The dead aren't finished with them yet.At the edge of the ruined chapel, steel finally meets bone. Ghouls charge from the darkness, skeletons scatter across the grounds, and the party is forced into a brutal, chaotic fight where every second matters. Stakes fly. Blades bite. Eldritch energy tears through rotting bodies as the rain slicks the battlefield beneath their feet.

When a Sunday morning worship service in St. Paul becomes a target for 'terrorist' tactics, the line between protest and criminal conduct has officially vanished. Today, we break down the shocking invasion of Cities Church, the federal indictment of Don Lemon under the 1871 KKK Act, and the silence of the local clergy. Pew Research and Gallup surveys confirm the decline of organized religion in the US, with "nuns" (the religiously unaffiliated) nearing one-third of the population. We dissect this massive demographic shift, comparing the dangers posed by deeply devoted believers versus passively religious people. We question if a non-serious Christian is truly harmless or simply a "volatile" target for grifters and con artists. Ultimately, the panel concludes that the rise of secularism signals progress as more people are questioning their beliefs.News Source:If the U.S. had 100 people: Charting Americans' religious affiliationsBy Unknown for Pew Research CenterNovember 13th, 2025 https://www.pewresearch.org/short-reads/2025/11/13/if-the-u-s-had-100-people-charting-americans-religious-affiliations/Drop in religiosity among largest in worldBy Unknown for Gallup https://news.gallup.com/poll/697676/drop-religiosity-among-largest-world.aspxThe Non-Prophets, Episode 24.48.1 featuring Rob, Flabbergasted, & Stephen HarderFaith Collapse: Nones Rise to 29% Are People Finally Thinking? Are the people in the pews more Conservative than the pastors in the pulpit? In this Smith and Rowland Show Podcast, Alan Smith and Jeff Rowland react to new data that says many church leaders lean Liberal while their congregations do not. They walk through key parts of a Prophecy Newswatch article, open their Bibles, and talk honestly about seminaries, church silence on social and political issues, and what happens when pastors fear for their jobs more than they fear God. From pinto beans and Thanksgiving laughs to hard talk about clergy, pews, and the future of the local church, this episode stays real, biblical, and practical. If you care about preaching, theology, and the direction of the American church, you will want to hear this one to the end. It's almost biblical -- that part in the Bible where God promises that He will take evil and turn it good for those who believe in Him -- but it's almost biblical how the days after Charlie Kirk's assassination have seen a dramatic jump in attendance at churches. It's the youth in particular who are filling the pews, said J.P. De Gance, founder of Communio. Whether or not the increased church attendance will last for long or not is the million dollar question.
Is the LCMS truly facing a pastoral shortage — or do we have too many pastors and too few people in the pews? In this bold Lead Time episode, Tim Ahlman and Jack Kalleberg sit down with Tim Wood (Ad Crucem, CSL Regent) to confront the uncomfortable realities shaping the Missouri Synod's future. They tackle:- Why Lutheran churches have lost half their membership in 25 years.- Whether our law/gospel preaching model has fallen into a predictable rut.- The shocking case for consolidating congregations and “right-sizing” the pastoral field.- How biblical illiteracy is crippling the next generation of Lutherans. This candid conversation isn't about tearing down — it's about telling the truth in love, so we can chart a faithful future. Whether you agree or disagree, these are the questions the LCMS can't afford to ignore.Support the showJoin the Lead Time Newsletter! There's something in all of us that wants to HIDE our mess, COVER our tracks, and PRETEND things are fine when they're not.1. The CONTEXT. (v. 9)2. The CONTRAST. (v. 10-13)Six Signs you might be a Modern-day Pharisee:You spend more time focusing on what you HATE than what you love. You zoom in on OTHER'S sin but act as if your own doesn't exist. You spread ACCUSATIONS against others without going to them directly. You are quick to pass JUDGEMENT.You rarely ever ADMIT you are wrong and cannot take CORRECTION.You STAY in your flock.ASK someone close to you if they see ANY of these six signs in you.3. The CHALLENGE. (v. 14)“…the first step of living in a community with blood-stained pews is being honestwith ourselves - honest about how we are broken, honest that we are bleeding, honestthat we need help.” - Carl Kuhl, Blood Stained PewsTakeaway:Make it your DAILY PRAYER to say, “God, have mercy on me, a sinner.”Will you come clean?

In this episode of Lipsticks on Labcoats, we explore transmutation — from the nuclear reactions that turn one element into another, to the spiritual practices that claim to transform pain into redemption. What happens when science and faith both point to the same truth: energy can't be destroyed, only transformed? We'll look at the difference between real transformation and illusion, why true change always requires energy, and how the “gold” we seek has always been within us.
Send us a textThe last episode of Beauty Beyond the Ashes Episode was one that stuck with me so immensely, that I had to do a Part 2 to dissect and digest it with my friend and fellow "Life Matters" advocate, Becky Girola. The previous episode was the first in a series entitled, "The Voice of a Father," where I am having Beauty Conversations with men who have been abortion-affected. Nyles Pinckney gave extraordinary details of his abortion experience and what happened before and after. Many are not aware that there is a "crisis mode" before the abortion and an "aftermath" after the aboriton. Nyles did an amazing job detailing the full spectrum. So much so, I had to have a conversation with Becky, Director of ABC Pregnancy Resource Center, to breakdown the missing components that could very well have helped Nyles and his partner make ABC (A Better Choice) during their crisis pregnancy. Please listen to Episode 93 and Follow up with Episode 94. These conversations are much needed to help explore the FACTS surrounding an abortion choice. It's not as cut and dry as many people feel it is and/or should be. Life just doesn't work that way.Becky does an excellent job of helping open the minds and hearts of the Pro-Life community and explain what needs to be done to "LOVE THEM BOTH!"Listen in each week and don't forget to SHARE, LIKE AND COMMENT!!!Connect with TonyaWebsite - https://www.tonyabjones.com Purchase Book Pearls in the Pews - https://tonyabjones.com/pearlsinthepews YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/@beautybeyondtheashes/videosFree Mini E-Book - https://tonyabjones.com/4pillarsEmail - bbta@tonyabjones.comFacebook - Tonya Bailey Jones https://www.facebook.com/thetonyabjonesInstagram - Blessed1_t2w https://www.instagram.com/blessed1_t2w/TikTok - Beauty Beyond the Ashes https://www.tiktok.com/@beauty_beyond_the_ashes?lang=en

