I’m Sam Vander Wielen, an attorney-turned-entrepreneur who helps coaches, course creators, and online service-providers legally protect their businesses using my DIY Legal Templates and trainings. After helping so many amazing entrepreneurs get paid, protect their content, and grow their online businesses in a legally legit way, I know how confusing, overwhelming and — let’s be honest — straight up boring the legal piece of your business can be. But it doesn’t have to be that way. I’ll help you learn exactly what you need to know about legally protecting your online business — whether it’s what contracts you need, to how to keep your content safe, or even how to form your business in the first place. And I’ll do it all with no frills, no BS; just super helpful legal info that’s tailored to what you do online, delivered in a cozy way. Yep, I said “legal” and “cozy” in the same sentence! But I don’t just cover the legal stuff. I want to make sure you’ll have a thriving business that you love, too. One that you build on your terms. So in my episodes, I’ll mix up giving you the straight-up legal stuff you need to hear, with episodes on how to actually grow your business, too. Whether you’re launching a brand new business, growing the one you’ve already built, or you’re somewhere in between — I’ll help you build a solid foundation for your business, all while doing it On Your Terms. Can’t wait! xo – Sam
