Bibs and Reese are back with a robust basketball episode. We hadn't spoken in a couple of weeks, so we spent way more time catching up than we anticipated, then got caught up in an unplanned basketball convo. When we finally got to the agenda, we talked about CP3 retiring, the NBA implementing new tanking rules, and All-Star weekend. What new events could be included? Finally, we closed the show out with a little game where Reese tries to decide which players have been with their teams the longest. Chris Paul Going Out SORRY Shocks Gil's Arena as Gilbert Arenas & The Gil's Arena Crew react to Chris Paul officially announcing his retirement after a turbulent final season where he was sent home from the Los Angeles Clippers and discuss if it's sad to see a future NBA Hall of Famer and living legend like CP3 have his career end on such a sour note. They then react to Kyrie Irving announcing that he will sit out the remainder of the season while he recovers from a torn ACL and debate if this is the right move for the Dallas Mavericks' superstar as they look to surround Cooper Flagg with a championship roster before giving their take on James Harden's comments on loyalty in the NBA as the Beard believes there is no such thing as he sits on his 4th team in 5 seasons. Finally, they break down Anthony Edwards' comments to Jalen Johnson about possibly playing for the Atlanta Hawks and react to Kevin Durant allegedly getting caught in another burner gate as negative commentary on his teammates both past and present leaked from suspicious accounts.
二、 补给点选择与现场动线站点设置:港百推荐设置在 CP3(猴塘西)、CP5(企领下)和 CP8(城门水塘) 。 四、 现场执行 SOP(标准作业程序)1.

The latest episode of Running It Back dives into the "unceremonious" exit of Chris Paul from the Los Angeles Clippers, a move Mike Palmer views as a masterstroke in locker room management. Mike and Tarlin Ray are joined for the first time by Isaac Tellechea, the newest addition to the Running It Back team who will be helping behind the scenes and joining the occasional taping. Isaac jumps right into the fire, offering a Miami Heat fan's perspective on what real veteran leadership looks like versus the "Too Alpha" style that might be holding CP3 back in his twilight years. The trio debates whether Chris Paul's legendary high expectations have crossed the line into toxicity. Tarlin, the resident "Chris Paul Apologist," argues that a 6-foot point guard who controls the game with a legendary IQ deserves a sunset tour. Mike, however, isn't buying the "Point God" narrative without a championship ring to back it up, suggesting that CP3's rigid style makes him less of a leader and more of a "ball-dominant" force that can eventually alienate a roster. The conversation covers the aging Clippers roster and the friction caused when Paul reportedly tried to switch defensive assignments for Kawhi Leonard, which legendary coach Jeff Van Gundy noted was outside Paul's latitude. Isaac compares Paul's current stage to Udonis Haslem, questioning why CP3 hasn't transitioned into a "Yoda-like" player-coach role that elevates teammates without the alpha friction. The guys also engage in a lightning round ranking Paul against the likes of Isiah Thomas, Jason Kidd, and John Stockton, while wondering if there's a graceful ending left for him—perhaps babysitting Bronny on the Lakers.
