Inspired by Jeff's soot-damaged, waterlogged, promo-punched copy of his treasured US CD version of this 24-song behemoth, we take an hour and 40 minutes to revel in this intensely special 1990 compilation. The epitome of the Earache label at its peak, this was a fun episode to record, captured partly in Savannah while we hung out at Hunter's and partly remotely, from our separate outposts. Stephen Smith was killed in what police say was a hit and run accident as he was walking on a dimly lit, South Carolina road. However, his family and now the police think something else might have happened to him and the thought is that Buster Murdaugh might be involved. This is a rumor that has persisted since the death of Stephen Smith and now, police in South Carolina have re-opened the case and Mr. Smith's body will be exhumed for further investigation.(commercial at 8:30)to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Body of Buster Murdaugh's former classmate Stephen Smith to be exhumed | Fox NewsThis show is part of the Spreaker Prime Network, if you are interested in advertising on this podcast, contact us at https://www.spreaker.com/show/5080327/advertisement

It's common for the lede to get buried in the draft (and sometimes final) article. In pitches, it can happen twofold: first there's a tendency to take up a half a screen of nonessential small talk (“Hope you're well”), and then even in what is supposedly the main pitch, there's often excessive background and context. All of this may make you, the freelance writer, feel more comfortable. But it also means that the real focus of your story remains buried, and effectively unavailable to your editor and their readers. Let's exhume your story.
The other mysterious deaths connected to the Alex Murdaugh family are now back in the news. As convicted killer Murdaugh, await his prison designation, we learn that Stephen Smith's mother has raised enough money to pay for her son's body to be exhumed. In 2015 Stephen Smith was found dead in the middle of the road in Hampton County. The openly gay 19-year-old had blunt force trauma to the head and his death was officially ruled as a hit-and-run. Smith's family has never believed the teen's death was accidental. They say the actions credited to Smith were outside his normal behavior and the Murdaugh name popping up in the investigation set rumors flying. Smith's mother Sandy Smith launched a GoFundMe to raise money for an exhumation and independent autopsy. She has raised more than her goal. An investigation is also still underway into the mysterious death of the Murdaugh's longtime housekeeper, Gloria Satterfield. On their third and final studio album, Bedhead, lead by brothers Matt and Bubba Kadane, craft an intimate record built on space and restraint. But 1998's Transaction de Novo isn't entirely a down-tempo affair, as the band pushes the sonic envelope on noisier tracks like "Extramundane" and "Psychosomatica" with mixed results. The sweet spot lies in the slowcore creep of opener "Exhume," which remains instrumental for most of its four plus minute running time, or expansive closer "The Present," which builds like an Explosions in the Sky song. The band finds new and interesting ways to stay true to their sound while tweaking it along the way. ☩ LISTE LITURGIQUE ☩ 1. It's a freakin' weird episode today...I'm not sure what I can say that won't already spoil a ton of the weirdness for you. Hey, first thing: Content Warning! Highly sexual content, lots of curse words, there's sort of a feline death/body swap, and some Furry Action that you won't believe. Actually...ya know what? That pretty much sums up the episode. Oh, there's a monster or two at some point and some churches got a bunch of graves robbed. Rosemary Mupambwa is a courageous woman who got tired of crying herself to sleep after her husband’s death in 2000. Ultimately, she realized that crying about her situation as a single parent and a widow was self-destructive. Furthermore, Rosemary never received an apology from the people that caused her grief. Her book, Exhume or Heal, A Widow’s Memoir, Getting Her Groove Back, became Rosemary’s healing manual. Now Rosemary is on a mission to help women heal from their grief and trauma from their past, broken relationships. Also, she helps them get back into the dating scene with a bang after a long dry spell. Episode Highlights: Rosemary was married for nearly 12 years before her husband was taken away from her. Furthermore, she became widowed when she was in her late 30s with young children. Rosemary and her husband were lecturers at a college and her husband had a business. Consequently, she went from three incomes to one after his death. Rosemary talks about the times that she really missed her husband: for example when her children graduated from college. The circumstances surrounding the death of her husband led