Sydney's lock down has been extended, while masks are no longer mandatory in Victorian offices. 27 new cases of Covid-19 have been reported in Sydney with only 13 of which were in isoaltion for the their full infectious period. Greater Sydney's two week stay at home order is therefore extended by a week to Friday 16 July. Elias Clure from the ABC is on the phone from Sydney.

Governor Newsom is still considering a new Stay-At-Home order for the 52 California counties hit hardest by COVID-19, even though many Californians and officials in some counties say they would not honor or enforce stricter guidelines.
