Can reading the Bible really change my life? Can a book written so long ago have anything to offer me in today's culture? The Bible tells us four specific ways it can show up in our life. The Good Book is a series studying the Bible itself. Part 3 - WHY SHOULD I READ THE BIBLE? Ephesians 6:10-17 Reading the Bible is less about you getting THROUGH the Bible, and more about the Bible getting through YOU.Proverbs 2:3-61. The Bible is a SEED. One of the reasons you and I face so many struggles is… We want imperishable crops… but we are planting perishable SEEDS.2. The Bible is a SWORD. Ephesians 6:17Hebrews 4:123. The Bible is FOOD. Matthew 4:41 Peter 2:2Don't get caught up in what you DON'T understand… live on what you DO understand.4. The Bible is a MIRROR. James 1:23-25Others' OPINIONS about us are mirrors. Expectations from family are mirrors. CULTURE is a mirror.Check out the Simplified Bible Reading Plan - www.arrows.church/resourcesNeed Prayer?

Marc and I discuss following your passion, finding confidence through dance, and why fitness can be a good career path for former dancers and cheerleaders. Text: Matthew 22:37Summary: When I let God teach me a new way to think I will begin a new way to live.What does it mean to think?You will never have a truly changed life without letting God change the way you think.Romans 12:1–2 (NLT)And so, dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all he has done for you. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice—the kind he will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship him. 2Don't copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God's will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect. Isaiah 55:9 (ESV)For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.The goals of this series:• Learn what it means to love God with your mind.• Understand how your thinking influences your heart and what that means.• Grow to identify sources of corrupt thinking that keep me from experiencing blessing.• Understand the dangers of corrupt thinking.• Build the skill of recognizing where I need to change or adjust thinking.• To identify the areas where I am allowing the culture and values of the world to influence the way that I see and frame life.• Learn how to change the way I think about things. Establish the skill of Unlearning!• Overcoming mindsets that keep me defeated. • Establish an eternal authority as the standard for how we think, feel and act as followers of Jesus.• Learning to manage my emotions with my thinking.Matthew 22:37 (ESV)And he said to him, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.Luke 8:35 KJV Then they went out to see what was done; and came to Jesus, and found the man, out of whom the devils were departed, sitting at the feet of Jesus, clothed, and in his right mind: and they were afraid. How Can I love God with All My Mind?1. Commit to Allowing God to Change my Mind. Romans 12:1,2A- You must let him change your mind in order to be saved.Acts 20:21 (ESV). testifying both to Jews and to Greeks of repentance toward God and of faith in our Lord Jesus Christ.Mark 1:14–15 Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God, 15And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.B – Changed thinking becomes the way we know God and grow in Christ.2. Begin to Exercise your Mind for Good. Phil 4:8Philippians 4:8 (ESV)Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.• Is it True and do I know it to be true?• Is this honorable or dishonorable? Does it demonstrate dignity?• Is it just? Is it correct, good, righteous?• Is it pure? Is there a Holiness and innocence?• It is lovely? Is it friendly, agreeable, pleasing, positive• Commendable? Good report or reputation? Commendation!• Excellence? Valor, virtue, excellent character• Worthy of praise? Worthy of approval? Desired? Prized? Does it add value?3. I must commit to Learn to Live! Romans 12:1–2 (ESV)I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. 2Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.Ephesians 4:1 (ESV)I therefore, a prisoner for the Lord, urge you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling to which you have been called, (the rest of Ephesians ch 4,5, 6 tell us how to do this)Ephesians 4:17–18 (ESV)Now this I say and testify in the Lord, that you must no longer walk as the Gentiles do, in the futility of their minds. 18They are darkened in their understanding, alienated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them, due to their hardness of heart.Ephesians 4:20–24 (ESV)20But that is not the way you learned Christ!21assuming that you have heard about him and were taught in him, as the truth is in Jesus, 22to put off your old self, which belongs to your former manner of life and is corrupt through deceitful desires, 23and to be renewed in the spirit of your minds, 24and to put on the new self, created after the likeness of God in true righteousness and holiness.• Listen to Jesus teaching.• Observe Jesus life.• Imitate the ways of Jesus.Invitation:“Lord, teach me to think the new way so that I can live the new life!”• Will I open my heart to Jesus as my personal savior?• Will I Commit to Loving God with all my thinking!

