For some, this means relying on handwritten letters for communication, trying herbal remedies before conventional medicine, and declining treatments like lung transplants or in vitro fertilization because of cultural and religious beliefs.Update State CF Center (Syracuse, NY) Social Worker Lejla Bush, who has worked with the CF community for over a decade, shares how Amish and Mennonite families navigate CF while staying true to their traditions. Lejla Kraljević je suosnivačica i izvršna managerica kompanije Derubis iz Viteza, koja jedina u BiH proizvodi jahte i katamarane i karavane. Lejla je zajedno s mužem Denisom Kraljevićem, riječkim inovatorom i brodograditeljem, njegovo brodogradilište iz Rijeke preselila u Vitez i tamo nastavila proizvoditi njihove jahte i katamarane. U međuvremenu su, u vrijeme Covid 19 pandemije, u proljeće 2021., pokrenuli inovativnu proizvodnju karavana izrađenih u posebnoj tehnologiji odlijevanja, i proizveli su prve katamarane u svijetu u jednom dijelu, bez ikakvih dodataka, osim unutarnje opreme karavana. Romanul „Prinde iepurele” de Lana Bastašić (Black Button Books, trad. Octavia Nedelcu) are în centru povestea prieteniei dintre două tinere din Bosnia, care ajung să se reîntîlnească după 12 ani de tăcere. Una dintre ele, cea care spune povestea, Sara, a trăit în Dublin în tot acest timp, iar cealaltă, Lejla, a rămas în țara natală. Vor face împreună o călătorie la Viena, prilej de fapt să călătorească în trecut, în trecutul lor comun, în trecutul recent al Bosniei. Deși nu e în prim-plan, războiul care a măcinat Bosnia e prezent în fundal, e un fel de elefant din încăpere, e ceea ce desparte și unește personajele. Ci am vrut să scriu despre oameni. Pentru că războiul te face să nu vezi oamenii ca oameni, în primul rînd, ci să te gîndești la ei în termeni de etnie, religie, etc.”Cum ajung oameni care trăiau în bună vecinătate să se omoare între ei, așa cum s-a întîmplat în războaiele din fosta Iugoslavie?Lana Bastašić: „Nu știu dacă sînt capabilă să răspund la o întrebare atît de mare. Dar totul începe de la limbă și povești. Și începe cu propaganda dezumanizării celuilalt. Odată ce fascismul reușește să te convingă că cealaltă persoană nu e o persoană, că reprezintă mai puțin decît tine, cred că natura umană e în stare de orice. Nu cred în rău. Răul e ceva ce se întîmplă în basme. Dar cred că natura umană poate fi împinsă spre extreme în anumite circumstanțe. În același timp, ca oameni sîntem capabili de empatie și dragoste și cred că aceasta e lupta pe care trebuie să ne-o asumăm.”Povestea o spune Sara, fata șefului de poliție din Banja Luka și prietena Lejlei, al cărei frate, Armin, a dispărut într-o zi fără urmă. Așa cum au dispărut mulți alți tineri bosniaci musulmani din oraș. Aici e un ecou al traumei provocate de războaiele din fosta Iugoslavie, de genocidul și crimele de război de care au fost găsiți vinovați liderii militari sîrbi. De ce ați ales să spuneți povestea prin vocea Sarei?Lana Bastašić: „Cînd am început să mă gîndesc la această poveste, Lejla ar fi trebuit să fie personajul principal. Dar a trebuit să-mi amintesc că aceasta nu e povestea mea, pentru că nu am un nume musulman și nu am trecut prin ce au trecut acești oameni în țara mea. Deci a trebuit să-mi amintesc privilegiul meu la acel moment și a trebuit să-l includ în text. Și, de asemenea, a trebuit să-mi pun întrebarea: cine spune povestea unui război? Pentru că uneori e mult mai important să ne întrebăm cine ne spune povestea decît să ne gîndim la evenimentele care au avut loc. Piše, Sanja Podržaj, bereta Bernard Stramič in Lidija Hartman. Iva L. Novak se je kot pisateljica prvič predstavila lani z romanom Ajaccio, ponovno, v katerem spremljamo pripovedovalkino soočanje s travmo, ki jo je povzročila smrt njenih staršev v letalski nesreči 1. decembra 1981 na Korziki. Tudi drugi roman, Povej, napisala bom, se dogaja na ozadju velikega pretresa, ki pa je imel svetovne razsežnosti, to je bila pandemija virusa COVID-19. Slogovno, tematsko in formalno se avtorica ne odmakne od tega, kar je pokazala že v prvencu, vendar pa roman ne prepriča v enaki meri. »Če živiš le zato, da pišeš, kakšna ženska si potem?« se glasi vprašanje, ki ga brezimni protagonistki in pripovedovalki v enem izmed njunih nočnih pogovorov zastavi mož, imenovan samo s kratico L. Ona odgovori z novim vprašanjem: »Če živim samo za to, da sem mama, kakšna ženska sem potem?