Hécate Brimo é um epíteto (um título ou qualidade) da deusa grega Hécate. Bienvenidos a un nuevo episodio de Potencia Pro, el podcast donde hablamos de WordPress, inteligencia artificial, plugins, negocios online y de cualquier cosa que se nos ocurra mientras Mariano y yo intentamos mantener la compostura. En este capítulo nos hemos metido de lleno en uno de los temas que más están preguntando ahora mismo los clientes: cómo hacer que una IA recomiende tu negocio. Porque sí, ya no basta con salir en Google. Ahora la gente pregunta directamente a ChatGPT, Gemini o Perplexity cosas como: “¿Cuál es la mejor empresa de diseño web en Sevilla?” “¿Qué podcast de WordPress merece la pena?” “¿Qué profesional recomiendas para crear una tienda online?” Y claro, si la IA no sabe que existes… estás fuera del juego. ¿Qué es eso del GEO? Hace unos años todo era SEO. Posicionar en Google y listo. Ahora aparece el concepto GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), que básicamente consiste en optimizar tus contenidos para que las inteligencias artificiales te lean, te entiendan y te recomienden. La IA funciona leyendo cantidades absurdas de información de internet. Webs, artículos, perfiles, foros, redes sociales, documentación… absolutamente todo lo que pueda rastrear. Así que la pregunta importante ya no es solo: “¿Estoy bien posicionado en Google?” Ahora también es: “¿La IA sabe quién soy?” Cómo saber si apareces en la IA La forma más sencilla es preguntándole directamente. Por ejemplo: “¿Cuáles son los mejores podcasts de WordPress en español?” “¿Qué empresas de desarrollo web recomiendas en Dos Hermanas?” “¿Quién es Miguel Ángel Terrón?” Y aquí empieza la diversión. Porque hicimos pruebas en directo y descubrimos varias cosas: Algunas IA recomiendan proyectos que ya ni existen. Otras mezclan información antigua. Y algunas directamente tienen un gusto cuestionable para decidir quién es “el podcaster más guapo”. No diremos nombres… pero ChatGPT nos cayó bastante mejor que Gemini ese día. La IA recuerda cosas… incluso cuando las borras Aquí viene una parte importante. Antes tú cambiabas un teléfono en la web y listo. Google acababa actualizándolo. Ahora la IA puede haberse quedado con el dato antiguo para siempre porque ya lo leyó una vez. Eso significa que: Hay que cuidar muchísimo la información publicada. Conviene mantener datos consistentes. Y es más importante que nunca revisar perfiles antiguos, directorios y redes sociales. Internet ya no olvida. Pero la IA menos todavía. Cómo optimizar tu web para aparecer en ChatGPT y Gemini Aquí van algunas de las claves que comentamos en el episodio. 1. Escribe en formato pregunta-respuesta A la IA le encantan las preguntas. En lugar de escribir: “Somos una empresa de diseño web.” Prueba algo tipo: ¿Qué servicios de diseño web ofrecemos? Y debajo respondes de forma clara y directa. Esto ayuda muchísimo a que la IA entienda el contenido y lo reutilice en respuestas. 2. Usa encabezados que parezcan búsquedas reales En vez de títulos genéricos como: Servicios Nosotros Contacto Haz cosas más naturales: ¿Cuánto tarda una web en desarrollarse? ¿Qué incluye nuestro mantenimiento WordPress? ¿Cuál es el mejor hosting para WooCommerce? Piensa como piensa alguien cuando pregunta a ChatGPT. 3. Añade datos estructurados Los datos estructurados ayudan a explicar a Google y a las IA qué es cada cosa: una empresa un podcast un producto una receta un evento Plugins como Schema Pro o las opciones SEO de Rank Math y Yoast ayudan bastante con esto. 4. Consigue menciones fuera de tu web La IA no solo lee tu página. Lee también: LinkedIn redes sociales foros artículos comentarios entrevistas podcasts directorios Cuantos más sitios hablen de ti, más autoridad tendrás para las IA. 5. Usa datos concretos A la IA le encantan los números, estadísticas y referencias. No es lo mismo decir: “Nuestro sistema funciona muy bien.” Que decir: “Reducimos el tiempo de carga un 42% según pruebas realizadas en 2025.” Los datos ayudan muchísimo a generar autoridad. Cómo medir tráfico desde IA También hablamos de herramientas para saber si ya estás recibiendo visitas desde ChatGPT, Perplexity o similares. Google Search Console Puedes filtrar tráfico y detectar referencias relacionadas con IA. Google Analytics Creando segmentos personalizados puedes analizar visitas provenientes de herramientas de inteligencia artificial. Herramientas específicas