Slam the Gavel welcomes Marineka Bowman to the podcast. Marineka was last on Season 3, Episodes 104, 131, 159, 160, 174 and 184, Season 4, Episodes 22, 48 and 61, Season 5, Episodes 149, 210 and 238.       Marineka came on to the podcast to update her case and explaining that there are false allegations made upon her friend that lives with her at her apartment by Attorney Laura Brooks and the court, who now wants proof that he no longer resides there. The father made false allegations of child abuse (when he hadn't been in the child's life for four years) against her friend with no investigation done by police and DCFS. Apparently, Laura Brooks is not fact checking her client? However, family court always has allowed lies.     Marineka wants others to know that God is using her case to shed light on what is going on in the family court system and the way He is using Marineka will not be in vain. Marineka advises to try to work things out with your ex, "because family court will make a mess of your life, and at the end of the day, your child will suffer the most."To Contact Marineka Bowman: dismantlingfamilycourtcorruption.com***** Supportshow(https://www.buymeacoffee.com/maryannpetri)Maryann Petri: dismantlingfamilycourtcorruption.comhttps://www.tiktok.com/@maryannpetriFacebook:  https://www.youtube.com/@slamthegavelpodcasthostmar5536Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/guitarpeace/Pinterest: Slam The Gavel Podcast/@guitarpeaceLinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/maryann-petri-62a46b1ab/  YouTube:  https://www.youtube.com/@slamthegavelpodcasthostmar5536  Twitter https://x.com/PetriMaryannEzlegalsuit.comhttps://ko-fi.com/maryannpetri*DISCLAIMER* The use of this information is at the viewer/user's own risk. [In Episode 61, part 1 of this two-part series for Childhood Cancer Awareness Month presents two  journeys of two children who battled cancer: River Putnam and Elizabeth "Liz" Brooks]Today the rest of Liz's story is shared through the accounts of her parents who had to temporarily say good-bye to their daughter in 2021.  They continue the tribute to a daughter their hearts beat fondly for, as they process out loud, grief, faith and a desperate "holding on to hope," amidst such great pain.  On the day of Liz's homecoming, what Jeremy and Laura Brooks witnessed seemed to be their daughter's few moments in "the in-between," as it appeared that angels were in full force to peacefully take Liz's soul to eternity.   Stories of pain are a part of life.  May we listen, learn, and stretch our hearts to have hope and thanksgiving in any and every circumstances.  Seacoast Podcast, River and Melanie Putnam and most importantly Jeremy and Laura Brooks dedicate these episodes to the lovely and bright young woman who is now interceding for us who are still seeing dimly: Elizabeth "Liz" Brooks. Two stories of two kids who fought diligently, positively and with great faith, the dreadful foe of cancer.  River Putnam was 11 years old when he began his fight against a rare form of brain cancer.  Now, 15-years-old, him and his mom Melanie Putnam (“Mel”) join the podcast to share their story as well as the ways in which they are currently walking through some of the remaining havoc.  Elizabeth “Liz” Brooks began her fight against cancer at 12 years old and at 18 slipped away to heaven in 2021.  While Liz's story ends bitterly on this side of heaven, her parents and many listeners amidst tears will still agree she is currently experiencing the best possible outcome.Believers in Jesus have faith that He has overcome the world, and that belief brings hope.  But in this world each person will have trouble.  Pain and sadness are real and as long as one lives, can't be avoided; and no one is ever in the clear of experiencing their own personal nightmare, even those with great faith.  Two true stories of beauty from the ashes, those hard-pressed on every side but not crushed, enduring great suffering but not abandoned. One story leading Mel Putnam in a perennial state of thanksgiving for the more years she has with her bright son, River, while Jeremy and Laura Brooks (who also  join us today) also have their hearts settled in  thanksgiving for the time they had with Liz's and the privilege of being her parents.  Often times, however, as a result of losing her, they have to hold on to hope with all the strength they have.  Stories of pain are a part of life.  May we listen, learn, and stretch our hearts to have hope and thanksgiving in any and every circumstances.  Seacoast Church, River and Melanie Putnam and most importantly Jeremy and Laura Brooks dedicate this episode to the lovely and bright young woman who is now interceding for us who are still seeing dimly: Elizabeth "Liz" Brooks. The last time she was on we discussed the UNJUST decisions of Judge Natalie Haskins and GAL. Apparently they don't care about the effects this is having on her DAUGHTER.     