People are glazing over AI-generated content. They are spending less time online. They want interaction, and they are going to find it in live experiences, intimate offline settings, and live streams from real people who actually show up. In this solo episode, Kelly lays out the big picture strategy she has been sharing with her private clients: the marriage of three signature methodologies that she believes will define who wins in the next era of business. The Miracle Hour for 1:1 high-ticket relationship building. Live launch for bringing hundreds of clients in at a time through one-to-many selling. And single sessions that sell as the consistent trigger event mechanism that keeps conversations alive, funnels full, and teams selling every single day. Kelly also breaks down why the live launch became the villain over the last couple of years (and why blaming the methodology instead of identifying the market shift was the mistake that sent so many business owners chasing funnels, evergreen, and other bright shiny objects that never delivered). The pendulum is swinging back. The business owners who get ahead of it now, and spend June, July, and August dialing in their live selling skills, are going to be so far ahead of the curve by the time the rest of the market catches up. This is the episode to share with every entrepreneur you know who is still trying to figure out where to focus right now. Podcast Domination Show: Podcasting Growth & Monetization Tips to Dominate
Most podcast growth advice sounds exciting, but the strategies that actually work in 2026 are surprisingly boring–and far more effective. In this episode, I break down a growth strategy that isn't flashy, but it works. If you're serious about growing your podcast in 2026, you need a system, not random tactics. I walk through how to properly set up your YouTube channel before running ads, including what most people overlook that ends up killing conversions. Then, I show you how to run YouTube ads the right way—focusing on attracting the right subscribers, not just more views. I also discuss the hidden metrics inside Google Ads that tell you if your content is working, and how to validate if you're bringing in the right audience. Finally, I go over one of the most underrated growth plays right now—podcast feed swaps—and how to use them to grow your downloads without relying on algorithms. If you want consistent, predictable growth, this is the playbook. In This Episode: 00:00 - Introduction 00:48 - The biggest mistake before running YouTube ads 01:47 - What your banner, profile, and playlists should do 09:38 - How to set up YouTube ad campaigns correctly 18:35 - Hidden metrics: earned views and subscribers 23:42 - Why podcast discovery is broken 24:49 - Podcast ad swaps vs feed swaps 31:00 - How to find and partner with similar shows 34:49 - The ideal podcast + YouTube growth system ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

We stumbled onto Substack almost by accident. It started as a requirement for a traditional book deal. And then something unexpected happened. It exploded. Growth, conversions, and revenue that shocked the entire team, and what is now pacing as a high multi-six figure income stream, built almost entirely by one team member running a turnkey system from existing IP. In this episode, Kelly breaks down everything that is working on Substack right now: the three income streams they tap every single week, the recent platform enhancements that change the game for creators, why they chose not to move the Kelly Roach Show to Substack as its primary home, and exactly how they are restructuring their entire Substack strategy to reverse engineer directly into Virtual Business School in the back half of the year. She also addresses the biggest misconception about the platform head on, that the only people making money on Substack are the people teaching Substack, and explains why that is completely wrong. If you are a business owner, author, coach, or entrepreneur who has been sitting on a library of IP and wondering where to put it — this episode will show you exactly where. What do I do when a client keeps changing their mind? What do I do when we're halfway through a project and they want to add five more things? What do I do when I present a price to a prospect and they get sticker shock and start trying negotiating with me or taking things out? These were the kinds of questions I heard in the Q & A sessions during a recent 3-day workshop. And while I can and did give advice on what to do in those specific situations, wouldn't it be better to prevent them from happening in the first place?Anything I could tell you to do to fix those problems as they come up is just a Band-Aid. You have to go back to the source if you don't want to keep running into them over and over again with future clients. And the source of the problem isn't your clients. It's