That's quite essential democrat math. Yeah. You know Yeah. And they they made that poll up, and they just forgot that, you know, you you can only have a 100%. You can go a 110. Yeah. I'd I don't know about those Quinnipiac, polls there. But listen. You guys did have a have a subcommittee with Doge today, hearing today, didn't you? We did. We were, talking about how we're gonna work to make all of the Doge cuts permanent and the impact it's gonna have on long term spending. I thought it was great hearing. It went well. And and what are we looking at? Because that's been like a big sticking point with some of the Democrats. So just we did not get enough spending cuts in the big beautiful bill. Right? So we only could put spending cuts in the big beautiful bill that are allowed under both the rules of reconciliation Right. Particularly under the bird bath. So we are currently seeing the impacts of senate procedural rules. It's a it's a just a procedural mechanism to only get 50 votes 51 votes in the senate, and so we're gonna keep keep working on that. But that doesn't mean we're not gonna do everything else. We just gotta do those through rescissions packages and through government funding. So what cuts are we looking at with the DODE subcommittee? So, the one that we've already voted, the the rescissions packages was, the USAID, which is so ridiculous. It's not even funny. And the, PBS and NPR funding, which is just ridiculous. So, you know, we started there, but that doesn't mean that that's where we're gonna end. I think, you know, the the hard thing is is that we're talking to Democrats about how we're gonna fund the government going forward, and we need to fund the government because when the defense department, which has a near trillion dollar budget, operates under a continuous solution, it is extremely inefficient. So Yeah. We gotta find a way to come together to to fund the government. But they're looking at us going, well, wait. We agreed on this other spending, and you're just doing rescissions packages to stop the stuff you don't like. And my response to that is, well, you know, the people that voted for it would never have voted for it if they knew that you were gonna give, you know, hundreds of millions of dollars for, you know, these ridiculous government policies that have no positive impact on the American taxpayer. You're right about that. Now, Thune said that he's he kind of alluded to the fact that we might actually have that this bill by July 4. So the senate's supposed to vote on it this week. Thursday or Friday, the speaker said we are not leaving until it's done. Right. I love that. You know, the, this country deserves a birthday present, and we're gonna give it one. Yeah. And that would be a that would be a a great thing. But let's talk about the the big, big story. President Trump, his reactions to Iran. What are you hearing on in in Washington right now? On Monday's Mark Levin Show, there's nothing new to report about Zelensky, who has made significant mistakes that he needs to fix. Although Ukraine is important, Congress should start prioritizing the economy. The focus should be on fostering economic growth and prosperity, and Congress must take urgent legislative action to achieve these goals – President Trump can't do it alone. Also, the border issue is rarely discussed anymore, which highlights the remarkable impact of Trump's actions in less than six weeks. Illegal border crossings have dropped significantly, as people are no longer even attempting to enter unlawfully. Despite repeated claims that bipartisan legislation was necessary to secure the border, Trump proved those assertions—made by Democrats—were false by addressing the issue single-handedly.  Democrats were so desperate to allow as many illegal immigrants as possible into the country to alter the electorate in their favor. For the Democratic Party, their own power takes precedence over the nation's interests.  Afterward, Sen Chris Murphy and other Democrats met with Ukrainian President Zelensky before his meeting with Trump, urging him not to sign the minerals deal. The Democrats advised Zelensky to prioritize security arrangements. The Democrats' actions undermined Trump's deal, and Zelensky was foolish enough to go along with it. President Zelensky is playing into Putin's hands!  He needs to suck it up, apologize to President Trump and do what's right for his country and sign that minerals deal.  It benefits the Ukrainian people with U.S. capital investment, the presence of untold numbers of American businesses and citizens, the gradual re-building of the Ukrainian infrastructure, and the American national security interests that flow from it, etc.  Russia and China would be furious with such a deal as the United States will acquire much-needed rare earth minerals. Later, Sen Eric Schmitt calls in to explain that a $36 trillion national debt is unsustainable. It's great that DODE and Elon Musk are digging in. USAID was a great place to start for DOGE- it was indefensible. Finally, eight years ago on March 2, 2017, Mark first revealed the Spygate scandal on this program, using public records and articles to present the facts. Onderzoekers uit de VS zeggen te hebben ontdekt hoe het kan dat vliegen die dode soortgenoten zien sneller ouder worden. Het zit hem in een specifieke reactie van de hersenen.   Bij veroudering speelt natuurlijk van alles mee. Waaronder genen en leefomstandigheden. Hoewel we weten dat wat we meemaken en zien ook een rol speelt is niet bekend hoe dat precies werkt. Bij fruitvliegjes hadden dezelfde wetenschappers bijvoorbeeld al gezien dat wanneer ze andere dode fruitvliegjes zagen, ze sneller ouder werden. Ook ontdekten ze toen al dat een serotonine receptor daar een rol bij moet spelen. Inmiddels weten ze nog beter hoe het mechanisme werkt.  Uit experimenten zou nu namelijk blijken dat een specifieke groep neuronen verantwoordelijk is voor het effect. Ze zagen hoe het zien van dode soortgenoten activiteit in bepaalde hersengebieden opwekte. Twee type neuronen en de serotonine receptoren die op deze neuronen zitten zijn voor deze reactie essentieel.  Werden deze neuronen kunstmatig geactiveerd, dan zagen ze de veroudering ook versnellen, zonder dat in dat geval dode soortgenoten werden gezien. Hebben wij mensen dan ook nog iets aan deze ontdekking? Dat hopen de wetenschappers wel.
