The HeartSpace Podcast is a truly valuable resource for anyone looking to improve their relationship with their body and promote self-acceptance. The host, Corinne, may not be well-known at first, but her dedication to promoting body image positivity shines through in every episode. At first, the audio quality of the podcast was a bit off, with one voice being too low, but it's great that I continued listening because the conversations that take place are truly enlightening. Through this podcast, I have been introduced to new people and concepts that I otherwise would not have come across. One episode in particular about pregnancy surprised me, as I initially didn't think I would relate to it since I don't have or want kids. However, it taught me not to judge an episode by its title, as all of them have been worth listening to. It's disheartening to see that Corinne hasn't posted in a few months but I hope she continues because this podcast is a valuable resource.

The best aspect of The HeartSpace Podcast is the wide range of topics covered and the insightful conversations that take place. From discussions about nutrition and body acceptance to interviews with experts in the field, each episode offers valuable advice and information for anyone looking to improve their relationship with their body. As a clinician myself, this podcast has been incredibly helpful in expanding my knowledge and providing insights that I can incorporate into my therapy practice. Corinne does an excellent job of bringing on expert guests who offer unique perspectives and valuable advice.

On the other hand, one area where The HeartSpace Podcast could improve is the audio quality in some episodes. In certain episodes, one voice is significantly quieter than the other or there are issues with background noise. While this may be a minor annoyance, it does detract from the overall listening experience. It would be great if this issue could be addressed so that all episodes have consistent sound quality.

In conclusion, The HeartSpace Podcast is a must-listen for anyone looking to improve their body image and promote self-acceptance. Corinne's dedication to this topic shines through in every episode, and the conversations and insights shared are truly valuable. Despite some minor audio issues in certain episodes, the overall quality of the podcast is excellent. I would highly recommend giving it a listen and joining the supportive community that Corinne has created.