your process. Most people buying "clean" supplements are unknowingly loading their bodies with heavy metals, rancid fish oil, and glyphosate, even inside products labeled organic and healthy. This episode breaks down exactly what the supplement industry refuses to tell you and gives you the tools to stop poisoning yourself every morning. -Watch this episode on YouTube for the full video experience: https://www.youtube.com/@DaveAspreyBPR -Grab a discount on Puori Products by visiting: https://puori.com/pages/dave?dt_id=1750934 Host Dave Asprey sits down with Oliver Amdrup-Chamby, founder and CEO of PUORI and a serial entrepreneur in the health and wellness space with over 16 years building what has become one of the most rigorously tested supplement brands in the world. Oliver opened the first CrossFit gym in Denmark in 2006, served as Regional Director of CrossFit HQ across Europe and the Middle East, holds an Executive Program credential from Stanford, and advises longevity projects including One Thirty Labs in Copenhagen. He founded PUORI in 2009 with a single obsession: creating the cleanest third-party tested fish oil on the market. That obsession grew into a full supplement line built on batch testing every finished consumer product for environmental toxins, a standard the industry has yet to catch up to. Together, Dave and Oliver expose the hidden contamination crisis inside the supplement industry, from oxidized fish oil that creates inflammation instead of fighting it, to plant-based protein powders carrying up to 10 times more heavy metals than whey. They break down why organic does not mean safe, how glyphosate embeds itself directly into your collagen infrastructure and disrupts the body's ability to build healthy connective tissue, and why the omega 3 index is one of the most powerful and measurable longevity biomarkers you are probably ignoring. They also dig into the surprising brain optimization and anti-aging benefits of creatine, including new research on concussion recovery and sleep deprivation, and how foundational supplements like vitamin D, magnesium, and high-quality fish oil remain the non-negotiables that no nootropic stack can replace. You'll Learn: Why organic protein powder often contains more heavy metals than non-organic options How glyphosate infiltrates collagen and gets rebuilt into your body's own tissue What the omega 3 index is, why most Americans are dangerously low, and how raising it correlates with years of additional longevity Why plant-based omega 3s fail to convert to DHA and what to take instead How oxidized fish oil creates inflammation rather than reducing it, and what to look for on the label Why vitamin D deficiency persists even with regular sun exposure and how genetics affect your required dose The creatine research that has longevity doctors and neuroscientists paying attention for the first time How foundational supplements support mitochondria, metabolism, and long-term resilience in ways that trendy biohacking stacks cannot replicate What to look for in a clean supplement brand and why third-party batch testing of finished goods is the only standard that matters Thank you to our sponsors! Dave Asprey is a four-time New York Times bestselling author, founder of Bulletproof Coffee, and the father of biohacking. With over 1,000 interviews and 1 million monthly listeners, The Human Upgrade brings you the knowledge to take control of your biology, extend your longevity, and optimize every system in your body and mind. This episode perfectly captures something I think a lot about: what does it actually look like to build a business that supports your life?My guest, Lydia Savramis, is someone who truly embodies that.Lydia didn't start out in marketing or online business at all. She was running an orthotics practice, seeing patients all day, when she started a podcast as a creative outlet back when podcasts were still a pretty new thing. That little experiment ended up opening the door to a completely different career. But what I loved most about our conversation isn't the pivot story. It's the way Lydia has designed her business so that it genuinely fits her life.We talk about burnout, boundaries, creativity, and what it takes to build a business that doesn't consume you. Lydia Savramis runs RTL Productions, a boutique marketing and branding studio in Cumberland, Maryland. She helps non-profits, municipalities and professionals show up clearly and confidently online without all the overwhelm.Tune into this episode to hear:What burning out in her first profession taught Lydia about designing a sustainable businessThe mindset shift that helps you ride the natural ups and downs of businessWhy having more “tools in your toolbox” changes how you experience the rollercoaster of entrepreneurshipWhat it actually looks like to build a business with clear boundariesLearn more about Lydia Savramis:RTL Productions: http://hellortlpro.comInstagram: @rtlpro Resources:Grab the first chapter of my new book Scale Solo: scalesolobook.comGrab a copy of my book: Badass Your Brand - https://www.badassyourbrand.com/Program: No BS Mastery: https://join.nobsmastery.com/masteryProgram: No BS Agency Mastery: https://join.nobsmastery.com/agency-masteryNo BS Clients Lab: https://nobsclientslab.com/The Price to Freedom Calculator™ - http://nobsmastery.com/price

