From Ric Osuna -When I met Butch DeFeo in November 2000 at Green Haven Correctional, I was not sure who or what I would be interviewing. I found Butch to be very frank and open, even though he seemed nervous at the constant gawks and stares he received from other visitors. We spent the next six hours discussing his case and the Amityville stories. He practically hugged me before he left the visiting room, seemingly thankful that people were going to find out the truth about what happened the night of the murders. But, his grateful attitude would soon be replaced by a conniving one. Butch has become the one thing he loathed the most: His father. Butch is a monster. He is a victim. He is a confused little boy. He is a coward. He is a schemer. He, undoubtedly, is a cold-blooded mass murderer. The latter two serve Butch well in an institution he assumingly will spend the rest of his life at. Discussions with individuals who are close to Butch have revealed a complex, sociopathic character.
This is kind of a short episode. I'm still trying to knock the rust off from not doing a regular show, so please bear with me. Also, a little behind the scenes stuff - The dog barking is our next door neighbors dog, an adorable pit bull named Leo. He talks a big game, but he's just a poop machine. Also, after I recorded these last few episodes, you'll notice that the beginning and ending of the show is WAY different sounding - more professional and cleaner. I was having problems trying to get the sound right and stopped everything I was doing and went through and readjusted the sound so that it was a lot more ear friendly. https://amityvillemurders.com/ For his book, Talking with Serial Killers, British Criminologist Christopher Berry-Dee interviewed Justice Stark. Confronting Justice Stark on Sullivan handpicking him, Justice Stark, with a waive of a hand dismissed this, and said, “In hindsight, this was quite wrong, but things were different back then.” At the outset, in an attempt to nail Weber down on his defense during a private post-hearing conference, Justice Stark asked, “At this time, Mr. Weber, are you prepared to continue our discussion as to the matter of the defendant’s intentions of raising the defense of mental disease or defect?” Weber replied, “Your honor, I am not able to answer you on that point, at this time.” Still needing a definitive answer, Justice Stark continued pressing Weber on the issue. Whereas Weber replied, “Your honor, at this point, the only thing I could ask the court to consider is my application for an adjournment of the trial.” Weber went on to explain to Justice Stark his need for the 60‑day adjournment. Because he had been retained as an attorney only since July, Weber needed more time to prepare his case. Although Judge Signorelli had granted Weber’s omnibus motion on August 1, Weber had not received any paperwork from the district attorney until August 27.
After a lengthy trial that concluded right before Thanksgiving, Butch DeFeo was found guilty of killing his father, mother, two brothers, and two sisters. On December 4, 1975, Justice Thomas Stark said that the crimes were “the most heinous and abhorrent,” and sentenced Butch to 25 years to life. No other suspect was ever prosecuted for the crime. Officially, Butch DeFeo acted alone in the grisly crime. Unofficially, the evidence pointed to a conspiracy.
Amityville Horror/Ron DefeoRonald Joseph DeFeo Jr. (September 26, 1951 – March 12, 2021) was an American mass murderer who was tried and convicted for the 1974 killings of his father, mother, two brothers, and two sisters in Amityville, Long Island, New York. Condemned to six sentences of 25 years to life, DeFeo died in custody in 2021. The case inspired the book and film versions of The Amityville Horror.
Astronomers have unveiled the first image of the supermassive black hole at the centre of our own Milky Way galaxy. This result provides overwhelming evidence that the object is indeed a black hole and yields valuable clues about the workings of such giants, which are thought to reside at the centre of most galaxies. The image was produced by a global research team called the Event Horizon Telescope (EHT) Collaboration, using observations from a worldwide network of radio telescopes.

The Duke was also criticised in the media after his former wife, Sarah, disclosed that he helped arrange for Epstein to pay off £15,000 of her debts. Andrew had been photographed in December 2010 strolling with Epstein in Central Park during a visit to New York City. In July 2011, the Duke's role as trade envoy was terminated and he reportedly cut all ties with Epstein. Jean-Luc Brunel was a French model scout. He gained prominence by leading the international modelling agency Karin Models, and founded MC2 Model Management, with financing by Jeffrey Epstein. The subject of a 60 Minutes investigation in 1988, Brunel faced allegations of sexual assault spanning three decades.

BlackRock, Inc. is an American multinational investment management corporation based in New York City. Founded in 1988, initially as a risk management and fixed income institutional asset manager, BlackRock is the world's largest asset manager, with US$9.5 trillion in assets under management as of October, 2021. BlackRock operates globally with 70 offices in 30 countries and clients in 100 countries. BlackRock has sought to position itself as an industry leader in environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG). The company has faced criticism for climate change inaction, its close ties with the Federal Reserve System during the coronavirus pandemic, anticompetitive behavior, and its unprecedented investments in China. We talk about the Gabby Petito new story that was going around at the time and why so many people have gone missing in that area (800 at this point in time) and people going missing from national parks. Little Baby's Ice CreamThe company began in 2011, selling ice cream from tricycles.[1] A brick and mortar location opened in August 2012. The company received national attention for a 2012 commercial, "This is a Special Time", in which a man apparently made of ice cream uses a spoon to consume ice cream from his own skull. (The actual substance used was marshmallow cream.) The company introduced pre-packaged ice cream pints in 2015 in containers similar to oyster pails. The company had locations in Philadelphia, Washington D.C. and Baltimore. Along with pizza restaurant Pizza Brain, the company faced harassment from Pizzagate conspiracists. In November 2019, Little Baby's permanently closed