Comentamos algunas como: Hall Mangools Search Grader Amino Que empiezan a ofrecer métricas relacionadas con visibilidad en IA. El plugin de Materron: publicar podcasts por WhatsApp casi automáticamente Materron estuvo enseñando un sistema que está desarrollando para automatizar la publicación de episodios de podcast usando audio enviado desde el móvil. La idea es brutal: mandas un audio se procesa automáticamente limpia sonido acelera genera contenido publica el episodio Y todo integrado con WordPress. Todavía está en desarrollo, pero promete muchísimo. El plugin del día: “Gemas Ocultas” Yo traje un plugin bastante curioso llamado “Gemas Ocultas”. La idea es sencilla: Hay tantos plugins nuevos en WordPress que muchos pasan desapercibidos aunque sean buenísimos. Este plugin analiza y recomienda plugins poco conocidos pero de gran calidad para descubrir herramientas nuevas antes que nadie. Muy útil para los que nos gusta probar cosas raras y sentirnos especiales instalando plugins que nadie conoce todavía. Próxima meetup de WordPress Dos Hermanas Además comentamos la próxima meetup en la Ciudad del Conocimiento de Dos Hermanas. La charla va sobre programación con inteligencia artificial y viene un ponente bastante potente de fuera para enseñar cómo desarrollar “como un pro” usando IA. Y además parece que aquello va a oler espectacular porque Mariano recibirá un cargamento de perfumes y aceites esenciales. Tecnología y aroma. Todo junto. Conclusión La IA ya forma parte del posicionamiento web. Y aunque todavía falla muchísimo —especialmente detectando belleza masculina en el ecosistema WordPress— cada vez influye más en cómo la gente encuentra negocios, profesionales y contenido. Así que si tienes una web, un podcast, una empresa o una marca personal, merece la pena empezar a pensar no solo en Google… …sino también en cómo te leen los robots. ¿Te ha gustado el episodio? Si usas WordPress para la web de tu podcast, estás de enhorabuena ya que hoy traigo un plugin para las estadísticas OP3, una especie de continuación natural de aquel capítulo en el que os conté qué era Open Podcast Prefix Project y por qué me parecía una de esas soluciones interesantes dentro del mundo del podcasting cuando hablamos de estadísticas abiertas, privacidad de los oyentes y control de nuestros propios datos. Porque si recordáis aquel episodio, OP3 es un sistema de prefijos que permite monitorizar las descargas de un podcast de forma abierta, transparente y además completamente gratuita. Un servicio que me gusta describir como un BBB, o mejor dicho BBG: bueno, bonito y gratis. Pues bien, hoy quiero dar un pequeño paso más en esa misma línea, porque existe un complemento que permite integrar esas estadísticas directamente en nuestra propia web si utilizamos WordPress para alojar o gestionar nuestro podcast. Y aquí es donde entra en escena el plugin del que quiero hablaros hoy, llamado Podcast Analytics for OP3, desarrollado por alguien bastante conocido dentro del podcasting independiente: Miguel Ángel Terrón, más conocido como Materron. Materron es el creador del podcast Entératec, impulsor de iniciativas como las Podnights y un auténtico veterano dentro de este mundillo. Hace unos días me escribió por Telegram para enseñarme este nuevo desarrollo que había creado prácticamente por iniciativa propia. La idea del plugin es bastante sencilla de entender, pero al mismo tiempo muy útil para ciertos casos. Cuando hablamos de OP3 normalmente necesitamos que nuestro hosting de podcast nos permita añadir un prefijo a nuestro feed RSS para poder recopilar esas estadísticas. El problema aparece cuando el podcast está autoalojado en una web propia. Es decir, si alguien publica su podcast directamente desde WordPress o gestiona su feed desde allí, añadir ese prefijo puede no ser tan sencillo. Y precisamente ahí es donde entra este plugin. Lo que hace Podcast Analytics for OP3 es detectar cualquier feed RSS que tenga la etiqueta enclosure (la que utilizan los podcast para indicar el archivo de audio) y añadir automáticamente el prefijo necesario para que OP3 pueda empezar a recoger estadísticas. Una vez configurado el plugin y conectado con OP3 mediante un token, el sistema empieza a funcionar prácticamente solo. El prefijo se añade al feed, OP3 comienza a recopilar datos y además esas estadísticas se pueden consultar directamente desde el propio panel de WordPress. Esto tiene una ventaja bastante