Pandeminin başlangıcında yayınlandıktan sonra bu zamana kadar hem bulaş yolu ile ilgili daha çok şey biliyoruz hem ilk zamanlara göre kişisel koruyucu ekipman (KKE) miktarı arttı hem de koruyuculuğu çok da güzel olan aşılarımız var diyerekten geçen ay bir güncelleme yapalım demişlerdi. In this episode of the KULT Kreator Experience, This is episode 10 and will be the final of this series. It's been a lot of fun to be on the other side of the glass as they say. I've been producing podcasts for 5 years and audio content in general of over 15. I have always been so hesitant to be in front of the mic, worried I wouldn't be comfortable or sound like a complete fool. I probably still sound like a fool, but it's been really enjoyable producing a show for myself.  I might do a bonus episode about some of the lessons I have learnt finally producing my own show in the next few months. But first I have a few tests to do with the podcast to see if I can grow it a little bit more before series 2 kicks off.  You might be wondering why are you not pushing the podcast more as it goes live? Well, I have been promoting the show via my social media pipes but the plan for this first series was to produce it as a resource to support KULT Media as we grow the business. I wanted a free resource that can help people learn about podcasting and understand the steps to successful content creation. The power of series one will be as a reference and long term content. Allowing me to provide assistance to clients that might not be in the position to hire me but I can still help them launch & grow their podcasts.  BUT enough about me and the marketing of my podcast let's help you get your podcast out there into the wilderness and get it growing as fast as possible. In this episode of the KULT Kreator Experience, we begin the final step of the KKE and we start by looking at how we publish our content.  Publishing your content is relatively easy. We take our finished asset, be it video or audio and we host it on a server. We then share the location of the content with our audience for them to follow and consume.  BUT of course, there is a bit more to it than that. I am going to walk through the process of publishing content and point out some of the key points and optimisations we can make. The Party for Socialism and Liberation expresses our deepest solidarity in response to the Greek state’s violent and extreme repression of the peaceful protest organized by the Communist Party of Greece (KKE) on the 47th anniversary of the historic Athens Polytechnic Student’s Uprising that took place on Nov. 17, 1973, against the military dictatorship established in June of the same year. The uprising began as a strike and protest on Nov. 14, but it soon drew masses of workers and disaffected elements of society. On Nov. 17, the uprising was drowned in blood as tanks crushed through the protests and as police were killed dozens of protesters — including a five year-old boy — and arrested hundreds more. Despite the repression and initial defeat, the uprising contributed to the struggle against the dictatorship. Nov. 17 is now an officially recognized educational holiday in Greece during which schools and universities are closed except to accommodate commemorations of the martyrs. Nonetheless, this year the KKE’s peaceful demonstration was met by intimidation, repression, and the arrest of dozens of protesters. This is it! We're finally talking about the King - King Kong that is! The big ape has been one of Hollywood's (and the world's) biggest stars since he first showed up on the scene in 1933. At the time, the original King Kong was cutting edge, and it influenced many later generations. Kong is a part of pop culture, and new versions of the eighth wonder of the world keep getting made. There is something universally appealing about this unique and powerful figure.We'll go through the long history of Kong in films (and a little bit on TV), starting of course with the classic original 1933 King Kong, directed and produced by Merian C. Cooper and Ernest Schoedsack, with ground-breaking stop-motion effects by pioneer Willis O'Brien. The exciting