We opened this space in 2018 to be a productive space for local women. We didn't quite realize at the time what it would grow into. After working from home as a magazine editor for four years, I saw a need for a space where women could be productive and take care of daily business tasks, without splurging on a private office. At the time, I loved the freedom of working from my dining table, but I longed for a professional place to host meetings, receive mail, print documents – and maybe even bounce ideas off other humans every now and then.So Brian and I set out to build that: a haven where you can knock out your to-do list without the distraction of a sink full of dishes, where you can have a client meeting in a quiet conference room without your kids screaming in the background, and most importantly, where you can build meaningful relationships with other amazing local women.I'm proud of the comfortable and chic space we've built in The Treasury, but I'm most excited about the community and friendship among our members. We are all in this together, and we'd love to cheer you on, too.

He has worked in corporate America at SandRidge Energy, founded a tech company with one of his brothers, and for the last decade has devoted himself to building relationships and community initiatives in Northeast Oklahoma City. He has done all this while straddling two economic classes, which has given Taylor unique insights on how opportunity is unlocked for some and remains locked for others. His recent work invites listeners to unpack what he calls ‘And Then Moments' – the seemingly overlooked moments in life that actually help people succeed. Taylor believes when people do the work of uncovering these moments, they are then challenged to unlock opportunity for those who have historically been left out. Only then can society begin to create more equitable communities and cities where more people thrive. His curiosity on topics such as empathy, trust, social capital, and opportunity quickly grew as he juxtaposed his own story of safety nets and unlocked opportunities against stories of those in his community with fewer resources. Taylor believes that trust is the most valuable resource in the world, which drives him to continue to create trust-building opportunities between the “Two Americas”.MORE ABOUT TAYLOR Taylor finds some of his inspiration while eating #1 combos at Whataburger. Already training well drillers and building equipment, Matt and his wife Grace linked up with Water4 after searching for a better way. Water4 shared their desire to find sustainable solutions and to do so out of a love for God and neighbor, so it was a perfect fit. Matt was initially hired to design what would become Water4's sustainability model by training on drilling technologies and selecting, mentoring, and scaling local partner businesses. As CEO of Water4, he now has the pleasure of ensuring that vision is carried out through the local leaders he so intimately knows. Matt's vision is to end the need for charity by empowering entrepreneurs to solve the problem, and coming alongside them to achieve their potential. He doesn't see Africa as a problem to be solved, but rather a continent of potential and endless possibility.Matt is married to his best friend Grace and they live in rural Oklahoma with their two beautiful daughters. Matt is a triathlete, ultramarathoner, lifelong reader, and lover of the outdoors.

KEY MESSAGE: Leadership includes investing in others through friendship and mentorship.KEY TAKEAWAYS Focus on becoming the type of person you want as a friend. Leaders can often feel alone when they become to fixated on their product and not the people. You can be the solution to someone else's problem and that can be found through mentorship. Mentorship produces growth. We must be purposeful with addressing the barriers created by race.
