Lance is a senior strategy consultant with Ernst & Young and he has worked with over 60 organizations in 11 countries over his career that has spanned over 20 years. He has studied at Stanford, MIT, Harvard and INSEAD and he specializes in helping companies become disaster proof. Which is also the name of his new book titled Disaster Proof - Scenario Planning for a Post-Pandemic World. In part one of this interview, Lance told us about a critical turning point in his life when one of his teachers told him he'd never make anything in his life.