story, the ferocious  Kong, and the whole beauty and the beast angle, made the film a huge success. It was quickly followed up with a sequel, also in 1933, Son of Kong, which was amusing but no where near the success of the original.In the 60s, through a somewhat circuitous route, Kong wound up across the Pacific and got a job with Toho Studios, making King Kong vs Godzilla in 1962, and King Kong Escapes in 1967. There's a connection to the 1966 Rankin-Bass King Kong Show cartoon too!Near to our hearts, even though it's clearly a flawed film, is the 1976 version of King Kong. The film may be best remembered today for the amazing John Berkey poster showing Kong astride the World Trade Center towers. We'll talk about the controversy over the robot Kong and how the great make-up genius Rick Baker played Kong. Bob took the hit for the team and watched King Kong Lives, and gives a rundown of that sequel.If you're excited to hear what we think about Peter Jackson's 2005 remake of King Kong, well, you may want to ratchet back your expectations. Amerikan Kalp Derneği (AHA,) şüpheli veya tanılı COVID-19 hastalarına yapılacak olan resüsitatif işlemler sırasında, sağlık çalışanlarına bulaş riskini azaltmaya yönelik ara bir rehber yayınladı. Kılavuz iki kısımdan oluşmakta: İlk kısımda hastane içerisinde resüsitatif işlemler sırasında alınacak önlemler ve prosedürler anlatılırken, ikinci kısımda ise hastane öncesi dönem ile ilgili öneriler bulunmakta. Rehberin giriş kısmında, ABD dışındaki sağlık çalışanları için, kendi yerel yönetim önerilerine dikkat etmeleri yönünde vurgu yapılmış. Önerilerin geneline bakıldığında sağlık bakanlığımızın yayınlamış olduğu önlemler ile çelişen bir nokta bulunmamakta. Rehberin orijinal haline buradanulaşabilirsiniz. Bilinen veya olası COVID-19 hastalarının bakımı sırasında:  İlk aşamada standart olarak önerilen ve bulaş riskini azaltmaya yönelik genel tedbirlerin alınması gerektiğine vurgu yapılmış:Aerosol salınımına neden olan prosedürler (KPR, endotrakeal entübasyon, noninvaziv ventilasyon) uygulayıcılar açısından daha büyük bir bulaş riski anlamına geliyor. Bu prosedürler, havayolu ile bulaşan enfeksiyonlar için özel olarak tasarlanmış negatif basınçlı ve tek kişilik solunum izolasyon odalarında yapılmalı. Odada bulunan personel için solunum yolu koruma önlemleri alınmalı. İşlem sırasında bulunacak kişi sayısı sadece hasta bakımı ve prosedür desteği için gerekli olan kişiler ile sınırlandırılmalı. Prosedürün ardından oda temizlenmeli ve dezenfekte edilmeli.Bilinen veya şüphelenilen COVID-19 hastaları, kapıları kapalı olan tek kişilik bir odada takip edilmeli. Solunum izolasyon odaları aerosol üreten prosedürlerin uygulanacağı hastalar için ayrılmalı.El hijyeniKişisel koruyucu ekipman (KKE)Solunum sisteminin korunması: Hasta odasına veya bakım alanına girmeden önce bir solunum maskesi veya yüz maskesi (eğer solunum maskesi yoksa) takılmalı. Tedarik sorunlarının ortadan kalkması halinde tanılı veya olası COVID-19 hastalarının bakımı sırasında, solunum yolu ile bulaşı engellemek için, solunum maskesi kullanımına geçilmesi gerektiği belirtiliyor. Acil sağlık hizmeti veya diğer ilk yardım sağlayıcıları için öneriler: Acil çağrı merkezine gelen tüm çağrılar olası COVID-19 vakası olarak değerlendirilmeli. Hastanın belirti, semptom ve risk faktörleri bu açıdan sorgulanmalı. Fakat bu sorgulama süreci hayat kurtarıcı müdahalelerin (KPR, Heimlich manevrası gibi) endike olduğu durumlard, arayan kişiyi uygun bir şekilde yönlendirmeye engel olmamalı.Acil nakil gerektiren bir hastada COVID-19'dan şüpheleniliyorsa, hastane öncesi acil sağlık ekiplerine ve hastanın nakledileceği sağlık tesislerine önceden bilgi verilmeli.Acil sağlık ekiplerinin uygulamaları, en güncel COVID-19 klinik önerilerine, halk sağlığı yetkililerinden ve komuta kontrol merkezinden gelen bilgilere dayanmalı. Olası durumlar:Komuta görevlileri hastanın olası COVID-19 olduğundan şüphe eder ise standart önlemlere uyulmalı ve alana girmeden önce göz koruması da dahil olmak üzere uygun KKE kullanılmalıdır.Solunum sisteminin korunması: N95 veya daha yüksek seviyeli solunum maskesi veya yüz maskesi (bir solunum maskesi yoksa).