For this episode of Life After Cheer, I'm joined by Angela Robbins! Angela is a consultant, CEO, and founder of Moxie Brands! Today, we discuss perfectionism, including its dangers, and Angela shares her tips for dealing with perfectionism.Here are some of our tips for you:[08:05] There is a difference between just striving for your best effort and actual, true perfectionism[19:55] You have to zoom out and think about how I can solve these problems, change the world for the better, help more people, etc.[33:07] You are strong enough, and you know what is right, so listen to yourself; listen to that inner voice within yourself - if people are giving you specific feedback, though, you may not be able to listen to yourselfCONNECT WITH ANGELA:Angela's IG: https://www.instagram.com/iamangelarobbinsNew Instagram account for future launch of courses coming fall 2023 @shotofmoxie Website:: http://moxiebrands.com/Linkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/company/moxie-brands/https://www.linkedin.com/in/angela-robbins/Facebook: www.facebook.com/iamangelarobbins www.facebook.com/shotofmoxie LINKS:Apply now to get CHEERFIT Certified: cheerfittraining.com/getcertifiedNot part of the SQUAD yet? Happy February, Everyone! Even though it is February, it is still the beginning of the year. How are your resolutions or goals going so far? No worries if you have fallen off the wagon; we all do. We need to get up, dust ourselves off and reset! Today, I'm re-airing an episode from last month that I think is something we all need to hear. (Myself included) I talk about why people's resolutions for the New Year don't work and what you can do instead of these unattainable goals. I will also update you on what is going on with me and my pregnancy! In this episode, I mention tips such as:[02:17] Why wait until January to make a new year? This is something you can and should check in on every single day[09:53] Sometimes slowing down is even more critical,and productive because it gives you the reset you need to be focused and motivated[12:33] Don't overthink things! Sometimes, you need to go for it and learn along the way.LINKS:Apply now to get CHEERFIT Certified: cheerfittraining.com/getcertifiedNot part of the SQUAD yet? Networking is a gravely important skill, and being a former cheerleader can help with networking.Here are some of my tips for you guys:[1:39] To get to where you want to be, it's not always what you know; it's who you know[6:54] What works best for me is being casual, being myself, and being genuine - for instance, keeping the emails that I write fun, casual, and light[9:52] The key is in the followups; the key is to be personal in your way; just connecting and being of service to people is going to help you stand out from everybody elseLINKS:Apply now to get CHEERFIT Certified: cheerfittraining.com/getcertifiedNot part of the SQUAD yet? In this episode of Life After Cheer, I talk with Lauri Harris, the executive director of USA Cheer, the governing body of cheer in the United States. Lauri has an extensive history within the cheering industry, starting off with doing varsity cheerleading. Together, we talk about the exciting future of cheer!Here are some things Lauri and I talk about:[8:50] If it's not fun, if you're not enjoying it, it's not gonna work out for you - you have to find something that's fun, that you're passionate about.[19:57] You don't even realize just how many real-life skills you're developing until you're in the real world.[36:19] Even once you're not cheering anymore, you're still a leader, you still have those leadership skills, you're still a part of a team - whether it's a part of a career or a relationship or friends or whatever it is.CONNECT WITH LAURI:USA Cheer: www.usacheer.orgStunt The Sport: www.stuntthesport.orgLINKS:Apply now to get CHEERFIT Certified: cheerfittraining.com/getcertifiedNot part of the SQUAD yet? Colyn and I talk about what to do when things don't go according to plan, and just how to let go and move on.Danielle Here are some tidbits I think you might want to remind yourself of:[16:41] You are surrounded by people who are motivating you and lifting you up and giving you the confidence to become the best version of yourself[22:18] Be in the moment, instead of just constantly thinking about what you can do better or what you can do more of.[36:44] You have to take the highs and the lows and that's going to teach you and help you be where you're supposed to be, so you've got to take that path and journey.CONNECT WITH COLYN:Cheer New York's Website: https://www.cheernewyork.org/ Cheer New York's IG: https://www.instagram.com/cheernewyork/ LINKS:Apply now to get CHEERFIT Certified: cheerfittraining.com/getcertifiedNot part of the SQUAD yet? In this episode of Life After Cheer, I talk with Ashley Steinberger. She's been a past guest on the podcast as well as a registered dietician + founder of The Cheer Nutritionist! Together, we talk about fitness and nutrition tips right for the new year!In this episode, Ashley and I discuss topics such as:[03:38] The biggest thing we need to remember with our new year's resolutions is that everyone goes hard when it comes to them - they make up this plan, they're going to do all of these things, but it rarely ends up being sustainable.