KEEP DA BASS ROLLIN` vol 11 - Dj Ransome DJ Ransome is a Producer/DJ that has had previous success in UK Hard Dance and is now making waves in the Drum & Bass scene. The change into writing and DJing Drum & Bass music happened in 2013. You could fit DJ Ransome's style of Drum & Bass mainly into the chilled, rolling side of the spectrum. Early DnB releases were the "High Rollers EP" on 'Everything Bass' and the jazzy inspired track "Love In The Sun" being released on Colossus' label 'Rush Records'. 'Silver Lights on the Horizon' was a 4 track EP released on Rush Records in 2015 that gained support from artists such as Camo & Krooked, Technimatic, SPY. This success sparked further releases on various different labels including Figment Records & Inna Rhythm in the same year. Since then DJ Ransome has been pushing his music capabilities and has achieved a whole back catalogue of releases across multiple labels such as Default Recordings, Inna Rhythm, Formation Records, Deconstructed and more. There is more to come from Ransome's studio. DJing wise, you can catch DJ Ransome's weekly show "In The Mix" live every Thursday on DNBRadio. With gaining support & recognition from other DJs and producers, DJ Ransome is becoming a familiar name to see and hear in the world of Drum & Bass music. Between the two of them they have been releasing both Vinyl, CD’s, & Digital Downloads on numerous labels worldwide since 1994. Panda presents Rollz. The young new talent from Leicester has been shaking up the Drum & Bass scene for the past year. His debut track "Voice of the Mysterons" was supported heavily by Grooverider on BBC Radio One, as well as his track "Plugged In" which Zane Lowe marked as one of the best tunes of the year. Panda presents Rollz. The young new talent from Leicester has been shaking up the Drum & Bass scene for the past year. His debut track "Voice of the Mysterons" was supported heavily by Grooverider on BBC Radio One, as well as his track "Plugged In" which Zane Lowe marked as one of the best tunes of the year. From there it quickly led to an exclusive artist signing to the illustrious Formation Records. His music reminds of the late jump up sound with a lot of sophistication added to it. As new members of the Grid Recordings label, they are currently flying around the world to play at the biggest Drum N Bass clubs and festivals. During the course of 2004 they released an album on Prosvet Records, a Russian label, called MF Project No Limits'. The album was mostly jump up tunes but also consisted of liquid funk and a few experimental tracks and was well received by the drum and bass audience and critics, gaining the MF team further recognition. Then in 2005 they released again on an experimental label called Exegene Records. In recognition of their up-coming talent, UK drum and bass pioneer and label boss of the mighty Formation Records, Dj SS began keeping a close eye on their music and progress. It was their track My Feeling that finally got released on the Formation powered imprint World Of Drum'n'Bass Records catapulting the trios music further towards the mainstream of drum and bass music. Not content at reaching this goal, quickly followed a release on Formations sister label New Identity, proving their value as international drum and bass artists.
