Joana Marques traz-nos a história de vida de Andreia Viegas, que esteve à conversa com Miguel Milhão.

ATENÇÃO. CONTEÚDO SENSÍVEL. Aos 12 anos, Thaysa viveu seu primeiro selinho com uma colega da escola. O que poderia ter sido uma lembrança bonita de descoberta se transformou em um pesadelo. Um homem da família testemunhou a cena e, pouco depois, disse que ela precisava “aprender a ser mulher de verdade”. A partir daí, vieram três anos de abuso e uma vida marcada pelo silêncio cúmplice de quem deveria protegê-la.Quando buscou ajuda dentro da família, Thaysa encontrou apenas desconfiança e julgamentos. “Será que não provocou?”, “será que não gostou?”.A falta de acolhimento doeu mais do que os próprios atos. Além do do abuso físico, Thaysa suportou anos de violência emocional, vivendo sob o mesmo teto de quem a destruía por dentro.Aos 15 anos, ela reuniu coragem para enfrentá-lo. Aos 20, o expulsou de casa. Mas as marcas já estavam profundas. Vieram bloqueios de memória, autoagressões, o refúgio na comida e o ódio de si mesma por ser uma mulher lésbica. Durante muito tempo, a Thaysa acreditou que sua orientação era a causa do seu trauma, carregando uma culpa que não era dela.Foi somente com o encontro de Andreia, que se tornaria sua esposa, que o mundo começou a recuperar as cores. Aos poucos, Andreia ajudou a Thaysa a enxergar que não precisava viver aprisionada na dor. Dessa força nasceu a decisão de transformar sua própria história em acolhimento.Thaysa entrou na faculdade, se formou em psicologia e se especializou em traumas. Hoje, no consultório, recebe pessoas que chegam carregadas de vergonha e culpa, assim como ela. Para Thaysa, quem deve carregar o peso da vergonha não é a vítima, mas quem escolheu praticar o mal. E é por isso que repete, com firmeza e cuidado, a quem atende: ninguém precisa passar por isso sozinho.

Se a infância que tivemos, as presenças ou ausências que sentimos, moldassem para sempre a forma como comunicamos no amor, nas amizades e até na vida profissional? Porque nos sabotamos no amor e na comunicação? Andreia Vieira A comunicação começa antes das palavras. Começa no olhar de uma mãe, no colo de um pai, no toque de quem nos cuida. É nesse silêncio inicial que se constrói o alicerce invisível da confiança. Quando esse chão falta, todo o diálogo futuro treme — e às vezes passamos a vida a repetir padrões, a sabotar relações, a confundir cuidado com controlo, presença com posse, amor com medo. Porque nos sabotamos no amor e na comunicação? É uma questão central que muitos enfrentam ao longo da vida. O episódio de hoje mergulha nesse território íntimo e universal: a comunicação nos afetos. E lembra-nos que comunicar não é apenas falar ou trocar mensagens rápidas num ecrã. É saber ouvir, dar espaço ao silêncio, ler gestos, interpretar olhares. É aceitar que também comunicamos quando não dizemos nada. Mas como se aprende isso? Como se evita a autossabotagem que destrói tantas relações? E será possível amar sem medo? A psicologia mostra-nos que as nossas histórias de infância deixam marcas invisíveis que moldam a forma como confiamos — ou desconfiamos. Quando não nos sentimos validados em crianças, arriscamos crescer a procurar provas de amor em cada gesto do outro, testando até à exaustão, muitas vezes afastando quem mais gostaríamos de manter perto. É uma espécie de profecia auto-realizável: “eu sabia que isto não ia correr bem”. E o que fazer? É aqui que a comunicação volta a ser chave. Comunicar não é apenas falar — é reconhecer emoções, nomear medos, negociar limites. É ter a maturidade de dizer: “hoje não consigo conversar, amanhã retomamos”. É assumir responsabilidade emocional: eu sei que estou em baixo, mas isso não me dá direito a despejar no outro. Neste episódio aprendemos pelo menos três lições fundamentais sobre comunicação: Primeira: os vínculos constroem-se na autenticidade. Falar é importante, mas ouvir é ainda mais. Dar espaço ao silêncio é, muitas vezes, o gesto mais humano de todos. Segunda: as emoções — mesmo as difíceis, como a raiva — podem ser transformadas em energia de proximidade, se forem comunicadas com clareza em vez de usadas como arma. Terceira: numa era de amores líquidos, de relações descartáveis e ‘apps' que prometem tudo em segundos, comunicar exige desacelerar. Requer tempo, presença e coragem para enfrentar os medos que carregamos. O episódio abre também uma reflexão cultural sobre o papel dos homens e das mulheres no século XXI. Entre o peso dos papéis tradicionais e a sedução de discursos radicais que circulam online, muitos homens sentem-se perdidos. E muitas mulheres oscilam entre a autonomia conquistada e a tentação de repetir velhos padrões. Como comunicar nesse novo terreno? Como encontrar equilíbrio entre vulnerabilidade e força, entre presença e liberdade? Não há receitas mágicas. Há consciência, reflexão e diálogo. Há o trabalho de olhar para dentro e de, em vez de procurar mudar o outro, perceber o que em nós precisa de cuidado. Este episódio é um convite a revisitar a forma como comunicamos nos afetos, nas relações e até connosco mesmos. Porque comunicar melhor é, afinal, amar melhor — e amar melhor é, sem dúvida, viver melhor.