Send us a textPrior to walking into my healing journey from the wounds of abortion, I never thought about how a father might feel after an abortion experience. If I'm honest, I was too broken to deal with anyone else's feelings.I thank God for the road of healing and the understanding that abortion affects far more than the woman who endures one. I have come to understand that the father is affected far more than I ever thought possible.I have come to understand...The Voice of a Father! Now, during this season, I'm bringing that voice to Beauty Beyond the Ashes. And I could not have chosen a better first guess to have this Beauty Conversation with than Mr. Nyles Pinckney. You will want to hear what Nyles shares. What if the biggest threat to Christian values in America isn't hostile politicians—but Christians who refuse to vote? Bunni Pounds drops a bombshell statistic that will shake you: Christians are registering and voting at exactly the same rates as the general population. That means roughly half of Bible-believing Americans are voluntarily sitting out the very process that determines who governs their communities. While faithful Christians stay home on election day, secular activists are showing up in droves to elect school board members who push gender ideology, city council members who restrict religious freedom, and county officials who shut down churches. We're literally handing over our nation to people whose worldview is diametrically opposed to Scripture—and then wondering why our culture is falling apart. Bunni's journey from homeschool mom to political consultant to mobilizing nearly a million Christians reveals the stunning power of engaged believers and the devastating consequences of Christian apathy. Greg and Cory dive into the often-confusing generational conflicts simmering in many Catholic parishes, where aging baby boomers shaped by 1960s and 70s pop culture clash with younger millennials and Gen Z seekers craving transcendence and tradition. They explore how boomers emphasized horizontal community and cultural relevance, leading to beige churches and casual liturgies, while today's converts yearn for vertical worship, smells and bells, and a countercultural faith rooted in the Church's 2,000-year history. Drawing from their own journeys as converts, Greg and Cory debunk myths tying these tensions solely to Vatican II, instead pointing to broader cultural shifts and the need for principled arguments over aesthetic preferences. They warn against repeating boomer mistakes by making the Church a slave to generational trends, urging listeners to focus on continuity, charity, and faithfulness to Christ. The discussion centers around the concept of false converts, a critical issue in evangelism that hampers genuine outreach efforts. Andrew Rapoport and his friend Randy dive deep into the characteristics of false converts, highlighting how these individuals often believe they are saved while lacking true understanding or commitment to the gospel. They explore the complexities of church dynamics, where many attendees may outwardly appear to embrace faith yet remain spiritually blind to their own need for salvation. The conversation also touches on the implications of self-righteousness and the dangers posed by a superficial faith that fails to recognize the gravity of sin and the necessity of repentance. Listeners are encouraged to reflect on their own faith and discern whether their beliefs align with a true understanding of Christ's sacrifice and the transformative power of genuine conversion. Throughout the episode, the hosts maintain a light-hearted yet profound tone, making it both engaging and thought-provoking.In this eye-opening episode, Andrew Rapoport and Randy Atkins tackle the perplexing issue of false converts within the Christian faith. Their relaxed, colloquial banter does not diminish the gravity of the topic, as they delve into the intricacies of what it means to truly follow Christ versus merely adopting a title. Rapoport brings his expertise as the executive director of Striving for Eternity into the conversation, outlining the historical and theological implications of false conversions that have plagued the church throughout the ages. They discuss how cultural trends and modern evangelism tactics have often led to shallow commitments to faith, where individuals mistakenly believe they are secure in their salvation based on emotional experiences rather than a deep, scripted understanding of the gospel. The duo emphasizes the necessity of self-examination, encouraging listeners to reflect on their own spiritual journeys. They utilize biblical texts to illustrate the dangers of being a false convert, noting how the New Testament is rife with warnings about self-deception and the importance of genuine repentance. Rapoport's anecdotes about evangelism experiences serve as cautionary tales, highlighting the need for churches to foster environments where authentic faith can flourish rather than simply counting numbers. Through their lively dialogue, listeners are encouraged to not only scrutinize their own beliefs but also engage in conversations about faith with others, challenging the status quo of mere nominalism in the church. The episode is both informative and entertaining, merging deep theological insights with a warm, approachable style. Rapoport and Atkins remind their audience that understanding the gospel is a lifelong journey, one that requires diligence, humility, and a sincere heart. As they wrap up, they leave listeners with a powerful exhortation to seek after true conversion, making it clear that a relationship with Christ is not about ticking boxes, but about a transformative experience that changes lives.Takeaways: The podcast episode dives deep into the topic of false converts, emphasizing the struggles evangelists face when engaging with individuals who mistakenly believe they are saved.
