Czabe welcomes PAUL CHARCHIAN, who needs advice on how to teach his non-golfing wife how to golf. Even though he sucks too! Advice for moving to a "warm Christmas" state. Czabe enjoys a Power Lunch at the Palm in Tysons Corner, VA with "Mr. X" and Steve Buckhantz. The origin of the "Good Better Best" chant by Ben Johnson. Dolph sings "Bear Down." Charch meanwhile laments the fact that he doesn't own a $120,000 personal flying quadcopter. QE is coming back — and President Trump isn't happy about Peter Schiff saying it out loud. After Schiff's Fox interview, Trump fired off a Truth Social post attacking him… but the math doesn't lie. He argues that the return of QE is a clear signal that politicians, particularly Trump, are unable to fund their ambitious agendas without relying on monetary expansion. As markets begin to react to this reality, Schiff highlights the unraveling of the "Everything Bubble" and the inevitable departure from affordability that follows. With keen insight, he exposes the truths that politicians refuse to acknowledge, emphasizing that the consequences of QE will impact everyday Americans. Pete Golding has had his hands full the last two weeks.Golding took over for Lane Kiffin, who left for LSU. As a result, he's been tasked with preparing Ole Miss for the College Football Playoff, all while recruiting, building out his staff and preparing for the transfer portal opening in January. Golding will eventually have to find long-term solutions for wide receivers coach, tight ends coach, linebackers coach and likely running backs coach — assuming Kevin Smith, as expected, leaves following the playoff run. Bradley Sowell, though, agrees with Golding's approach, which is focusing exclusively on the title run. In one of the most improbable coaching feats in sports history, Curt Cignetti has lifted Indiana football to a level that defies belief. Czabe welcomes ANDY POLLIN and his IU grad JEREMY POLLIN to discuss the miracle witnessed on Saturday night. Also, the Field of 12 is set. There are problems all around. And now Notre Dame is throwing a hissy fit. Whatever. The Commanders get demolished in MInnesota, and Jayden Daniels is hurt again. What are we doing here? Plus Czabe reads a letter from a ghost of Redskins past, that he had buried in a box of memorabilia in the basement. MORE . . . Brett ‘Stats' Norsworthy of the Ole Miss Radio Network has always been reluctant of first-time head coaches in the SEC. There's a difference with Pete Golding, the third-year Rebel defensive coordinator, who's taken over for Lane Kiffin as Ole Miss head coach. Kiffin left the No. 6 and 11-1 Rebels for SEC rival LSU.Our Sponsors:* Check out FRE and use my code LISTEN20 for a great deal: https://frepouch.com* Check out Underdog Fantasy and use my code CHAMPIONS for a great deal: https://underdogfantasy.comAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy
Few, if any, know new Ole Miss head coach Pete Golding better than John Cox. The pair have been friends since Golding was 18-years-old. Cox was with Golding at Delta State. He was a sounding board if Golding needed it during one of the most chaotic coaching exits in college football history. Suffice to say, Golding has Cox's full support and belief. The No. 6-ranked Rebels (11-1) are off this week but return to practice on Monday to prepare for the postseason. Czabe welcomes STEVE BUCKHANTZ and CHRIS KNOCHE to the Palm in Tysons for a Power Lunch. They discuss issues like "how powerful really is" agent Jimmy Sexton? And is Nick Saban just the unlikable slimy prick you thought of him before all the winning? Or is Czabe too damn naive to even think otherwise? Knoche talks about the Players Era Invitational in Vegas. Buckhantz hopes his JMU Dukes somehow get a miracle berth in the CFP. Laying the sod over a kick. The Thunder's Doomsday Machine. Ole Miss football general manager Billy Glasscock followed Lane Kiffin to LSU. The Rebels have interest in a reunion with Austin Thomas, among others. However, for the time being, they've had to make it work with the people actually in the building, including a shift in focus for Matt McLaughlin. McLaughlin serves as Ole Miss senior associate athletics director for strategy and cap management. He and Walker Jones, who heads up the Grove Collective, have taken up temporary offices at the Manning Center to lead the roster-building efforts in lieu of an interim general manager. Ole Miss signed 17 2026 recruits on Wednesday, the first of the Early Signing Period. The Rebels have room to add, too — then comes the NCAA Transfer Portal in January.McLaughlin joined the Ole Miss Spirit's Ben Garrett for a ‘Talk of Champions' podcast to discuss. He also touched on current-roster retention and much, much more. ToC is powered by RiverLand Roofing. Call or text them today at 662-644-4297. Czabe welcomes PAUL CHARCHIAN to the show and they get deep into the nerd weeds on the state of video games. Charch also introduces Czabe to "RiffTrax" and his world is not quite the same anymore. "There's so much room for activities!" The Vikings Max Brosmer should have been told to surrender his helmet and jersey on the spot. Plus they aren't any good at trading lately either. The Patriots have hit the quick rebuild. Jaxson Dart has a shiny necklace (though it's fake I found out!) and a real idiot's attitude toward getting killed on the NFL football field. Good luck, pretty boy. The league will chew you up and spit you out in no time playing like that. Czabe welcomes ANDY POLLIN to chop up an otherwise dud of a Sunday in the NFL Week 13, with the end for Aaron Charles Rodgers looking more and more in sight than ever, as the Bills destroy him and the Steelers in Pittsburgh. Lane Kiffin bolts for LSU, in one of the least suprising moves ever. But good for Ol' Miss to have some balls and tell him to "get out!"
