Terrorhotnivån i Sverige har i över ett och ett halvt år legat på en hög nivå, fyra på den femgradiga skalan. Ett av de största hoten mot nationell säkerhet är ensamagerande gärningspersoner. Dessa individer radikaliseras ofta själva, ibland online, och psykisk ohälsa är ofta en vanlig faktor. Säkerhetspolisen har varnat för att dessa gärningspersoner utgör ett av de mest sannolika hoten idag.Vi ser att ensamagerande gärningspersoner inte bara är ett hot mot rikets säkerhet utan också en konsekvens av brister i samhällets förmåga att fånga upp unga människor som mår dåligt. Därför har vi valt att ta upp det här ämnet. Det handlar om ensamhet, radikalisering och den sköra linjen mellan att vara offer och förövare. Poddseriens titel, Ensamvargarna, är hämtad från ett uttryck som gång på gång dök upp under intervjuerna med experterna. Det visar hur djupt rotat detta begrepp är i både forskning och berättelser från överlevare.Vi hoppas att serien inte bara skapar förståelse utan också leder till att vi agerar – både som individer och som samhälle. Viktigast av allt är trots allt inte gärningspersonernas berättelser, utan offrena deras gärningar lämnar efter sig.I den här sjätte och sista delen av poddserien träffar vi Lara Rashid. Den 22 juli 2011 vaknar hon på AUFs sommarläger på ön Utöya där hon är för första gången tillsammans med sin storasyster Bano. På eftermiddagen får dom veta att det skett en enorm sprängning i centrala Oslo och bara någon timme senare börjar det skjutas på Utöya. Terroristen som skjuter heter Anders Bering Breivik och han ska den här dagen utföra en av de värsta terrorattackerna i modern tid. Breivik avlossar över 1000 skott under 72 minuter på den lilla ön. Lara överlever men det gör inte hennes syster Bano. Bilder av döda ungdomar, tonåringar som försöker simma för sitt liv eller dom som klamrar sig fast vid en bergvägg har etsats sig fast för alltid. El Gobierno de Uruguay felicitó este martes a Líbano por la reciente elección de Joseph Aoun como nuevo presidente e hizo votos para que ese “importante paso” represente “el inicio de un proceso de fortalecimiento institucional”, según un comunicado del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores.

António Guterres se reúne com autoridades nacionais e Missão de Paz das Nações Unidas; ele ressaltou trajetória positiva no país, com eleição do presidente Joseph Aoun e nomeação do primeiro-ministro Nawaf Salam; Conselho de Segurança debateu fortalecimento institucional da nação árabe e efeitos do cessar-fogo com Israel. 

Líbano salió de 807 días de limbo presidencial. El comandante del ejército, el general Joseph Aoun, recibió el apoyo de 99 de los 128 diputados que votaron en la Cámara. En entrevista con Radio Francia Internacional, Said Chaya, director del Centro de Estudios de Medio Oriente de la Universidad Austral (Argentina) habla de los desafíos para el nuevo presidente de un país en quiebra que hay que reconstruir en medio de una región en plena ebullición. El general Aoun tendrá que extender el consenso que hubo en torno a su figura y lograr nombrar un primer ministro de confesión sunita al gusto de todos. La crisis económica, agravada por la ofensiva militar israelí, será otro de los grandes retos para del presidente libanés. La libra libanesa ha alcanzado 89.000 libras por dólar y los colapsos de los servicios públicos han sumido al país del Cedro en una crisis humanitaria.RFI: ¿Qué hizo que se superaran los escollos de esta elección paralizada durante casi tres años?Said Chaya: El Líbano que quedó sin presidente en octubre de 2022 es un Líbano muy distinto a este de enero de 2025. En primer lugar, la aparición de la problemática de seguridad fortaleció la posibilidad de la elección de un presidente militar. Por otro lado, la debilidad manifiesta de Hezbolá, que ya estaba en una posición de debilidad, pero después de la guerra en Gaza quedó claro que no estaba en condiciones de imponer ningún tipo de candidato. Luego está el escenario de Siria que termina por sepultar las intenciones de imponer un candidato pro sirio en el país. La situación cambió radicalmente. Y el escenario regional moldea fuertemente las políticas domésticas en el Líbano.RFI: Tradicionalmente, el presidente en Líbano procede de la comunidad cristiana maronita. Pero, en este caso las luchas de poder internas y las presiones externas bloquearon el proceso electoral. Por un lado, el movimiento político militar chiita Hezbolá en dúo con Amal, el partido chiita más grande en el Parlamento, veían al general Aoun demasiado alineado con Occidente. Por otro lado, Estados Unidos y Arabia Saudita, presionaron en favor de su elección, enviando incluso a sus representantes que llevaron a cabo intensas reuniones con los diferentes bloques parlamentarios. ¿Cuál es el interés de estas dos potencias extranjeras?Said Chaya: Bien, no nos olvidemos que el Líbano está envuelto en una crisis financiera muy grave. El apoyo de estos dos países es fundamental. En primer lugar, para poder resolver la problemática económica que el país atraviesa, por lo menos, desde el año 2019. En segundo lugar, el hecho de que haya ganado un candidato favorable a la posición estadounidense ayuda a entender que es posible que no se repitan los ataques de Israel como los que vimos contra el territorio libanés. O sea, implica un compromiso por parte de Estados Unidos en esa dirección. Entonces diría, por un lado, el factor de seguridad y por otro, que me parece muy relevante, es el hecho de que se abran varias canillas de tipo económico.RFI: El general Aoun no sólo recibió el apoyo de Estados Unidos y Arabia Saudita, sino que también catalizó a diversos sectores de la política interna. ¿Quién es este militar sin experiencia política que logró el consenso de tan diversos intereses políticos?Said Chaya: Es un general relativamente joven, de 60 años, proveniente de una familia de clase trabajadora de Beirut. Por lo tanto, alejado del concepto tradicional de las familias de la élite que suelen ocupar la presidencia del Líbano. Es un tipo con gran experiencia conduciendo las Fuerzas Armadas que en el Líbano son un factor de gran prestigio. Las Fuerzas Armadas son percibidas como un factor de neutralidad, como un espacio seguro. Por lo tanto, Aoun está en una buena posición, mucho más en un momento de debilidad de sus adversarios que querían imponer otro candidato, para poder llevar adelante empresas necesarias en el país. Creo que la primera empresa va a ser generar consenso en torno a un primer ministro de la comunidad sunita que pueda formar gobierno rápidamente y dejar atrás este vacío.  RFI: ¿Qué otros escollos va a encontrar este general sentado en el Palacio de Baabda dentro de un sistema político basado en el confesionalismo?Said Chaya: Los dos principales desafíos que va a encontrar son, por un lado, la necesidad de una nueva normativa económica, de un ordenamiento económico general del país y, en segundo lugar, balancear en una región que está en plena evolución. Lo hemos visto con las nuevas ambiciones de Turquía, las situaciones que están emergiendo en Siria, la voluntad de Israel de expandir su zona de seguridad claramente expresada en el Líbano, en Siria y, por supuesto, en la tragedia que ha sido Gaza. Y en una comunidad donde Irán ha perdido fuerte protagonismo y Hezbolá se ha debilitado. Además, hay un país que se debe reconstruir después de dos meses de ataques israelíes que han destruido una parte importante de la capital libanesa.
