    The Data Driven Strength Podcast is truly inspiring and has provided me with new perspectives on my training. The hosts, Josh and Zac, approach their topics with intellectual humility and provide evidence-based information that has resulted in positive outcomes for me. I am grateful that they decided to create a podcast, as it has been a valuable source of informative content. The episodes are the perfect length, typically around 40-45 minutes, which allows for in-depth discussions without becoming overwhelming. I am excited to see what they have in store for future episodes.

    One of the best aspects of this podcast is the quality of the questions that Josh and Zac select. They delve deep into each topic and provide thorough explanations, leaving no stone unturned. Their knowledge and expertise shine through in every episode, making it both educational and entertaining to listen to. Additionally, they base their discussions on evidence-based research, ensuring that the information they provide is reliable and trustworthy.

    While there are many positive aspects of The Data Driven Strength Podcast, one potential drawback is their occasional promotion of white tube socks as part of "Team DDS."