Notably, local stone carvings by the Pict depict a mysterious beast with flippers. The first written account appears in a biography of St. Columba from 565 AD. According to that work, the monster bit a swimmer and was prepared to attack another man when Columba intervened, ordering the beast to “go back.” It obeyed, and over the centuries only occasional sightings were reported. Many of these alleged encounters seemed inspired by Scottish folklore, which abounds with mythical water creatures.Loch Ness Monster Drone Footage https://nypost.com/2021/09/25/loch-ness-monster-spotted-again-this-time-on-drone-footage/ Payara fish https://nypost.com/2021/09/25/loch-ness-monster-spotted-again-this-time-on-drone-footage/ Robert Kearns - Intermittent Winshield Wiper Inventorhttps://interestingengineering.com/how-robert-kearns-took-on-ford-and-chrysler-and-won
Mike was standing on the roof of a house he was building, he looked down and grabbed the airhose that was attached to the nail gun and flipped it up into the air, like he had done a thousand times before that. Lightning quick, Mike shot his hand out to grab the nail gun and get to work. There was the distinct pop of the nail gun and a sharp pain in his chest. Mike had grabbed the handle of the nail gun and depressed the trigger, the nail shot out of the gun, into his lung and into his heart.
Amityville Horror - Ed and Lorraine WarrenRonald DeFeo - lived at the house before the "haunting" had happened. Six members of the household were murdered and the house was sold in 1965 to the Lutz. They moved in to the house and 8 months later they moved out. Why?While they were there, a writer by the name of Jay Anson approached them about writing a novel based on the haunting of this house. Several years later, Ed and Lorraine Warren attached themselves to the story and tried to "exorcise" the house. But, the true story is this. The Lutz's purchased the house after learning of the history what had happened there. They hired a writer (Jay) and sat down and came up with the story of the Amityville Horror. Basing it on "true" events and how the Lutz's had to deal with a haunted house. The history is still interesting and the story, while made up, at the time was terrifying. The house in Amitville has been changed to keep away the looky-loos and tourists, but it still exists to this day and everyone that has lived at that house has never had an issue. Based on the Lauren Southern youtube video where she talks about what appears to be a cover of the mass graves in Canada and why nobody is talking about them. The media, the churches, and the government won't answer questions, talk about the controversy, or even open their doors to the public about this country wide nightmare. This seems to be a cover up on a massive scale and nobody in Canada seems to even want to question the validity of the mass graves. These reports have also lead to a lot of churches and other places of worship being burned to the ground. A séance or seance (/ˈseɪ.ɑːns/; French: [seɑ̃s]) is an attempt to communicate with spirits. The word séance comes from the French word for "session", from the Old French seoir, "to sit". In French, the word's meaning is quite general: one may, for example, speak of "une séance de cinéma" ("a movie session"). In English, however, the word came to be used specifically for a meeting of people who are gathered to receive messages from ghosts or to listen to a spirit medium discourse with or relay messages from spirits. In modern English usage, participants need not be seated while engaged in a séance. The Sugar Research Foundation Conspiracywww.npr.org/sections/thetwo-way…-point-blame-at-fat In the 1960s, the sugar industry funded research that downplayed the risks of sugar and highlighted the hazards of fat, according to a newly published article in JAMA Internal Medicine. The article draws on internal documents to show that an industry group called the Sugar Research Foundation wanted to "refute" concerns about sugar's possible role in heart disease. The SRF then sponsored research by Harvard scientists that did just that. The result was published in the New England Journal of Medicine in 1967, with no disclosure of the sugar industry funding. The sugar-funded project in question was a literature review, examining a variety of studies and experiments. The footage was shot in 1967 in Northern California, and has since been subjected to many attempts to authenticate or debunk it. The footage was filmed alongside Bluff Creek, a tributary of the Klamath River, about 25 logging-road miles (40 km) northwest of Orleans, California, in Humboldt County. The film site is roughly 38 miles (60 km) south of Oregon and 18 miles (30 km) east of the Pacific Ocean. For decades, the exact location of the site was lost, primarily because of re-growth of foliage in the streambed after the flood of 1964. It was rediscovered in 2011. It is just south of a north-running segment of the creek informally known as "the bowling alley". In 1958, Jerry Crew, a logging company bulldozer operator in Humboldt County, California, discovered a set of large, 410 millimetres (16 in) human-like footprints sunk deep within the mud in the Six Rivers National Forest. Upon informing his coworkers, many claimed to have seen similar tracks on previous job sites as well as telling of odd incidents such as an oil drum weighing 450 pounds (200 kg) having been moved without explanation. The logging company men soon began utilizing the term "Big Foot" to describe the mysterious culprit who had apparently left the prints and moved their equipment; causing a sense of paranoia among the workers