« Njen odgovor pravzaprav predstavlja osišče pripovedi. Vanjo vstopimo decembra 2021, v času karanten, odlokov in spodbud, naj ostanemo doma, kot je to storila pripovedovalka, ki se je odpovedala svojemu delu in se posvetila skrbi za predšolska otroka, sina in hčerko, medtem ko njen mož, zdravnik, dolge ure dela na intenzivnem oddelku. V primerjavi z njegovim pomembnim delom, s katerim rešuje življenja in je v samem središču dogajanja, se ji njeno življenje zdi zastalo in prazno, okrnjeno na sfero zasebnega, dolgočasno. Njena želja po udejstvovanju onkraj domačega se manifestira v pisanju, ki je zanjo nuja. Problem je le v tem, da ji primanjkuje vsebine, o kateri bi pisala. To išče v drugi ženski, ki v njeni predstavi živi bolj razgibano življenje kot ona. Lejla D. Kres je moževa bivša partnerka in ko je njen oče sprejet na oddelek diagnostično-terapevtskega servisa v UKC, ga ponovno kontaktira. Protagonistka prisluškuje pogovoru in sliši besedo želim, kar jo spodbudi k pisanju in je tudi prva beseda, ki jo zapiše: »Želja, se mi je zdelo, je najprej želja po življenju. In tam zunaj je bila ženska po imenu Lejla, ki si je v tem času dovolila želeti si. To sem hotela tudi zase. Ne vem točno, česa si je Lejla želela, tega mi L ni povedal, vem pa, da je njena želja vzbudila mojo.« Takrat se začnejo nočni pogovori med protagonistko in njenim možem, med njima pa je vedno telefon, ki snema, kar naj bi postalo meso zgodbe. Čeprav L ne želi govoriti o Lejli, so ženina vprašanja neumorna in nujna, zato so njuni pogovori pogosto polni frustracij, prek katerih se izrisuje tudi njuno kompleksno razmerje. Prizori njunih izmenjav v postelji se hitro menjavajo s prizori iz dnevnega življenja, pri čemer je v ospredju predvsem protagonistkin odnos z mamo in hčerko. Čeprav so dinamike med njimi napete, se protagonistka z njimi ne ukvarja, kot da bi zanjo predstavljale nerazrešljive vozle, Lejla pa distrakcijo, fantazijo, željo samo. Zdi se, da jo Lejla tako privlači, saj si želi napisati žensko, kakršna bi tudi sama rada bila, a ne more biti – morda prav zaradi tega, česar v odnosih do mame, hčerke, moža in nazadnje do same sebe ne more razrešiti. Zdi se, kot da se v vseh svojih vlogah počuti nezadostno in želi pred tem pobegniti v iluzijo, ki je Lejla – njene matere ni več, po njej je podedovala hišo, njenega moža pa je v nasprotju z njo, ki ga posesivno in obsedeno ljubi, držala na distanci, poleg tega ni vezana na otroke in živi svetovljansko, svobodno prehaja meje v več ozirih. Če se protagonistki dozdeva, da je njeno življenje omejeno na vlogo mame in si želi še kaj več, je Lejla tista, ki to nekaj več ima. Na ta način avtorica vzpostavi intriganten okvir, v katerem bralci pričakujemo zapletanje in razpletanje odnosov, morda ljubezenski trikotnik ali pa spremembo v protagonistki, nekakšen preboj. A to pričakovanje zvodeni, medtem ko se pred nami nizajo posnetki iz življenja protagonistke, kot bi gledali fotografije, zgodba pa ne napreduje nikamor. Na tem mestu se je težko izogniti primerjavam z avtoričinim prvencem Ajaccio, ponovno, ki je romanu Povej, napisala bom tako zelo podoben, a hkrati tako zelo drugačen. Vzporednice lahko potegnemo že na formalni ravni, saj sta oba romana napisana v kratkih odstavkih, ki preskakujejo iz enega prizora v drugega, vse pa pravzaprav spremljamo prek razmišljanja protagonistke in pripovedovalke, osredotočenost je predvsem na njenem notranjem svetu. Prav tako so v obeh romanih izpostavljeni predvsem odnosi z možem, mamo in hčerko, ki pa so v Ajacciu, ponovno bolj razdelani. Nasploh je v prvencu več zgodbe in dogajanja, medtem ko v romanu Povej, napisala bom umanjkata. Če nam je v Ajaccio, ponovno pripovedovalka plast za plastjo razkrivala preteklost svoje družine in materine fascinantne osebnosti, kar nas je priklenilo k branju z željo, da bi izvedeli še več, izvemo o Lejli D. Kres in preteklosti, ki jo je z njo imel L, le malo in še to ne vzbudi občutka skrivnosti, da bi si želeli s protagonistko kopati naprej. Povej, napisala bom, daje občutek ponovitve, tako podobni so si liki in njihovi odnosi s tistimi, ki smo jih brali že v Ajacciu, ponovno. Protagonistka goji nekakšno obsedeno ljubezen do moža, a ga kljub temu ni zmožna spustiti blizu. V odnosu do mame čuti nezadostnost, mama