[21:35] You are yourself, and the only person who should be evaluating your body and how you feel is you; you should be doing it for yourself[30:41] Sometimes you just have to remember that you need to listen to your body, but when you work out it really doesn't have to be an hour workout - even just a little bit can be enough.CONNECT WITH ASHLEY:The Cheer Nutritionist: https://www.thecheernutritionist.com/ Cheer Nutrionist IG: https://www.instagram.com/thecheernutritionist/ LINKS:Apply now to get CHEERFIT Certified: cheerfittraining.com/getcertifiedNot part of the SQUAD yet? Happy 2023, everyone! For the first episode of Life After Cheer of the new year, I take on yet another solo episode! I talk about why people's resolutions for the New Year don't work and what you can do instead of these, honestly, unattainable goalsIn this episode, I mention tips such as:[02:17] Why wait until January to make a new year? This is something you can and should check in on every single day[09:53] Sometimes slowing down is even more critical,and productive because it gives you the reset you need to be focused and motivated[12:33] Don't overthink things! In this week's episode of Life After Cheer, I talk with Bridget Case! Bridget is a sports journalist turned Twitch streamer who uses her platform to advocate for mental health. She's a former pro cheerleader for the NFL and the sports anchor for NBC and CBS station affiliates. Today, we crush those cheerleader stereotypes! Tune in for quite the conversation!In this episode, we talk about the following:[05:38] We're so much more than the cheerleader, so much more than the professional dancer; there are so many more layers to us as human beings.[23:31] When you're trying to get a job, be yourself - say what you want to say, don't say things that you think others want to hear.[31:41] Sometimes, when you are so focused on creating that niche, you can lose who you are, and your passion for what you are doing; more people need to say, "screw the niche. I will be me, "and that's what you're coming for.CONNECT WITH BRIDGET:Website: https://beacons.ai/bridgetcase Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/bridgetcase_/ Twitter: https://twitter.com/bridgetcase_ Tiktok: https://www.tiktok.com/@bridgetcase?lang=en LINKS:Apply now to get CHEERFIT Certified: cheerfittraining.com/getcertifiedNot part of the SQUAD yet? In this week's episode of Life After Cheer, I talk with Kate Steinberg! Kate is an influencer and former cheerleader with platforms on TikTok and Twitter! Me and Kate's discussion involves tips on staying consistent and what you can do to spark your creativity!In this episode, we talk about the following:[8:25] Sometimes, it may take throwing a hundred things at the wall, and they all might fail - but then it takes that one thing to succeed[19:22] Everyone is experiencing the same things - if you're super stressed out, you're not alone in that, as everyone goes through it no matter where you are in your journey.[30:13] Consistency is vital; whether a video hits or not, you must keep going. Hebrews – A Call to Commitment: “Priorities for Pilgrims” Hebrews 12:14-17Correct priorities are a sign of both commitment and Maturity. Four Priorities:1. Make Every Effort to Live at Peace with Everyone. Mt. 5:9 Context is found in Heb 12:3 “ Consider Him…”The gospel message will provoke opposition.Our values call into question their values.Seek peace: 1 Pet 3:10-11; Peter is quoting Psalm 34:12-14Peace is not avoidance or running away. 2. Make Every Effort to Aim at Holiness The root meaning includes both separation and difference. Holiness is not an option: 1 Cor. 6:9-11 3. Make Every Effort to Seek Grace Fall short: The idea is that of falling behind in your journey. Keep up! Heb 4:16: Look he gives us grace when we need it.We can't do it without God.2 Cor. 12:9; Grace in the midst of weakness.Bitterness is the result of not seeking grace:Dt. 29:18 “The poison.”Bitterness damages the whole community. 4. Make Every Effort to Overcome Godlessness He mentions Sexual immorality because that is the clearest symptom of selfishness. A godless person places their appetites above God.Sexual immorality is the biggest barometer Physical satisfaction meant more to him than spiritual privilege.There is a clear warning here Heb 4:1-2Don't reject the grace God has given you.Support the show (https://www.patreon.com/AnthonyMartino66?fan_landing=true)

