It was really great chatting with Anthony and diving into the fun characteristics of data. He has a background in health and wellness and for fun, loves to track the productivity of his garden and chickens People problems are his favorite, specifically those that are related to the psychology of the workplace. But in order to solve these types of problems, you need to combine different data sets which involves a lot of manual work. A couple reality checks that Anthony shared were that data analytics has a humility aspect to it becuase you can't control everything. And also, we only change when things become painful enough and it is our responsibility as a data professional to highlight when a change is needed.
