We had the pleasure of interviewing Daisy Guttridge over Zoom video!Daisy Guttridge reveals the music video for fan-favorite track “Skin” today, March 9th. Featuring creative direction from Daisy Guttridge herself, the singer/songwriter pours her heart out, with a coy guest appearance from co-writer Marc E. Bassy and his soulful vocals. The video's look is inspired by Italian fashion photographer Davide Sorrenti, who Daisy cites as a major influence. Director of Photography Emad Rashidi was able to help bring this vision to life with the use of similarly raw, personal, and authentic close-ups. Shot on location in Los Angeles by director Danny Ghost (Daniel Drachman), the visual follows Daisy as she sings about a crush, with cuts of a female love interest interspersed throughout. The LGBTQ+ inclusive story showcases Daisy's fashion sense and natural star power, displaying her as a tastemaker across creative industries. Co-written and produced by Tk Kayembeh.Following the positive critical reception of her first single “i found u,” Daisy Guttridge recently embarked on Hippie Sabotage's 46-date Rooms of Hallucination Tour. Guttridge will support the Californian duo on all of their massive set of North American shows. A regular within the Hippie Sabotage tour camp, Daisy Guttridge is known for her previous work with the aforementioned pair, as well as tracks with Tommy Trash and Big Gigantic. She provided vocals for Vicetone on his hit single “Waiting” which has notched up over 18 million streams. She is set to release her debut EP The Highs in 2022. Veckans utmanare: Uno Svenningsson - Mellan åren 1988-1991 placerade gruppen Freda tre låtar på Svensktoppen. Sångare var Uno Svenningsson som sen gick sin egna väg när gruppen splittrades. I sommar har dom återförenats och spelat in en ny platta som ska släppas senare i höst. Detta när Uno fortfarande är aktuell med senaste plattan 7 där en av låtarna blivit singel och är lite omgjord. Den har fått en lite mer somrig touch där det handlar om Smultron På Ett Strå som är veckans första utmanare. Tove Lo feat. Hippie Sabotage - Stockholmstjejen Tove Lo upptäcktes som låtskrivare av demonproducenten Max Martin och hon fick så småningom skivkontrakt och debuterade för snart två år sen. Hon har uppmärksammats rejält och spås nå höga höjder även som musikexport, främst i England & Australien där hon redan har synts på hitlistorna. Stay High heter hennes utmanare i en Habits Remix där hon samarbetat med två amerikanska bröder som kallar sig för Hippie Sabotage. Ola Salo feat. Kleerup - Den officiella Pridelåten har i år gjorts av Ola Salo och Kleerup. Ola med sitt förflutna i The Ark sjunger om att kärleken övervinner allt och Kleerup med förnamnet Andreas har producerat I Got You. Ola som själv är bisexuell tycker att det är viktigt att ta ställning för HBT-frågor och då valde han att sjunga in den här. Ola har också synts på Skansens Allsångsscen i sommar och det blir mer TV för hans del senare i år när han medverkar i Så Mycket Bättre.
