My guest today is Gary Rush, Gary has been a Business Coach and Neuro-strategist since 2001. He has worked with over 1200 business owners from around the world to remove the greatest chokehold on a business and that is the business owner's mindset. I had a blast during this conversation with Gary. Gary is the real deal, who is in the trenches day in and day out. Working with business owners he can easily help them achieve a 30% increase in revenue and for some businesses a significantly larger increase. He has worked with both startups and companies making 100 million in revenue or more. What separates him from other business coaches is that not only does he know the business strategies to help a business grow but more importantly he knows how to shift business owners' mindsets. That includes identifying patterns that limit the business owner's mindset and then how to resolve those mindset limitations. His proven approach to resolving mindset limitations has allowed him to achieve results that other coaches have not been able to achieve. Additionally, he is relentless in getting results because he consistently cultivates an unbeatable mindset in himself through daily rituals and taking on outrageous goals. One example of this is several years ago he participated in one of the world's toughest endurance events called Kokoro. This event replicates Navy Seal Hell Week. At age 64 the Seals did not want him to participate out of fear for his safety and once he enrolled said if he could make it 24 hours for this 3-day event that it would be a total victory. Out of the 32 very young participants he was 1 of 17 who completed the event and became the oldest to ever complete this grueling experience. Gary has been trained by some of the best performance coaches in the world like Tony Robbins, Neural Strategist Steve Linder who is also a Wall Street Legend, and Tom Stone who was featured in the movie Keeper of the Keys, along with personal development experts John Gray and Jack Canfield. To learn more about his process to upgrade a business owner's mindset which allows them to achieve at much higher levels, please contact him at coachgman1@gmail.com If you enjoy the podcast, please subscribe and leave a short review on Apple Podcasts, or wherever you listen?