Rosemary to experience betrayal and a feeling of abandonment. Also, her husband's family turned their back on her. Her father sold some of his goats to help Rosemary out financially. Rosemary's father passed away two years later and her in-laws did not support her. Wanting revenge was causing Rosemary pain. In addition, she suffered from health issues. Her husband’s family changed her husband's death certificate to "divorced". When her husband passed away, Rosemary was out of town attending her brother's funeral. Eventually, Rosemary moved from Africa to the United States and then to Canada. Rosemary explains the challenges she had in getting her children to move from Africa to live with her in Canada. To save enough money to bring her children to Canada, Rosemary had to work three jobs. She also went to college to get a degree so she could get a better job. Rosemary lost her mom to cancer and then her youngest brother in February 2019. She was in shock and denial about the death of her brother. One of her friends in Canada invited her to a retreat for women and reluctantly, she attended. The retreat was her turning point. Writing her book was healing. And, she realized healing is a choice. Next, Rosemary shares some relationship advice. Looking for love after a dry spell is challenging for women and Rosemary explains why. Next Rosemary explains her term "dating smart". Dating from a desperate mode will not result in a good outcome. Next, Rosemary explains how a woman can get a man to respect her. Ultimately, Rosemary hung onto her pain for nearly 19 years before deciding to forgive and heal. Finally, it's up to the individual to make the decision to heal. Exhume: definition >> dig out (something buried, especially a corpse) from the ground* This poem was written on February 16 2017, and is very appropriate for today. With the details of Donald Trump's taxes finally available for examination via the New York Times. Obligatory disclaimer - We’re not telling you how to feel. We are simply discussing the results of polling on the subject of milling and stating why we feel the way we do. Millstone An alternate way to win, also a way to fuel your graveyard (ie your second hand) What is Milling? This tends to be especially true for newer players. I know I used to feel this way when I first started playing Magic. I also used to look at the top card of my library after mulliganing, I don’t do this anymore. To the folks out there, do you look after mulliganing? Ryan’s Dad: story about using Millstone I want to possibly convince folks out there that this isn’t that bad, and could even be a good thing. Here’s how I convinced Zack Some players really get upset when they get milled or Cards taken with Gonti/Grenzo Ryan asked these questions Why are you sad when you get milled? Do you feel sad when you don’t draw a particular card during a game? Would you feel differently if the cards went to the bottom of your library instead of your graveyard? How would you feel if you could start with half of your deck in your graveyard? The mental energy you’re expending on thinking about the cards you could have drawn (or got milled), could be put to better use, like making a plan. Any number of possibilities could have been. Due to variance there is no way to guarantee the cards that would have milled would have been drawn.(Maybe a better way to phrase this is, it kinda just changes where your opponent cut your deck) The more you know what’s in your graveyard, the more you know about the other cards in your deck Zack said in general being milled made him feel slightly sad about the possibilities that could have been. Cards in hands are actual possibilities In this same way, cards taken with Gonti aren’t the same as cards taken with Blatant Thievery/Expropriate, cause you didn’t invest any resources like card/mana into the things being stolen Cards in your graveyard are a resource as well. Your opponent could cast Patriarch’s Bidding or Exhume for example Sometimes it does sting if your deck is built on a specific 2 card combo. I try not to rely on specific cards, because there’s no guarantee you’re going to see them during a game, unless you run a LOT of tutors, and that’s something I don’t frequently do. Being milled isn’t the same as discard This conversation started after a game with Zack and Ryan where Ryan played Mesmeric Orb and Zack expressed annoyance about being milled. How does it make you are milled by an opponent Happy - 25% Indifferent - 47.4% Sad - 20% Responses - https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1LMNxiqw6fM1_9_x6yz_4x66ukUiJbFj54FD7S3sre00/edit#gid=0 Happy - 24.4% Indifferent - 47.4% Sad - 28.2% Responses - https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1LMNxiqw6fM1_9_x6yz_4x66ukUiJbFj54FD7S3sre00/edit#gid=898744610 How does it make you feel when an opponent's Gonti, Lord of Luxury targets you.
