Nottingham Forest captain Joe Worrall was left furious after the closing of the January transfer window, as the player had his heart set on a move to almost relegated rivals Sheffield. Worrall was linked with numerous clubs during the last month, but no club was willing to place a solid cash offer for the defender, and with Forest not interested in a loan deal, the club captain has been left to look back in anger at not being able to secure a transfer. However with the Turkish transfer window still being open, there is still a potential exit route for Worrall, but would he be interested in a move abroad? One player that is happy to move to Turkey for the second half of the season is Serge Aurier, who has completed is permanent move to Galatasaray for a minimal fee of £80,000. We also have a round up of all the latest Nottingham Forest news, including a story about former Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea rejecting a move to the City Ground. But let us know your thoughts on the Worrall and Aurier situations and don't forget to LIKE and SUBSCRIBE to Forest Fan TV. #nffc #nottinghamforest #transfernews Learn more about your ad choices. When it comes to Nottingham Forest players leaving the City Ground this January transfer window, the most talked about has to be Orel Mangala, with a number of European club showing major interest in the Belgium international, but none have been able to offer the money Forest are looking for. But today French club Lyon have made a firm cash bid of £30 million for the midfielder, with only 2 days left before the window closes, will this be enough to persuade Forest to sell? With the potential sale of Mangala, it looks like Forest are already trying to line up replacements for the midfielder, with news breaking today that the club could be interested in exciting Argentinian youngest Carlos Alcaraz. Alcaraz would plays in the Championship for Southampton, is a 21 year old attacking midfielder, not a like for like replacement for Mangala, but could be a very interesting signings if Forest can pull this one off. We also have a round up of all the other transfer news breaking today, including talk of a Scott McKenna exit being close and Aurier potential exit from the City Ground. Manchester United are coming into the fixture on the back of defeat to Spurs in the #premierleague, and a not so impressive win at home to Wolves. So with these results in mind, could this be the best time to take on Man Utd, and potentially come out of Old Trafford with a result. Nottingham Forest #nffc look set to complete their 4th signing of this summer transfer window, with world cup winning right back Gonzalo Montiel heading to Nottingham today to complete his medical and sign his contract. The deal with #sevilla looks set to be a loan with a obligation to buy for around the £10 million mark, the reason for this could be to bypass FFP rules, as we all know Nottingham Forest have concerns over FFP this summer and pushing the transfer into next year helps balance the books. Montiel is a experienced right back, with champions league games under his belt, and of course good experience on the international level with Argentina. Could the arrival of Montiel see the the departure of Serge Aurier, with reports coming out today that the Saudi League is interested making a bid for the Ivory Coast International, so would you see this as an upgrade in the right back position, or would you be sad to see Aurier leave? Let us know in the comments below. In other news we have to mentioned yet again, Dean Henderson, as #manutd look set to complete the signing of backup keeper, this frees up space for Henderson to be allowed to leave. But with Crystal Palace now leading the race for Hendo, Forest might miss out on their number one goalkeeper target. We do have news of outgoings today aswell, with out of favour midfielder Jonjo Shelvey being linked to Leeds United today. The English midfielder has not featured in Steve Coopers plans this season so far, and a move away looks likely before the transfer window closes. We also have a round up of all the other transfer news today, so let us know your thoughts on todays talking points, plus dont forget to LIKE and SUBSCRIBE to Forest Fan TV!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

HEY HELLO! Kali ini kita membahas kedatangan Tuchel yang hadir pertama kali cuma banyak passingnya aja belum berhasil cetak gol dan juga United yang dibawah berhasil mengalahkan United yang gagal keatas klasemen. Ya sama bahas Spurs marahin Aurier sih dah gitu aja. Selamat mendengarkan, ya!
It was a big fixture that brought nothing but big disappointment...again. One team dominated possession and the other waited for the break. Mane, Firmino and Salah looked anything but deadly, while Pogba and Fernandes had the best chances of the game to end Liverpool's impressive home record, but the mammoth in goals called Alisson thought otherwise. In the end, Liverpool and Man Utd landed up sharing the spoils. Chelsea huffed and puffed against a 10 man Fulham until Lampard's son - Mount - proved to be the difference giving the blues a much needed 3 points at the Cottage. Spurs weren't messing around as Mourinho's men put the blades to their sword with a comfortable 3-1 victory, courtesy of Kane, Aurier and Ndombele...with the latter really beginning to stake his influence in the squad! Stone's and Dias continue to be a stalwart partnership as Man City won their 5th Premier League game in a row. Capitalising on Crystal Place's errors, they waltzed to a comfortable 4-0 victory - no surprise then, that the bookies have them as odds on favourite's to claim the title. However, are they really though? Lastly, Arsenal strolled to a 3-0 win over a limp Newcastle, making it 4 wins from their last 5 games for Arteta's men. The young guns - Smith-Rowe and Saka - produced the goods again, but the best part was Aubameyang finally hitting the back of the net, twice! Will this be the key to open a potential goal-scoring flood gate for the gunners? Newcastle on the other hand, were uninspired and directionless under Steve Bruce, how much longer will the Toon faithful have to endure witnessing what some say is closer to torture than entertainment...only Mike Ashley will know. Merry Christmas, ya filthy animals! Rebecca & Alex are back to hopefully bring some Xmas