Denn in der Umkleidekabine lauern für eine Autistin viele Herausforderungen: zu grelles Licht, verwirrende Umgebungsgeräusche, kratzende Etiketten … In Daniela Schreiters Comics lässt sich mitfiebern, ob Autistic-Hero-Girl ihren Alltag bewältigen kann, bevor die Endgegner Overload und Meltdown zuschlagen. Die Comickünstlerin schafft den Spagat, über Autismus so zu schreiben und zu zeichnen, dass Betroffene sich gesehen fühlen und Nichtbetroffene eine neue Welt entdecken können.