clara: en lugar de tener que entrar en la web de OP3 para consultar los datos, se pueden revisar rápidamente desde la administración de la propia web. De momento el plugin muestra información bastante básica, como el número total de descargas por episodio durante las últimas 24 horas, los últimos 7 días o el último mes. También permite exportar esos datos en PDF. Es cierto que todavía es un proyecto joven y que seguramente irá creciendo con el tiempo, pero precisamente por eso me parecía interesante traerlo al podcast. Este tipo de iniciativas demuestran algo que repito muchas veces cuando hablo de podcasting: si alguien detecta una necesidad dentro del ecosistema, muchas veces es la propia comunidad la que termina creando la solución.Descubre Podcast Analytics for OP3By Miguel Angel Terrón en el repositorio de WordPress entrando en este enlace: https://wordpress.org/plugins/podcast-analytics-for-op3/_____________ ¡Gracias por pasarte 'Al otro lado del micrófono' un día más para seguir aprendiendo sobre podcasting! Längs floden Isonzo (Soča), i gränslandet mellan nordöstra Italien och dåvarande Österrike-Ungern (i dag främst västra Slovenien), utspelade sig några av första världskrigets mest brutala och utdragna strider.Den italienske överbefälhavaren Luigi Cadorna drev gång på gång sina soldater mot väl befästa höjder i en terräng som gynnade försvararen – och kom senare att bli ihågkommen som en av militärhistoriens mest hänsynslösa generaler.I dagens avsnitt av Militärhistoriepodden diskuterar idéhistorikern Peter Bennesved och professor i historia Martin Hårdstedt Italiens inträde i första världskriget och de inledande striderna längs Isonzofronten.När kriget bröt ut 1914 förklarade Italien sig neutralt, trots att landet ingick i Trippelalliansen med Tyskland och Österrike-Ungern. Men en växande italiensk nationalism – och tanken på att samla ”italienskt” territorium under en och samma stat – gjorde det allt mer lockande att byta sida och ansluta sig till ententen (främst Storbritannien, Frankrike och Ryssland). Särskilt hägrade områden som Sydtyrolen och Trieste, som fortfarande tillhörde Österrike-Ungern men som det italienska ledarskapet ansåg borde bli italienska.I april 1915 slöts därför Londonfördraget, ett hemligt avtal där ententemakterna lovade Italien territoriella vinster om landet gick in i kriget på deras sida. Italien förband sig att agera snabbt – men mobiliseringen drog ut på tiden. När de italienska styrkorna väl sattes in under Cadornas ledning inleddes offensiverna vid Isonzo i juni 1915.Den italienska armén var dock knappast rustad för det som väntade. Terrängen var karg, brant och oförlåtande. Att gräva ned sig i bergssluttningarna var ofta nästintill omöjligt, och anfallen tvingades fram i smala passager där försvararna kunde koncentrera sin eld. Fördröjningarna gav dessutom Österrike-Ungern tid att förstärka sina försvarsställningar i höjdlägena. Kombinationen av bristande förberedelser, starka försvarslinjer och en terräng som kanaliserade anfallen skapade en obarmhärtig spiral av förluster – och Cadornas utpräglat offensiva doktrin gjorde priset ännu högre.Det skulle krävas tolv stora slag vid Isonzo mellan 1915 och 1917 innan fronten slutligen bröts – till ett ohyggligt pris i människoliv. Here Isaac is not giving us a technique for moral improvement. He is unveiling an icon. Behind his austere language of toil and Scripture and withdrawal stands a single, luminous vision: the human heart being slowly remade into the dwelling place of God. Asceticism is not a set of behaviors aimed at self mastery. It is the patient clearing of space so that the Trinity may come to rest within us. Everything Isaac names flows from this one mystery. He begins with what looks like a chain of practices. Bodily toil guards purity. Scripture sustains the toil. Hope and fear steady the soul. Prayer and withdrawal from men protect the heart. But Isaac is not describing a ladder that climbs upward by human effort. He is describing how the soul is held open until it can be seized by the Spirit. These disciplines do not save. They keep us available for salvation. They prevent the heart from sealing itself against grace. This is why Isaac speaks so soberly about the Scriptures. Until the Comforter has come and taken up His dwelling in the depths of the person we need the written word to keep us from drifting into forgetfulness and fantasy. The