"Fear makes us selfish," and no fear more so than the fear of death. A book Wayne recently read provoked his thinking about death and how the fear of it can make people act in destructive ways. So, he and Kyle discuss the fear of death, and how Jesus came to free those who are enslaed to it. Instead of helping people find that freedom, Christianity has often added to people's anxiety about death by threatening them with the consequences that could lie behind it. How would people be in the world if they no longer feared dying, but saw it as a transformation, much like the caterpillar yielding to the chrysalis? Both expressed their hope for a future where relationships are restored and wounds are healed. W tym specjalnym, świąteczno-noworocznym odcinku nie będę opowiadać o panelach reklamowych ani strategiach lejka sprzedażowego. Zamiast tego dzielę się refleksją, którą przekazałem mojemu zespołowi podczas firmowej wigilii – o budowaniu relacji w świecie, w którym praca zdalna stała się codziennością.Opowiadam m.in. o tym:⚖️ Zasada 5:1 – dlaczego w każdym zdrowym związku (również zawodowym) potrzebujemy aż pięciu pozytywnych interakcji, aby „przykryć” jedną negatywną.

Wyobraź sobie: noc, autokar pełen pielgrzymów… i nagle ktoś orientuje się, że jedziemy pod prąd autostradą. Przez 15 minut strach ściska gardło – a jeden przeoczony znak mógł kosztować życie wielu osób.I wtedy zadałem sobie pytanie, które dziś stawiam także Tobie: czy my przypadkiem nie robimy tego samego w życiu duchowym?Czy nie ignorujemy znaków, które Bóg stawia przy naszej drodze – bo… boimy się, dokąd nas poprowadzą?W tym odcinku wracam do króla Achaza, który „udaje świętego”, ale w rzeczywistości nie chce znaku od Boga, bo wie, że musiałby zmienić decyzje.
