Welcome, this week's guest Himanish Goel! Himanish Goel is a student at VCU graduating in August and has a personal interest of helping folks understand how spirituality and meditation can make a huge difference within their life. We talk about meditation and energy for a little bit and then transition to talking about leaving a legacy.
