We discuss disordered eating and body image, including the red flags to watch out for. Here are a few takeaways from our important conversation:[14:40] The athletes are doing elite-level events, but they don't see themselves as elite-level athletes[24:43] Red flags include constant and consistent injuries if there's a quick or drastic body change, and overexercising[41:50] Give a new lifestyle a chance – try it for a couple of days, and decide whether you like it or not after some timeCONNECT WITH ASHLEY AND ALI:The Cheer Nutritionist: https://www.thecheernutritionist.com/Cheer Nutrionist IG: https://www.instagram.com/thecheernutritionist/  LINKS:Apply now to get CHEERFIT Certified: cheerfittraining.com/getcertifiedNot part of the SQUAD yet?