Scriptures are not information. They are a form of remembrance. They press the shape of Christ into the memory of the heart so that when our mind is scattered and the passions begin to speak their lies we are not carried away from our true homeland. But Isaac also knows that even Scripture is provisional. There comes a moment when the teaching no longer comes from without but from within. When the Spirit penetrates the noetic powers of the soul the heart itself becomes the book. The same Word who once spoke in letters now speaks in fire. This is not a rejection of Scripture but its fulfillment. The written Gospel gives way to the living Christ engraved upon the heart. Here we touch the heart of Eastern Christian mysticism. Salvation is not merely a verdict. It is a transformation of perception. The center of knowing shifts. The ego no longer stands as the interpreter of reality. The Spirit becomes the teacher. And because this teaching comes from God Himself it is not lost. It does not evaporate under distraction or suffering. It remains as a living memory of communion. Isaac then strikes at something that terrifies the ego. He distinguishes between good thoughts and a good heart. We are accustomed to judging ourselves by the surface weather of the mind. We watch our thoughts rise and fall like waves and imagine that our worth before God is decided by their movement. Isaac says this is an illusion. Thoughts come and go like sea winds. They stir the waters but they do not constitute the depths. The heart is the foundation. It is the place where we truly consent or refuse. A person may be flooded with thoughts and yet remain rooted in God. Another may have refined ideas and yet be inwardly turned toward self. What matters is not the agitation of the surface but the direction of the ground beneath it. This is a devastating word for the controlling ego. We want to manage our thoughts. We want to produce holiness by technique. We want to ensure our standing before God by monitoring every inner movement. Isaac tells us that this entire project is misguided. If judgment were passed on every thought we would be condemned and justified a thousand times a day. That is not how God sees us. God looks at the heart. He looks at where we have placed our deepest trust. And here the abyss opens. To let go of the ego is not to become passive or vague. It is to cease making ourselves the measure of reality. It is to fall into the love of God without conditions. The heart that consents to this fall becomes a foundation of peace even while the mind continues to be stirred by many winds. This is why the saints can live in such freedom. They are no longer organized around self protection. They have entrusted themselves to the Paschal mystery. For Isaac all of this is Christological. The Spirit who teaches the heart is the Spirit poured out by the crucified and risen Lord. The abyss into which we fall is the same abyss into which Christ descended in His self emptying love. To enter this path is to be drawn into the very life of the Trinity. We are no longer managing ourselves toward virtue. We are being re created from within by divine love. This is the beauty of the ascetical mystical tradition of the East. It does not offer self improvement. It offers transfiguration. It does not promise control. It invites surrender. It does not measure us by the turbulence of our thoughts but by the quiet yes of the heart. Isaac shows us a humanity that has learned to rest in God even while the winds still blow. Vi mötte Sebastian Stagh för första gången då han som 12-åring ställde upp vid vårt lopp i Långbro Park. Våra ögon drogs direkt till den lilla pojken som sprang oerhört vackert och fort. Den gången blev det 35.28 och senare samma år slog han Europarekord när han löpte 5000m på 17.10. En talang av sällan skådat slag. Sedan följde några jobbiga år med skador och stor tillväxt och vi såg inte den där lilla talangen blomma ut på riktigt samma sätt som vi anade. Men i år, vid 17 års ålder har Sebastian äntligen kommit ut på andra sidan. Efter att ha fått kontinuitet i löpningen för första gången på många år löpte Sebastian Lidingöloppets fruktade sista 10k på 31.11,  näst snabbast någonsin. Därefter följde ett silver vid terräng-SM i juniorklass och nu förra veckan en mycket fin 28e plats vid Terräng-EM i Portugal. Vi fick ett samtal med Sebastian där han berättade om de jobbiga åren och hur han nu blickar fram för att för första gången kunna förvalta den stora talang vi såg där i Långbro-loopen.  