Marineka discussed Black History Month and the works of Thurgood Marshall. How he was a Civil Rights Attorney and how hard he FOUGHT to even get into law school to pave the way for other attorneys as well. Thurgood Marshall FOUGHT for EQUALITY for himself and others, families, the voiceless and discriminated against. However, he would be more than disheartened to know how judges and attorneys are behaving in Family Court to fit, loving parents as they rip their children away from them and do not look at evidence ESPECIALLY when photo's of abuse are shared to parties on THE FAMILY WIZARD.  Especially in Marineka's case, the GAL, opposing attorney Laura Brooks and Judge Natalie Haskins. They are demanding Marineka do a psychological evaluation with a DFS Supervisor WHO DOESN'T HAVE A PH.D so they can keep the false narrative going of Marineka being mentally ill.     Now it continues that her daughter is constantly being  picked up late from daycare, is being held upside down and hit by the father's 17 year old son and they both continue to shave her daughter's head even for her pre-school picture. Somehow the Judge Haskins DOESN'T CARE about how this is affecting the child physically, emotionally and her self esteem. We talked about lawyers not acting in their capacity, such as Guardian Ad Litems as well as DFS.  Marineka talked about a strange phone call that reached this podcast wondering where Marineka was. This episode is brought to you by Sendlane.   Laura says, “a nootropic is anything that really enhances your brain function. Caffeine itself is a nootropic. Cordyceps are a nootropic because they help with mental performance and fighting fatigue. There are a lot of natural ingredients that help your brain, whether it's boosting brain cells or blood flow to that brain, reducing inflammation. You'll often hear about a nootropic stack, which is when somebody combines these different ingredients that they create on their own for their own concoction.      Slam the Gavel welcomes back guest, Marineka Bowman and her family members to the podcast. She was last on the podcast Season 3, Episode 104.  Marineka is a wonderful Mother of a five year old daughter. Mother explained that her ex-husband left the house when their daughter was only two months old. However she did not go to the courts looking for child support as she tried to work it out with him. There was barely a response.      Now, when her daughter was a happy three year old, the father came back into their lives  and went before the courts saying that he wanted to only see his daughter two hours a week. Judge Natalie Haskins made a comment that, 'it would make it harder for you in the future to get full custody if you do this.' But there really was no problem in obtaining custody. Judge Haskins also has recommended to Marineka to lie to her own child and not to tell her where she is going when going to her fathers. Judge Haskins also changed pick-ups and drop-offs from the precinct now to her own home. Judge Haskins also ran a hearing while Mother was asking for an attorney and did not allow Mother to have an attorney present.     At present time,  Marineka has a hearing October 21, 2022 and she will be going. in as a Pro Se Litigant as she can't afford an attorney and the attorneys she has had in the past were ineffective.      Father has complete custody while his attorney, Laura Brooks has filed eight motions/petitions between May and July which would constitute vexatious litigation and legal abuse.      There are alleged reports on child sexual abuse that have gone unnoticed from DFS (CPS). The school system is doing nothing to help her, nor the hospitals, even though they are mandated reporters.     What Marineka has learned is that the opposing counsel has a hand in this abuse of her daughter as Judge Haskins addresses Attorney Laura Brooks as "Laura," while in the courtroom. COLLUSION is present in this illegitimate courtroom.      Marineka is being watched very closely as she explains in this podcast. Being a Targeted parent and being penalized for protecting her daughter has gone to the extreme so much so that they now taking complaints of child abuse from Marineka and turn them back on her.   Child support is now an issue as the father is demanding $900.00/month. This case was all about money, kids for cash and her daughter's safety is in question. No one cares.     Please tune in to a future podcast with Marineka and her family for updates.Supportshow(https://www.buymeacoffee.com/maryannpetri)http://beentheregotout.com/http://www.dismantlingfamilycourtcorruption.com/Music by: mictechmusic@yahoo.comBustin' Chops & Callin' ShotsEach week Josh and Jon sit down to give their take on travel sports and everything in...Listen on: Apple Podcasts SpotifySupport the showSupportshow(https://www.buymeacoffee.com/maryannpetri)http://beentheregotout.com/http://www.dismantlingfamilycourtcorruption.com/
