optimistic about a Week 1 return, it's not a certainty that they'll be ready to go. Aaron and Josh are back to discuss all of this and more on another fun episode of THE SAME OLD DOLPHINS SHOW at DolphinsTalk.com!