John har styrt bilen mot Skåne och gör sig redo för ett nyårslopp på Köpenhamns gator. Simon Sundström har skördat stora framgångar sedan sensommaren. Efter överträningssymptom i mitten av sommaren kom han tillbaka starkare än någonsin och slog personbästa på favoritdistansen 3000m hinder (8.17.01). Efter stolpe ut vad gällde kval till VM i friidrott gjorde Simon en kort spontansatsning mot Lidingöloppets 30 kilometer. Längre än vad han någonsin tidigare hade sprungit. Resultatet blev mycket snabba 1.38.08 och mersmak efter ett väl disponerat lopp. Några veckor senare följde terräng-SM där Simon i överlägsen stil segrade på herrarnas långa bana (10k). Med dessa resultat har han nu kvalificerat sig till Terräng-EM som går av stapeln 14 december i Portugal. Simon som representerar Djurgården Friidrott sedan ett år tillbaka är fostrad i IFK Lidingö och berättar om fördelarna med att ha vuxit upp på ön ur ett löpperspektiv. Democratic and Republican political leaders have universally condemned the killing of prominent conservative activist Charlie Kirk. But President Donald Trump lashed out at Democrats and other political opponents, charging without evidence that their “rhetoric is directly responsible for the terrorism that we're seeing in our country today.” Trump and other top officials are now promising a broad crackdown on the free speech of his opponents.U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi announced that she would “absolutely target” protesters engaging in what she called “hate speech.”Critics, including many conservatives, have noted that the first amendment right to speech does not include an exception for “hate speech” and that it would be unconstitutional to target people for their overheated rhetoric.“So-called ‘hate speech' is free speech,” asserted Aaron Terr in an essay for the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression (FIRE), where he is director of public advocacy. FIRE is a national group that advocates for and defends free speech.“The ever looming threat is that when people are in power, they always are going to have this motivation to crack down on speech that threatens their hold on power, that opposes their policies and their views,” Terr told The Vermont Conversation.“I'm worried that (Trump) is setting the stage for a broader government crackdown on speech on the administration's political opponents and that will really only make the situation worse,” said Terr. “The remedy that our First Amendment envisions for speech that we find potentially harmful is not to suppress it. It's not to silence the speaker, but to push back against it, to call it out, to counter it with better ideas.”Notably missing from Trump's broadsides are actual examples of leading Democrats or liberal organizations “celebrating” Kirk's murder.The baseless argument that Democrats and “the Left” are responsible for a violent conspiracy against the country obscures the reality that the overwhelming source of political violence in the U.S. comes from the far right. A study examining terrorism in the U.S. in recent years showed that violent far-right extremists have been responsible for 87% of the terrorism fatalities in the United States and 69% of the attacks.In a political environment in which the president characterizes his opponents as "evil" and "scum," violence has become normalized. FIRE recently published the results of a survey of college students that revealed that in 2020, about 1 in 5 students said it was "ever acceptable to use violence" to stop a speaker. That number has since risen to 1 in 3 students, a 50% increase in the level of support for political violence among college students over the last 5 years.“Free speech isn't a conservative or liberal value. It's a constitutional value. It's a check on power," Terr said. "We need the First Amendment because power brings with it the temptation to silence dissent. That's human nature. And the beauty of free speech is it ensures that no single person or administration can declare by fiat what's true or false, what's right or wrong and make it illegal to disagree. And wherever you fall politically, you have a stake in being free from that kind of authoritarian control. My biggest worry is that people are just losing faith in the importance of free speech.”
