His mother, Audrey Turner worked two jobs. He was always at home helping her. He didn't have a regular childhood. She had done this drive many times before…On July 1st, 1989, 32-year-old Pamela Webb left her home after 4th of July family gathering in Withrop, Maine to set out on a road trip she was very familiar with. She packed up her favorite things, including her trusty pup, Thumper, a beagle/basset hound mix, and hit the road in her 1981 blue Chevy Pickup towards Mason, New Hampshire to see her boyfriend for the long weekend. Her family had no idea that night that Pamela would never make it to her destination. Later that night Pamela's blue Chevy was found on the side of the highway near Biddeford with a flat tire and signs of a struggle nearby, but Pamela was nowhere to be found. Enlisted in 1986 at 17yr, with a family history of military service. He became a decorated soldier and eventually a Major, flying Apache Attack helicopters. But it all came to an end in August of 2016. As a direct result of being found guilty by court-martial in May of 2016. He was charged with 2 counts of handling classified information and assault on a child less than 16yr.