cheer as we catch up on the last few weeks of football action, with plenty of wild tangents and analogies along the way! We start with the sad news of former Liverpool manager Gerard Houllier's passing at the age of 73, discussing how beloved he was in the game, how he brought a winning mentality back to Liverpool, and built the foundations for their success for the next two decades. Current Liverpool are flying; maybe it's not quite the crisis that the pundits wanted us to believe, with some incredible performances against Crystal Palace and Tottenham, with particular love from us for Bobby Firmino, Curtis Jones, Gini Wijnaldum and Jordan Henderson. Tottenham's title challenge meanwhile has taken a significant hit in the last two games, with those losses to Liverpool and Leicester City. We discuss what their chances are realistically, whether Mourinho fully trusts his squad, and fume about some of Harry Kane's latest antics. It's been an up and down few weeks for Frank Lampard's Chelsea with their inconsistency still a strange situation given the strength of the squad. We focus on the impressive Thiago Silva, the less impressive Kai Havertz, and ask whether we should be worried about Timo Werner's lack of goals. And there's also plenty of chat about Arteta's Arsenal not quite living up to our expectations, the consistently baffling Manchester United, Scott McTominay as the Gini Wijnaldum of Scotland, and why PSG might have sacked Thomas Tuchel (let's just say, it's probably not to do with the results). Plus, Noah's Twitter takeover, sport shop sexism, Klopp vs Wilder continues, Chelsea's hallmark, Aurier reverts to classic mode, 'Van der Boop', when shithousery goes too far, why you should never tell Patrice Evra anything in confidence, Tories in the building, porky gin, toddlers with knives, floaties in the pool, extensive sandwich descriptions, deep fat fryer speakers, hosting The Price is Right, 'trombelise', and Mouse in the House 2: the Return of Ratatouille. **Please take the time to rate and review us on iTunes or wherever you get your podcasts, as it makes it easier for other potential listeners to find us. Dissecting the Liverpool defeat, are we still title challengers? A way back for Dele? And an Aurier love-train
Liverpool 2-1 Tottenham... This one is for Mike to cover.... I thought Spurs were great. I thought Aurier was great. I thought Spurs could have won but Liverpool did. Happens. Draw was fair, Win was deserved. Liverpool are fucking good and I hate them for it. Sheffield United 2-3 Manchester United. Henderson gets his first start and shits the bed giving up a goal early. United scored good goals. And won. Rashford, Martial get off the mark and Pogba does it will. Just have those moments - because they are talented, but still don't control games. They did what they were supposed to do. Sheffield are a disaster and they are fucked. They have 1 point and fought for their goals. Wolves 2-1 Chelsea Tepid performance from Chelsea, losing two on the bounce. Got hit on the counter. Went up via Giroud, but then huffed and puffed. Wolves as they do, grow into the game. Podence with the first then Neto at the death as Chelsea were pushing.... Sometimes you have to take your point and know its not your day. Its a marker showing Chelsea aren't ready mentality wise. Big for Wolves... Playing a different way hoping for Jimenez to return. Man City 1-1 West Brom What the actual fuck. More boring City unable to create anything. Had decent chances I suppose and were up a goal. Looked like they might see it out, but then gave up a scruffy goal.... Huffed and puffed and West Brom were up to the challenge. City dropping points to West Brom is bad, but the performance and the problems with finishing reared their head again... City could have won late with 2 point blank shots that he keeper saved... two more points DROPPED but unbeaten. Arsenal 1-1 Southampton Arsenal very poor again. Walcott scored early on a turn over and a lovely chip over Leno. Southampton looked like the slick passing outfit and Arsenal of old. Auba got off the mark due to the work of Saka who was the only player fighting. Gabrial sent off with two quick yellows in the middle of the second half. Rest of the game was full of defensive fight. But Arsenal are still winless in 5 at the Emirates... the wolves at bay for now... but its not great at Arsenal. And more! ------------------------------------- Crap football, crap pundit - Since 1894, providing amateur, crap football punditry with a severe Manchester City bias. I don't hate your team, I just hate you. I'm middle aged, I'm American, I never played football (or soccer for that matter) and I may not have actually watched your team play, but I'll talk about it anyway. Me, Mac, Mark are all here to talk the North london derby win, Coach Ledley and his effect, Sissoko, Aurier, Kane and Son (obviously) and looking ahead to the next two games.
The north London derby shows how badly Arteta needs to revamp the squad. The Arsenal mid field have been completely inept to showcase any creativity prowess which made Tottenham's job pretty easy cause all they had to do is to stop the attack from the overloaded wings. Aubameyang failed to do anything in this match as well which might be more than a threat for Arteta as he was his only option for him. Willian raising questions on his performance too. Can Arteta come up with a new plan for the team? or is he going to pave the way for Sarri who is most likely to replace Arteta at the Emirates stadium. Basic understanding of the Arsenal game play; 3-4-3 formation with 2 Defensive midfielders (Xhaka and Partey), overloading the wings with Tierny and Belerin. Saka goes extreme left playing more as a LWF which makes Aubameyang move near penalty box and create chances. Lacazette's position doesn't really matter as he is not a threat to the opponent defense anyway. With this strategy, Attack from the middle becomes an utopia which makes the opponent's job pretty easy. For example, in the north London derby, Bergwijn, Aurier, and Sissoko moved left to stop Tierny and Saka, with a 2 vs 3 position , it was impossible for Arsenal to create anything from there. And hence, Arsenal needs a new strategy Instagram - https://instagram.com/epl_classic?igshid=1nl7ju5ycf59h EPL CLASSIC STORE - https://www.bonfire.com/store/epl-classic-store/
