Jesse "JTJazz" Thompson, multi-talented composer, pianist, and keyboardist, born in "The Land Of Funk" (Dayton, Ohio) attributes his humble beginnings in music to being captivated by a family of musicians: a father who was a professional drummer, Thompson's mother--a church organist/pianist and his brother Marvyn Wheatley (who recorded and played with Parliament and Slave). Industry influences were soul/funk legends The Ohio Players, Lakeside, and Zapp featuring Roger Troutman. Driven to continue the legacy of great musicianship, Thompson became a member of the popular Columbus-based, R&B/Jazz group NexLevel for several years. The collectives released two albums, a string of singles, and shared stages with countless notable artists.In 2021 Thompson wrote and released the uptempo, feel-good melody, "Weekend Groove," ft Althea Rene which catapulted the musician into solo artist, status.Thompson would go on to release a 7-song EP, in 2022, intriguingly titled The Inauguration of JTJazz (Jesse Thompson- the man behind the keys) marking the commencement of a new pathway, and birthing several singles from the project. Judah Sealy, a rising creative within the contemporary jazz genre, is known for his unique sound that comes from a blend of R&B, jazz, gospel, neo-soul, and funk...the common thread between himself and Jesse "JTJAZZ" Thompson. Ingram Street is an R&B vocal duo that consists of brothers, Howard “Minquel” Ingram & Daniel “Woody” Ingram. They have been singing, performing, and writing songs since the ages of six and four years old. Early influences include The Jacksons, Stevie Wonder, Prince, and New Edition. They got their professional start performing in showcases around Columbus, Ohio throughout their school years. They went on to record two albums with a five member vocal group called Up 2 Par which would pattern their sound after soul groups such as The Temptations and Boyz II Men. Now a duo rebranded as Ingram Street, the brothers released their first album entitled Escapism which spawned the fan favorite "Don't Disturb This Groove." It became popular with DJ's worldwide as several remixes of the song can be found on various music platforms. Their second album "Paint the Town" released in late 2020 spawned several singles that were successful across several digital radio platforms around the world including the #1 song "The Friend Zone" produced by Brandon "B-Jazz" Scott. The album charted as high as #6 on the UK Soul Chart. "Paint The Town” features tracks produced by renowned composer, Preston Glass. Preston produced two songs on the project. The first single, “Beautiful Possibility” and another ballad entitled “Keepin' It Special.” Both songs are co-written by Temptations' group member Ron Tyson. Ingram Street rounds out the writing and production of the album along with their longtime writing and production partner, Irving Johnson, who was also a member of the group, Up 2 Par. The album is a nice mix of quiet storm soul ballads, contemporary pop, and some Chicago style steppers grooves. The feel of the album is a nice balance of the music that influenced the group in their early years but also the music that influences them even today. Artists such as Bruno Mars, Maroon 5, The Weekend, H.E.R., and Daniel Ceasar come to mind when listening to "Paint the Town."

The Louisville, Kentucky native, who sings and plays several instruments, has also worked extensively with former JIVE recording artists L.A .Ganz, with whom he attended the High School of The Performing Arts as a Theater and Music major. The group recorded fifteen tracks for the label, four of which went on to be included on Major-Motion-Picture soundtracks including Booty Call, Phat Beach and The Long Kiss Good Night (Samuel L. Jackson). In addition to co-sequencing the LA Ganz song "Count On Me," which is featured on the soundtrack for the New Line Cinema release Dangerous Ground (Ice Cube), Wil also performs the piano solo. Wil is an alum of Howard University (Fine Arts) in Washington, D.C - home to several highly talented contemporaries including Chris Dave, Gorden Campbell, Sy Smith, Maritri Garrett, Marlon Wayans and Eric Roberson (to name a few). He moved to Denver and studied graduate audio recording for 2 years at the University of Colorado at Denver (UCD) with Roy Pritts. While there, he received honorable mention from legendary producer and engineer, Eddie Kramer (Jimi Hendrix, Led Zepplin), for his production and performance of the original song "Dandelion" which is featured on the school's CD release for that year, as well as Wil's solo debut CD entitled "Gypsy." Wil went on to receive a Masters of Music in Jazz Performance and Pedagogy from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He has been a guest lecturer at several college campuses including the University of Louisville, and the University of Northern Colorado where he has presented courses on keyboard technology and software synthesis. He currently teaches college-level Music Production courses in Hollywood, CA and runs his own recording studio in South Bay, Los Angeles called The Bridge.

R&B/Jazz singer Chante Moore discuss new Album, "Moore Is More", R&B Divas, Dating, New Book, Ex Husband Kenny Lattimore and more.. Chante met and befriended El DeBarge and wound up singing backup on on the song "You Know What I Like," on his In the Storm album. Through her friendship with DeBarge, Chante became friends with his manager, who eventually became her manager, as well. About a month after hiring a manager, Chante landed a recording contract with MCA Records and began working on her first album. Her debut, which she titled Precious, was released in 1992 and went on to sell over half a million copies, thanks in part to two singles, "Love's Taken Over" and "It's Alright," which became top five hits on the R&B charts. In 1993, she met and began dating the actor Kadeem Hardison, best known at the time for his role as Dwayne Wayne the NBC sitcom "A Different World."