This time, however, our trip to D.C. didn't line up with the game schedule. Even without a game, the behind-the-scenes tour offered an incredible perspective of the stadium. We enjoyed seeing player memorabilia, stepping into the press box, and learning more about the ballpark's design and history. In addition to our tour experience, we'll also cover where we dined, details about our hotel stay, and useful travel tips to help you plan your own visit. Want to live a better balanced life and win in marriage AND business at the same time? Schedule a free discovery call. https://marriedentrepreneur.co/lets-talk In this powerful and deeply human conversation, Robert and Kay Lee sit down with Mark Whitacre and Ginger Whitacre, the real-life couple behind one of the largest whistleblower cases in U.S. history—famously portrayed in the film The Informant!. But this episode goes far beyond headlines and Hollywood. It's a raw look at what happens to a marriage when secrecy, fear, ambition, and integrity collide—and how faith and perseverance can hold a family together when everything else falls apart. Ginger opens up about the hidden cost of Mark's three years undercover with the FBI—years she carried alone, unable to ask for prayer or support, living daily with the fear that her husband might not come home. Even prison, she shares, was easier than the silence and isolation of those years. For married entrepreneurs, her story is a sobering reminder: success at any cost eventually sends the bill home. Yet it's also a testimony to resilience, boundaries, and the power of shared purpose when life feels unmanageable. Mark reflects on his transformation—from a high-flying executive addicted to money, titles, and approval, to a man who redefined success as significance. Prison became the unlikely place where faith reshaped his identity, restored his marriage, and redirected his leadership. Today, he serves in marketplace ministry while working with Coca-Cola Consolidated, a company once directly impacted by the case. For couples building businesses together, this episode is a masterclass in integrity, redemption, and choosing what matters most—before the cost becomes too high. Key Takeaways for Married Entrepreneurs Success without integrity always charges interest. What looks like a "golden handcuff" can quietly imprison your marriage and values. You can't neglect the marriage and expect it to survive the mission. Ginger's role reminds us that teamwork and communication are non-negotiable. Redefine success early. Titles, money, and growth are empty if they cost connection, faith, and family. Hard seasons reveal true leadership. Mark's shift from achievement to service saved both his marriage and his future impact. There is life—and purpose—after failure. Redemption is possible in business, marriage, and calling when humility leads the way.
#149 Do you have to be a superfan to love the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum? Not at all! We cover: Our trip to the Baseball Hall of Fame Reasons to visit Some drawbacks In this episode of the Everyday Bucket List Podcast, we're exploring why a visit to the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum belongs on your bucket list — even if you're not a die-hard sports fan. This isn't just a museum about baseball. It's a place where history feels personal. From legendary artifacts and iconic moments to powerful exhibits honoring figures like Jackie Robinson and the Negro Leagues, the experience connects generations through stories, memories, and meaningful conversation. You'll hear why the museum goes beyond display cases, how special programming adds depth, and why the charm of Cooperstown makes the trip feel like more than a day visit. Pair it with nearby stops like Niagara Falls, and it becomes the centerpiece of a memorable getaway. Because sometimes the most powerful travel experiences aren't about being a superfan. They're about connection. ⚾️ CLICK THE LINKS BELOW OR CUT AND PASTE THEM INTO YOUR BROWSER: Binge-listen my Seasonal Bucket List playlist https://bit.ly/3SPiiVN Listen to these episodes next: 3 Upstate NY Road Trip Itinerary Spots (Ep 146) 7 Reasons to Travel to a Yayoi Kusama Art Exhibit Now (Ep 145) Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, MA (Ep 45) RESOURCES: Grab a copy of The Everyday Bucket List Book https://amzn.to/3vwxz2K If you'd like to support my work, check out https://buymeacoffee.com/edbl Connect with me: Website: KarenCordaway.com Twitter (X): @KarenCordaway https://x.com/karencordaway Pinterest: @Everyday_Bucket_List https://www.pinterest.com/EverydayBucketList/ Tiktok: @Everyday_Bucket_List https://www.tiktok.com/@everyday_bucket_list If you're enjoying this podcast, please rate and review it here. Podcast Domination Show: Podcasting Growth & Monetization Tips to Dominate
