Probably best known for helping Gong grow from $200K to $200M in five years, Chris Orlob talks about following his passion for helping people learn valuable sales skills through his new company pclub.io. (That's short for President's Club for non-salesy folks). But sales training wasn't the original focus.Originally, they started out to build a company called QuotaSignal that sold a hiring value proposition, but since hiring took a nosedive in the current economic climate, had been developing an online sales training course that took off. One of his biggest differentiators in his training is the focus on selling the CFO—and if you've paid attention to this year's TrustRadius report on the buyer/seller disconnect, you know that they're playing a bigger role in most enterprise purchases.Other key Takeaways from this episode:Why every SaaS should re-evaluate their pricing model on a regular basisHow to find the right buyers in an account, arm your champion, and write compelling business cases, and multi-thread.How they quickly grew their training through email, Linkedin and word-of-mouth.Other resources to check out:Interview with Vinay Bhagat, Founder and CEO of TrustRadius who publish a yearly report about how B2B buyer behavior is changing. The Lead Gen Mistake I Guarantee You're Making – how to create content that better identifies intent from today's b2b buyer. And, if you want an outside look at your content with actionable advice, take advantage of our Content Audit. There are 2 ways to tell if you are energetically aligned with the frequency of money: the first one is obvious - if you are MAKING money and money comes easy to you! The second one is not so obvious - and it depends on the state of your nervous system. Your nervous system is what balances the state of your body and when it's out of balance it can show up in ways like anxiety, perfectionism, feeling irritated, unmotivated, feeling hopeless, and even in sneaky ways like checking your data every single day (like your Etsy views and visits, or your bank account), anxiously waiting for things to change. These are signs that your nervous system is out of balance... which I'm willing to bet if you resonate with them, then money coming in might feel out of balance, too. Today's special guest Niki Ferguson will be sharing with you how to regulate your nervous system, why it's important, and how to align with the frequency of money so you can MAKE more money!Niki is a Money Healing Coach. She works with coaches and creatives to help them grow their bank accounts while regulating their nervous systems around money.BY THE TIME YOU FINISH LISTENING, YOU'LL LEARN:Why regulating your nervous system is the key to making more moneyWhat it means to have an over (hyper) or under (hypo) regulated nervous system and how it shows up on a daily basisHow you can get started with better regulating your nervous system todayLINKS MENTIONED IN TODAY'S EPISODEFollow Niki on Instagram @wildly_worthyTake Niki's Money Mindset Archetype quizLEARN MORE FROM MONICA LITTLEWebsite: www.monicalittlecoaching.comInstagram: @monicalittlecoachingWatch the FREE Etsy training to get started today: How to Get Your Products Seen on Etsy!

Are you struggling to realize better results in your business or your life? If so, you may be experiencing the perception predicament. The perception predicament is the experience of waiting for your results to change before you perceive yourself differently. I believe every problem in life is ultimately a perception problem. Why? Because perception is reality. How we perceive ourselves, others, and the world at large informs what we think, say, and do, and ultimately the results we have. Our perceptions are constantly being reflected back to us in the experiences we encounter. To further illustrate the power of perception, think about this: The Universe is a closed system. Nothing is coming in or out. Creation is finished. What this means for you and I is that everything we could ever imaging ourselves being, doing, or having in life is already here. We simply need to perceive it as being here. Perceiving it brings it to our conscious level of awareness so we can take inspired action from this mindset. There's a lot to this perception predicament we find ourselves in. Let's get into it! In this episode, you'll discover: What perception is and why it's so important to realizing success in your business and your lifeWhy changing your perception, specifically your self-perception changes everything elseThe importance of doing the inner work on a daily basisHow to change the way you perceive yourself In closing, I hope you got something valuable out of this episode. I find the power of perception to be a major factor in realizing more success and satisfaction in every area of our lives. My question to you, and something I ask myself whenever I'm feeling stuck is; "How do you need to perceive yourself to help you align with the experiences you want to have in your life?"
