It started with a feeling. One corner of her room that never felt right, no matter how long she lived there. The kind of unease you can't explain, but you don't ignore either.Over time, it became harder to brush off. Waking up in the middle of the night. Hearing things. Feeling like something was there. Then one night, it got closer. Close enough that she didn't just feel it anymore—she heard it, right next to her ear.And once that happened, the room didn't feel like hers anymore.#RealGhostStories #HauntedRoom #ParanormalExperience #DarkPresence #ClosetFear #UnexplainedPhenomena #TrueGhostStory #SomethingWasThere #NightTerrors #ParanormalActivityLove real ghost stories? Are you tired of watching other women seem effortlessly free from food noise while you're still trapped in the mental battle? Wondering why your recovery feels stuck while others have moved on? The difference isn't willpower, perfection, or having it all figured out. It's two specific speeds that separate women who find lasting freedom from those who stay stuck for years. In this episode, you'll discover: The two types of recovery women (and which one finds freedom) Why waiting to feel "ready" keeps you trapped The speed of decision-making that shuts down ED negotiations How to bounce back from setbacks in hours, not weeks Why being terrified of staying the same motivates faster than fear of messing up The 30-second decision rule that ends recovery paralysis How to stop thinking your way into recovery and start acting your way there For the woman who's tired of waiting around and ready to develop the speed that sets you free. THE TWO TYPES OF RECOVERY WOMEN Type 1: The Waiters Waits to feel ready, motivated, sure she won't mess up Sits in indecision for weeks, months, years Spends 20 minutes negotiating with the ED voice about eating Uses setbacks as evidence she's failing Type 2: The Deciders Acts fast even in fear Not scared to mess up because perfectionism got her here Makes recovery decisions in 30 seconds or less Bounces back from setbacks at the next meal Guess which one finds lasting freedom? The decider. Every single time. THE SPEED THAT ACTUALLY MATTERS NOT the speed of recovery itself - Recovery is a process. You can recover like the turtle (slow and steady) and still win. The speed I'm talking about: 1. Speed of Decision-Making How quickly you decide when recovery choices present themselves 30 seconds or less: "What would my recovered self do?" Fast decisions shut down ED negotiations 2. Speed of Bounce-Back When you have bad days (and you will), how quickly you reset Hours, not weeks. Next meal, not next Monday. Using setbacks as information, not identity WHY SPEED BEATS PERFECTION The woman who acts imperfectly but quickly beats the woman who waits for the perfect moment every single time. Why? Because waiting IS a decision - you're deciding to stay where you are. The eating disorder voice gets stronger in the pause. It gets weaker in the action. You can't think your way into recovery. You have to act your way into recovery. THE TERROR THAT MOTIVATES Successful recovery women aren't afraid of messing up. They're terrified of staying exactly where they are. They think: "What if I'm having this same internal battle with food a year from now? What if the noise is even louder? What if I waste another year trapped in this cycle?" That terror motivates speed. They'd rather make a fast, imperfect decision than a slow, perfect one. Speed creates momentum. Momentum creates freedom. THE PRACTICE OF SPEED Decision-Making Speed: Set a 30-second rule for recovery decisions Ask: "What would my future self do?" and act immediately Remember: Imperfect action beats perfect inaction Practice: "The recovered version of me would..." and do it Bounce-Back Speed: Develop a reset ritual for bad days One bad moment doesn't erase all progress Get back on track at the very next opportunity Use setbacks as information, not identity THE YEAR FROM NOW TEST Imagine: It's exactly one year from today. Nothing has changed. The food noise is still there—maybe louder. The internal battles continue. You're still waiting to feel ready, still taking weeks to bounce back from setbacks. How does that feel? If that terrifies you more than making fast, imperfect decisions—you're ready to develop speed. KEY QUOTES

This is a FOUNDERS GROUP opportunity. Join Practice of Paradise: https://store.dralexanderloyd.com/products/practice-of-paradise "YOU ARE NOT YOUR SIN" | Who You Really Are vs. What You Did Dr. Alex Loyd and Harry Loyd explore one of the most liberating truths: You are NOT your sin. Almost all sin is something you DID—not who you ARE. THE CORE TEACHING Who you REALLY are = Your INTENTIONS, CHOICES, and CONSCIOUSNESS Almost all sin is something you DID. It's NOT who you ARE. But right after you sin? That's when you feel like it IS who you are. The problem: That is a LIE—straight from the evil one. THE THIEF ON THE CROSS VS. MOTHER TERESA Mother Teresa? Way over on the virtue side. The thief on the cross? Based on his own words, he'd sinned his whole life. Between them? About as far apart as you could be and still both be saved. BUT HERE'S THE TRUTH When God looked at Mother Teresa and the thief on the cross, they were both in the SAME PLACE. It had NOTHING to do with their sins. It was about their INTENTION. The thief's intention: “I believe in you. Please remember me.” God looks at the HEART. Mother Teresa can't boast to the thief on the cross. To God, they're EQUAL. They're the SAME. WHO YOU REALLY ARE You are NOT sin. You are also NOT virtue. You ARE your intentions, choices, and consciousness. Your de facto identity = How you're built, programmed, and assigned by God. THE SOLUTION Give your intentions, choices, and consciousness back to God as a living sacrifice. Who you REALLY are is HIS CHILD—if you will accept that. All you have to do is say: “Yes, thank you Father, I accept.” Then He will work through you in a MIRACULOUS way.
The truth of the matter is even if there had been a “peace deal” achieved by the ceasefire deadline – that also wouldn't have been the end because it would have been negotiated with terrorists.
Different jobs. Same boss. Different relationships. Same fight. Different year. Same stuck. That's not bad luck. That's a pattern. I've been in Miami with my brother Dave for almost a month and we have been deep in this conversation. Where our patterns come from. Why are they so hard to shake. And what it actually takes to change them. I get personal in this one. My dad. My mom. My sister. My own stuff I'm working on right now. Because that's what this show is. If you've ever wondered why you keep ending up in the same place — this one's for you. 3 Things You'll Take Away: How to see the pattern you're in. You can't change what you can't see. This episode shows you how to find it.Why you keep choosing the same thing even when you know better. There's a real reason. And it's not weakness. What actually breaks a pattern. Not willpower. The only way Edwina could convince her husband to watch Buffy the Vampire Slayer was to do a podcast about it. This week, we're breaking down Same Time, Same Place and asking the important questions, is Gnarl the creepiest monster in the Buffyverse, and did the Scoobies let Willow off the hook way too easily?

Nick sits down with Blake Buettner... editor, watch journalist, host of The Deep Track podcast, and as it turns out, a diehard motorsport fan who's been into cars since living in Japan in the early 90s. The two have been meaning to do this for nearly a decade. This is the episode where it finally happens. They get into what the watch world and the racing world share... the JDM roots that shaped both of their tastes, why the most interesting sponsorship moments in Formula 1 are the unplanned ones, and what it would actually look like if Nike took over a race team's livery program. There's also a detour through the Fast and Furious, Felipe Massa wearing a Richard Mille under his glove, Cadillac's Panda Dunks, and whether the new hybrid formula is actually as bad as everyone says.If you love the sport and you love the culture around it, this one's for you.Find Blake at www.thedeeptrack.com and @thedeeptrack on Instagram. This podcast uses the following third-party services for analysis: Spotify Ad Analytics - https://www.spotify.com/us/legal/ad-analytics-privacy-policy/
