Bayern Munich is on break, but that certainly does not mean that things have slowed down. From Germany reconvening under Hansi Flick to COVID-19 exposures to multiple injuries to German players to Leon Goretzka getting kicked in the face, there has been a lot going.  Here is what we have on tap for this episode:  A glance at how Bayern Munich closed out SC Freiburg before hitting the break, including some concerns about the offensive spacing.  A quick look at Germany's week at training camp under Hansi Flick.  The rumors that Chelsea FC could be making a player for Karim Adeyemi, while FC Barcelona could try to bring in Timo Werner.  As always, we love your feedback and appreciate all the support! We shoot, we miss, we win.

Bayern Munich have completed another week of football which saw the team beat SpVgg Greuther Furth 3-1 (and nothing else, because the Bundesliga schedule isn't hell-bent on murdering players). There were some interesting stories which broke during the week, including a series of leaked messages involving Niklas Sule and his agent, plus the news that Timo Werner WAS indeed supposed to join the Bavarians at some point. Plenty to talk about.  In this episode, Ineednoname and Schnitzel01 discuss: Mandatory pre-pod Arsenal banter.  Is Benjamin Pavard good enough for Bayern Munich? What are the alternatives to playing him?  What Niklas Sule's leaked WhatsApp messages mean for his standing within the club.  Bullying Sule for his choice of clubs in the Premier League (Tottenham? Seriously?) Whether the failed Timo Werner transfer confirms the presence of division in the club.  A surprising plot twist near the end of the podcast.  A preview of next week's potential topic.  As always, thanks for your support and let us know what you think! What a week it was for Bayern Munich players during this international break. There were plenty of wins and goals and perhaps an injury or two, but we've all made it to the weekend once again. Get ready for the next few days with Chuck....and JAKE! After weeks of promising to bring in a guest, Jake hopped on to give his takes on several pertinent topics. Here is what we have on tap: A quick look at the re-energized Germany squad and what this means under Hansi Flick moving forward. A discussion on the rumors linking Bayern Munich to both RB Leipzig's Konrad Laimer and Chelsea FC's Timo Werner. Henry Hill once again hosts, but this time finds Zac Djellab and Michael McCubbin sitting alongside him. This week, they go through all 20 Premier League teams and take a look at their primary striking options, and give them a good old rank. Who's elite? How good do you have to be if you want to be knocking on the door instead of just a solid marksman? And who do we want to send back to the Championship? Some are no-brainers, like Harry Kane, Cristiano Ronaldo and Romelu Lukaku, but where does Timo Werner fit in? Is Jamie Vardy still elite? Just how good is Michail Antonio these days? And then there's the harder decisions - we all love Danny Welbeck, but is he good enough? If they're a Premier League striker, we talk about them here. Probably. Enjoy!

A quick meltdown over Bayern's injuries.  Talking about Mario Mandzukic's career and Bayern legacy.  Bayern alumni Mark van Bommel's Wolfsburg team — including their chances in the Champions League! With Germany winning against Liechtenstein, Hansi Flick is off to a strong start in his stint as the national team coach. Now, the Germans are set to host Armenia, who currently sit at the top of Group J. With Bayern Munich captain Manuel Neuer set to return for this one, we hope to see Hansi continue experimenting with his lineup to find the right combination before the next World Cup.  Here are the talking points before the game: How missing Thomas Muller hurts Germany right now.  The search for a striker and why the false 9 system is a stopgap.  Hansi out to prove that Timo Werner and Kai Havertz should've been signed by Bayern.  Why Robin Gosens could be replaced on the lineup.  Some experiments to look forward to.  As always, we love your feedback and appreciate all the support!
