It’s a high form of meditation. Inviting and inspiring our partners into a conscious sexual experience is a gift of the feminine.  When we are filled up from within we don’t have to work hard to find a partner. Partners are automatically attracted to us.    Connecting to Our Femininity [20:32] Sophia shares the top 3 tips for how women can have a deep connection with their femininity: Learn to relax — it sounds common but it has to be a priority. Relax each and every part of your body. Don't let your mind wander. We must relax the pelvic floor, it constricts our feminine energy.  Move your hips — it doesn't matter how you move them but moving the hips will unlock a lot of strong energy. It can change your life. Connect with your vagina — It is what defines our gender. We have to activate it and connect with it. Sofia Sundari is one of my favorite tantra teachers in the world. She was the first person I thought of when I thought of who I wanted to sit with for this podcast series. I was delighted when she expressed excitement to do it. Sofia has been a previous guest on my podcast. I loved her openness, her vulnerability and her depth. Many other people did as well as the episode entitled “Why are we so weird about sex?” is one of the most popular episodes I have ever done. After leading my 7 day retreat in Italy I flew to her home on the island of Ibiza to meet with her. After getting lost several times in my rental car trying to find her home on unpaved dirt roads, I finally found it on top of a mountain surrounded by nothing but open space and lots and lots of silence. If you listen close you will hear and feel that profound silence emanate through out this podcast. The same silence I found on the mountain was the same silence I found inside her and between us. Upon finally founding her home. she gave me a hug and invited me to enter. She poured me some tea and explained to me that the reason she felt I resonated with her teachings was because they are actually rooted in nonduality consciousness. She told me how she spent many days in the past practicing Ramana Maharshi's meditation practice in which you repeat the question “Who am I?” until you discover the answer which transcends thought.
