In this episode I am joined by the wonderful Kelly Vikings and her partner Martin Miller. This episode was recorded during IW month and it was important for me to have a male guest on the show. I couldn't think of any better pair than Martin and Kelly, because I've seen, having worked for them myself, how supportive he is of her work and what a huge influence that has on us as women. During this discussion we cover so much great stuff including what changes need to be made to ensure men and women are treated equally, how we need to take responsibility, as a man and a women to be the change we want to see and ultimately the importance of being that role model for the younger generation of boys and girls. I really hope you enjoyed this episode and cannot wait to hear what you thought…. Martin is an NLP practitioner and Truths coach, and has been coaching for a number of years. He's run and owned various businesses. He's succeeded. He's failed. His lessons embedded within his coaching so others benefit and take them forward. Kelly is The Divine Business Mentor, speaker & writer, always speaking from her heart with immense compassion, knowing only too well, how life & business can lead to multiple setbacks & losses. This was a breath of fresh air and I thoroughly enjoyed speaking to Martin and Kelly in this episode. It is so important to get a man's perspective and talk to someone who champions women, and, in this episode, we see just that from Martin. We are making changes but are by no means where we need to be when it comes to equality. Everyone needs to take responsibility for this, including women themselves. In this episode we discuss; • Women's roles changing • How men can support women in this new world • What changes need to be made • The importance of being a role model to our younger generation • Vulnerability and being truthful about how they got to this point in their lives • Conditioned thoughts, patterned behaviour and recognising your behaviour • Self-sabotaging and the importance of connection with yourself to thrive for more Resources Kelly Vikings Best selling book 'Secrets of the Divine Business Code' Divine Feminine- Women in Business Your Divine Business Masterpiece Website Facebook Instagram Martin Miller Podcast 'Entrepreneurial Truths' FREE Facebook community LinkedIn Instagram Inspire and Connect Relaunch PARTY tickets FREE Facebook community Facebook Instagram Moments candles Website