When I say the word treasure, what comes to your mind?Perhaps you think of a chest filled with gold, precious jewels. Perhaps you think of a priceless artifact retrieved from the bottom of the ocean. Perhaps you think of a family heirloom which you greatly prize or a prized possession of a loved one which has been passed on to you. The word Treasure is synonymous with resources, riches, reserves, materials, assets, possessions. I love to watch the Antique Road Show, it is amazing the treasures people have and don't realize it. The other day I was watching, and a lady had a painting in her attic which had an estimated value of $300,000.00. We all love treasure hunting, don't we? Whether it is the prize in a box of Cracker Jacks, or a safe deposit box filled with cash, stocks, and gold we look forward to the discovery of treasure. Illustration: Al Capone's Vault Read Text:Luke 6:45 (NKJV) A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings forth evil. For out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks. 1. What is "good treasure?"We might say the good treasure is the fruit of the Holy Spirit resident in our heart. Galatians 5:22 Love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, meekness, faithfulness, goodness, self – control.2. What is "evil treasure?"Paul on several occasions lists what I'm calling "evil treasure." These are the works of sin in our flesh. They stand as the antithesis of the good treasure. Galatians 5:19-21 (NLT) When you follow the desires of your sinful nature, your lives will produce these evil results: sexual immorality, impure thoughts, eagerness for lustful pleasure, 20idolatry, participation in demonic activities, hostility, quarreling, jealousy, outbursts of anger, selfish ambition, divisions, the feeling that everyone is wrong except those in your own little group, 21envy, drunkenness, wild parties, and other kinds of sin. Let me tell you again, as I have before, that anyone living that sort of life will not inherit the Kingdom of God.3. What are the treasures of your heart?Listen to your words, they reveal the content of the heart. What do you value most… replay your conversations of the past week and you will have a clear picture of your heart's treasure. Look at your checkbook it will also give you a very clear picture of the treasures of your heart. Matthew 6:21 (NKJV) For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. I conclude today by calling each of you to do a heart check. Jesus calls us to live a Spirit filled life, to walk in the authority and power of His Word. He calls us to be overcomers not victims, to be people of faith, not fear. When we fill our heart with His treasure, we become just that, even in the midst of less than ideal circumstances. Let's get the fear and anger out. Let's stop blaming others for our “issues” and let's fill our hearts with His treasure.Col. 3:1-17 (Msg) So if you're serious about living this new resurrection life with Christ, act like it. Pursue the things over which Christ presides. 2Don't shuffle along, eyes to the ground, absorbed with the things right in front of you. Look up, and be alert to what is going on around Christ—that's where the action is. See things from his perspective.3Your old life is dead. Your new life, which is your real life—even though invisible to spectators—is with Christ in God. He is your life. 4When Christ (your real life, remember) shows up again on this earth, you'll show up, too—the real you, the glorious you. Meanwhile, be content with obscurity, like Christ.5And that means killing off everything connected with that way of death: sexual promiscuity, impurity, lust, doing whatever you feel like whenever you feel like it, and grabbing whatever attracts your fancy. That's a life shaped by things and feelings instead of by God. 6It's because of this kind of thing that God is about to explode in anger. 7It wasn't long ago that you were doing all that stuff and not knowing any better. 8But you know better now, so make sure it's all gone for good: bad temper, irritability, meanness, profanity, dirty talk.9Don't lie to one another. You're done with that old life. It's like a filthy set of ill-fitting clothes you've stripped off and put in the fire. 10Now you're dressed in a new wardrobe. Every item of your new way of life is custom-made by the Creator, with his label on it. All the old fashions are now obsolete. 11Words like Jewish and non-Jewish, religious and irreligious, insider and outsider, uncivilized and uncouth, slave and free, mean nothing. From now on everyone is defined by Christ, everyone is included in Christ.12So, chosen by God for this new life of love, dress in the wardrobe God picked out for you: compassion, kindness, humility, quiet strength, discipline. 13Be even-tempered, content with second place, quick to forgive an offense. Forgive as quickly and completely as the Master forgave you. 14And regardless of what else you put on, wear love. It's your basic, all-purpose garment. Never be without it.15Let the peace of Christ keep you in tune with each other, in step with each other. None of this going off and doing your own thing. And cultivate thankfulness. 16Let the Word of Christ—the Message—have the run of the house. Give it plenty of room in your lives. Instruct and direct one another using good common sense. And sing, sing your hearts out to God! 17Let every detail in your lives—words, actions, whatever—be done in the name of the Master, Jesus, thanking God the Father every step of the way.

