The conversation explores the balance between competition and protection in gaming, the importance of having fun, embracing funny moments, not taking the game too seriously, bringing entertainment to the community, the positive atmosphere in Zombies mode, changing perspectives on mouse and keyboard players, and the journey into mouse and keyboard. Your hosts: J007tv: https://twitter.com/FakeJ00712 https://www.twitch.tv/j007tv SuboneKD: https://twitter.com/Subonekd https://kick.com/subonekd Takeaways Time to match is an important factor in matchmaking, as it affects the overall player experience. Skill and performance play a significant role in matchmaking, but the narrow window of recent history may lead to imbalanced lobbies. The state of Warzone has been a source of frustration for many players, with issues such as matchmaking and weapon balance impacting the overall enjoyment of the game. Audio tuning can provide a significant advantage in gameplay, and the availability of such tools should be equal for all players. The announcement of the Fortune's Keep map brings anticipation for new gameplay experiences and potential improvements to the Warzone experience. Finding a balance between competition and protection in gaming is important. Having fun and embracing funny moments can enhance the gaming experience. Taking the game too seriously can lead to negativity and frustration. Bringing entertainment and positivity to the gaming community is valuable. Spiritual, emotional, and physical health has to be a priority in our daily life. It is so important to reconnect to ourselves and the world around us everyday and a lot of the times we go about our day mindlessly and without any intent outside of going to work. Throughout the last year I would say, I have slowly begun to add intentional activities into my everyday routine where I focus on putting time into my health in some shape or form. This life is not meant to be focussed on tirelessly working, it is a journey we take on with ourselves to grow and find balance each and everyday. Here are the 9 habits you can incorporate in your everyday routine to start that journey.
We often discuss best practices/skills for the #SDRs to become successful. It includes but is not limited to the Latest email templates, cold call pitches, dos and donts, and whatnot. One of the key aspects of a successful SDR team is a healthy environment in which they can thrive and learn. We aren't just talking about the new SDRs but also the existing ones. While the above is true for any employee, SDRs are expected to be Ninjas in a rocketship taking them to the moon :D Brandon Mahoney has created a successful SDR Team at RFPIO Inc. and he shares what does it take to create a team that trusts each other and works together. Some of the stories he shared overwhelmed me as they reminded me of my days when my colleague Nik Sharma helped me meet my quota when I was short of one opportunity(he probably won't even remember) I learned so much from Brandon which I am applying right now while I'm onboarding my new team. Thanks, M JOSHUA for recommending him. Check out our sponsors Playbook AI which is a kick-ass AI-based sales engagement platform. The top achievers in the mortgage world are those with successful teams behind them. We have to make sure we’re bringing the right energy into our interactions with our teams if we want to see great results. Our energy makes all the difference; the way we speak to others and how we make them feel can make or break our success. How can we make sure we bring positive energy into our interactions with team members? Is it possible to create an uplifting atmosphere in our companies when we inevitably have an ‘off’ day? In this episode, I continue my discussion with President of American Financial Resources, Laura Brandao. Together, we discuss how to cultivate a positive atmosphere on our teams. As leaders, we have clients and team members relying on us. We can’t have an ‘off’ day. We have an obligation to get ourselves in check. -Laura Brandao Three Things You’ll Learn In This Episode Create a routineThe key to success lies in a great routine. Get into the habit of going to bed and waking up at the same time everyday. We could even consider fueling our bodies with similar fuels everyday; this way, we don’t run the risk of low energy levels. Start the day on a high noteReaching out to our team members every morning is a great way to ensure everyone starts the day on a positive note. This doesn’t even need to be affected by COVID-19; just sending a video out to our teams everyday can boost everyone’s energies. Feed the mindAs human beings, we all have days when we feel slightly ‘off,’ but we don’t have to let this stop us from a successful day. We have to learn what gets our energy levels back up. This could be a podcast some mornings, or even music in the background. Get in tune with what feeds our minds.