pa je v obeh primerih vezana na moškega, ki ji ljubezni ni zmožen vračati. Prav tako je zaznati negotovost protagonistke v vlogi matere v odnosu do hčerke. Roman Povej, napisala bom v tem smislu deluje nedomišljeno in neizvirno. Morda bi vse skupaj delovalo bolje kot kratka zgodba ali novela, saj obsega le 141 strani, ali pa bi zgodba potrebovala nekaj več dogajanja, lahko bi na primer izvedeli kaj več o skrivnostni Lejli. Skratka, zdi se, da se na koncu romana nismo premaknili s točke, na kateri smo začeli. Lahko bi se sicer spraševali, ali roman s tem ne odseva situacije, v kateri se je znašla protagonistka, omejena na dom, čakajoča na dogodek, ki bi vnesel pestrost med dneve, ki so si vse preveč podobni. Morda je res tako, a žal ob branju prevlada občutek dolgočasja, ki ga izraža tudi protagonistka. S svojim drugim romanom je Iva L. Novak vzpostavila prepoznaven slog, ki na nek način odraža njeno fotografsko pot, saj se kratki odstavki nizajo pred nami kot fotografije posameznih prizorov, ki jih izpiše v poetičnem in nekoliko zasanjanem jeziku. Vrnila se je tudi h kompleksnim tematikam odnosov, materinstva, ženskosti in iskanja identitete. Žal pa romanu Povej, napisala bom manjka nekaj mesa, ki bi potešilo bralske apetite.

In der heutigen Folge von "Lifestyle Schlank" spreche ich mit @lejla_fit über ihre Abnehmreise von 50 kg, die für sie gleichzeitig zu einer Reise zu sich selbst wurde. Lejla war schon als Kind leicht übergewichtig, was dazu führte, dass sie in der Schule massiv gemobbt wurde. Das Mobbing führte dazu, dass sie bereits mit 10 Jahren ihre erste Diät hielt und 8 kg verlor. Diese und einige weitere Kilos nimmt sie wieder zu, als sie früh schwanger wird und sich in einer toxischen Beziehung gefangen fühlt. Das erneute Mobbing, das sie durch ihren damaligen Partner erfährt, ist gleichzeitig ihre Motivation für eine radikale Veränderung. So beginnt ihre Abnehmreise bei 120 kg und wenig Selbstwertgefühl und endet bei 70 kg, einem gestärkten Selbstbewusstsein und einer gesunden Liebe zu sich selbst. Wie sie das geschafft hat, verrät Lejla im Interview. Außerdem teilt sie ein paar gute Tricks, wie man Bauchdeckenstraffungen von der Krankenkasse übernehmen lassen kann. 'Autisten zijn robots en hebben geen gevoel'. Het is een hardnekkig vooroordeel, die natuurlijk hartstikke fout is. Het is wel zo dat een hoop autisten (of mensen met autisme), het lastig vinden om emoties te herkennen. Dit heet met een moeilijk woord alexithymie. Hier hebben we het vandaag over met Sylvana van Zweeden, oprichter van het platform 'Wereld van Autisme'. Natuurlijk hebben we het naast dat ene moeilijke woord ook over autisme en sluiten we af met een aantal volg- en mediatips.

Op steeds meer belangrijke behandelplekken in de ggz wordt bezuinigd, wat leidt tot het afschalen van zorg of zelfs helemaal sluiten van instellingen. Een deel van de klinische opnames bij Scelta in Apeldoorn worden ambulant. iPsy en PsyQ in Amsterdam sluiten volledig. In deze bijzondere uitzending zoomen we in op een andere cruciale behandelplek. Ook het Centrum voor Psychotherapie in Lunteren, het CVP, heeft recentelijk aangekondigd te willen gaan sluiten. Als gevolg van financiële tekorten. De instelling van zorgaanbieder Pro Persona valt onder de specialistische ggz, waar mensen met ingewikkelde persoonlijkheidsproblematiek behandeld worden. Voor veel van hen is het CVP een laatste redmiddel. We praten met cliënten, oud cliënten, de raad van bestuur en hebben we het over wie er verantwoordelijk is voor passende zorg.

He was also UB Graduate Assistant Basketball coach.  Dr. Spera has been in private practice since 1989 and is a member of the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Association, the Sixth District Dental Society and the Broome County Dental Society. He is also a member of the International Association of Orthodontics, the BC Dental Society and the BCDS Study Club. Away from the office, he volunteers with several community organizations, including the Elks Club, the Son's of Italy, the STNY Flyers, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the Basketball Coaches Association of New York. He is the founder and president of ME Hoops Inc. Dr. Spera currently resides with his wife Angela, whom he met at Syracuse University, and their three children, Marcus, Erica, and Carla.