Welcome to Smashed Avo property, today I’m speaking with Jyh Kao, he’s a young bloke in his thirties that has already managed to build a portfolio of 5 properties.Jyh is kind enough to walk us through what he purchased, when he purchased it, and how much for, I found his story super inspirational and it’s a perfect example of getting the portfolio mix right to keep purchasing.Once again, I was pretty taken back how Jyh had continued to add to his portfolio and it’s good to hear stories of other property investors who haven’t got caught up on their borrowing capacity.Get your Smashed Avo Property Podcast Merch now!https://teespring.com/stores/smashed-avo-property-2Don’t forget to give us a 5-Star review on iTunes!https://podcasts.apple.com/au/podcast/smashed-avo-property/id1486572396Host on Airbnb:https://www.airbnb.com.au/r/jordand14264Music: Jordan Astra | Rollers Rights https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIjbW3YkOhtqjjE2xoREp_QDISCLAIMER: No Financial, Property Buying, Legal, Taxation or Accounting AdviceThe Listener, Reader or Viewer acknowledges and agrees that:Any information provided by me is provided as general information and for general information purposes only;I have not taken the Listener, Reader or Viewers personal and financial circumstances into account when providing information;I must not and have not provided legal, financial, property buying, accounting or taxation advice to the Listener, Reader or Viewer;The information provided must be verified by the Listener, Reader or Viewer prior to the Listener, Reader or Viewer acting or relying on the information by an independent professional advisor including a legal, financial, taxation, accounting, and property buying;The information may not be suitable or applicable to the Listener, Reader or Viewer's individual circumstances;I do not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence as defined by section 9 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and we are not authorized to provide financial services to the Listener, Reader or Viewer, and we have not provided financial services to the Listener, Reader or Viewer.
Welcome to Smashed Avo property, today I’m speaking with Matt Chamberlain, he’s a 25-year-old from Newcastle who has finished a business and commerce degree, worked as an auditor, and most importantly has fallen in love with property as an investment vehicle. The one thing I appreciate most about Matt is how to open and honest he is about his income, saving habits, and the long haul it took to save enough for his first investment. I really appreciate Matt coming on and sharing his story, these are the most inspirational stories to me, young guns putting in the hard yards over multiple years to set themselves up for the rest of their lives.Get your Smashed Avo Property Podcast Merch now!https://teespring.com/stores/smashed-avo-property-2Don’t forget to give us a 5-Star review on iTunes!https://podcasts.apple.com/au/podcast/smashed-avo-property/id1486572396Host on Airbnb:https://www.airbnb.com.au/r/jordand14264Music: Jordan Astra | Rollers Rights https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIjbW3YkOhtqjjE2xoREp_QDISCLAIMER: No Financial, Property Buying, Legal, Taxation or Accounting AdviceThe Listener, Reader or Viewer acknowledges and agrees that:Any information provided by me is provided as general information and for general information purposes only;I have not taken the Listener, Reader or Viewers personal and financial circumstances into account when providing information;I must not and have not provided legal, financial, property buying, accounting or taxation advice to the Listener, Reader or Viewer;The information provided must be verified by the Listener, Reader or Viewer prior to the Listener, Reader or Viewer acting or relying on the information by an independent professional advisor including a legal, financial, taxation, accounting, and property buying;The information may not be suitable or applicable to the Listener, Reader or Viewer's individual circumstances;I do not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence as defined by section 9 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and we are not authorized to provide financial services to the Listener, Reader or Viewer, and we have not provided financial services to the Listener, Reader or Viewer.

Welcome to Smashed Avo property, today I’m speaking with Jesse Prior, he’s an 18-year-old with plenty of ambition to get onto the property ladder, today's going to be a little bit of a different podcast, as we take a step back and put ourselves in the shoes of a young go-getter who has his whole investing journey ahead of him.I’m hoping the other younger listeners that may hear stories on this podcast and feel like the investment ship has already set sail, realize that there is plenty of time and many other people in the same boat as them, I also want to understand the sentiment around what it looks like to get into the property market from the younger generation.What an insightful conversation, it really took me back to looking at the property market in different eyes, my biggest take away was Jesse saying that recent events haven’t deterred his opinions on the property market as he realizes it’s a long term play.Get your Smashed Avo Property Podcast Merch now!https://teespring.com/stores/smashed-avo-property-2Don’t forget to give us a 5-Star review on iTunes!https://podcasts.apple.com/au/podcast/smashed-avo-property/id1486572396Host on Airbnb:https://www.airbnb.com.au/r/jordand14264Music: Jordan Astra | Rollers Rights https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIjbW3YkOhtqjjE2xoREp_QDISCLAIMER: No Financial, Property Buying, Legal, Taxation or Accounting AdviceThe Listener, Reader or Viewer acknowledges and agrees that:Any information provided by me is provided as general information and for general information purposes only;I have not taken the Listener, Reader or Viewers personal and financial circumstances into account when providing information;I must not and have not provided legal, financial, property buying, accounting or taxation advice to the Listener, Reader or Viewer;The information provided must be verified by the Listener, Reader or Viewer prior to the Listener, Reader or Viewer acting or relying on the information by an independent professional advisor including a legal, financial, taxation, accounting and property buying;The information may not be suitable or applicable to the Listener, Reader or Viewer's individual circumstances;I do not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence as defined by section 9 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and we are not authorised to provide financial services to the Listener, Reader or Viewer, and we have not provided financial services to the Listener, Reader or Viewer.

Today is the Fourth of a new mini-series that I’m calling “Tips from the Experts”, my plan for this series is talk to industry professionals who have a wide range of experience, see the best and worst-case scenarios and help us make better-informed decisions when it comes to property investing. It’s all well a good to hear success stories from our generation, but because property is such a long term game, it’s also very important to hear from the experts, they have been around for a little while longer, watched multiple property cycles roll out, and give us some insights on what types of assets have performed consistently over time.Today we are very fortunate to talk to one of the big mentors of mine, Cate Bakos, Cate has an enormous background in the property space including Sales, Mortgage broking and now having her own buyers’ agency, Cate Bakos Property.Cate Is kind enough to walk us through her journey, including the transition out of a corporate job into perusing her passion in property, and with her wealth of knowledge, she shares with us some key elements to look out for when investing.What an incredible conversation, I really appreciate Cate coming on and sharing her story and insights with us, I learned a ton out of our conversation and it’s good to get validation on what to look out for when choosing our council of advisors. Welcome to Smashed Avo property, today I’m speaking with Ronald Gatbonton, he’s a 34-year-old property investor who has built a property portfolio of 3 properties since he was 30, Ronald moved to Australia from the Philippines back in 2013 and talks to us about how he was able to kick off his wealth creation journey.I loved Ronald’s story, and as he puts it day one is always better than one day and it really shows us that no matter where you come from or how old you are when you start you can still build a significant portfolio in a short amount of time if you choose your assets wisely.Get your Smashed Avo Property Podcast Merch now!https://teespring.com/stores/smashed-avo-property-2Don’t forget to give us a 5-Star review on iTunes!https://podcasts.apple.com/au/podcast/smashed-avo-property/id1486572396Host on Airbnb:https://www.airbnb.com.au/r/jordand14264Music: Jordan Astra | Rollers Rights https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIjbW3YkOhtqjjE2xoREp_QDISCLAIMER: No Financial, Property Buying, Legal, Taxation or Accounting AdviceThe Listener, Reader or Viewer acknowledges and agrees that:Any information provided by me is provided as general information and for general information purposes only;I have not taken the Listener, Reader or Viewers personal and financial circumstances into account when providing information;I must not and have not provided legal, financial, property buying, accounting or taxation advice to the Listener, Reader or Viewer;The information provided must be verified by the Listener, Reader or Viewer prior to the Listener, Reader or Viewer acting or relying on the information by an independent professional advisor including a legal, financial, taxation, accounting and property buying;The information may not be suitable or applicable to the Listener, Reader or Viewer's individual circumstances;