If your team isn't performing at the level you want, the problem may not be skill, strategy, or effort... it may be vision. In this episode, Kelly breaks down one of the most underutilized but powerful leadership skills in business: vision casting. You'll learn why vision is not a "once-a-year" exercise, how it directly impacts performance and profitability, and how to balance clarity with innovation in a rapidly changing market. If you want a more aligned, motivated, high-performing team in 2026, this episode is your blueprint. One of the most underappreciated but powerful skills of an effective leader is the ability to cast vision. Many entrepreneurs struggle with team performance — but rarely stop to ask whether they've clearly and consistently articulated a compelling future for their people to move toward. In this episode, Kelly unpacks why: Top performers don't just want compensation; they want meaning. The best teams don't work for you, they work with you. In a rapidly changing economy, vision provides certainty when strategy must shift. Kelly shares how leaders can: Recast vision consistently — not just during annual planning. Create a sense of clarity and belonging for their team. Lead confidently even when the full path forward isn't clear. In today's fast-shifting business environment, where AI, buying behavior, platforms, margins, and market conditions are constantly evolving, the leaders who thrive will be the ones who can both hold the long-term vision and iterate the short-term strategy. A few weeks ago, I got an Instagram DM from a student who was having a hard time. She had photographed a dream client about a year ago. The session went so well, the photos were stunning, it truly could not have gone better. And then she recently saw that same client book another brand photographer. And her heart was broken. And honestly? Mine was too. Because I've been there. I think we've all been there. Whether you're a brand photographer or not, if you've been in business long enough, you've probably lost a client. So in this episode, I'm walking you through how I think about losing a client, what to evaluate, what not to spiral over, and how to reframe it in a way that actually makes you stronger (and maybe even a little delusional in the best way). We're talking:What to do first when you find out a client booked someone elseHow to evaluate your process and experience without spiralingThe difference between a one-off loss and a pattern you need to pay attention toWhy “there is enough for everyone” is more than just a fluffy mindsetWhen your offer might actually be the issueThe “if not this, then better” mindset shift that's changed everything for meHow to respond publicly when a past client works with another photographer (yes, go comment on their post!)If this has happened to you recently, I hope this episode feels like a deep breath and a little perspective shift.Links & Resources
#148 Looking for fewer regrets? In this episode of the Everyday Bucket List Podcast, we're diving into something we don't always say out loud: travel regrets. The trips we postponed. The experiences we assumed we'd "get to someday." The bucket list ideas we quietly ghosted. But here's the good news — skipped dreams don't disappear. They wait. And sometimes, all it takes is one decision to turn regret into action. You'll hear about: Karen's regret about missing the Yayoi Kusama exhibit at the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden — and how she turned it around by planning a trip to see it at the Buffalo AKG Art Museum Why spontaneous stops like Niagara Falls in winter can become unexpected bucket list highlights How positioning a trip around the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum in Cooperstown proves that meaningful experiences don't require weeks off A reminder that bucket list ideas aren't just about destinations — they can center around art, concerts, sporting events, or once-in-a-lifetime natural phenomena This episode of the Everyday Bucket List Podcast is about shrinking regrets in real time. It's about noticing that quiet nudge — the one that says, "I could still do that" — and choosing to move. The journey begins with an honest reflection on missed opportunities and the subtle weight of "someday." It continues with a proactive decision to plan around what truly matters — whether that's an art exhibit, a natural wonder, or a small-town museum filled with nostalgia. Along the way, you'll hear how quick action transformed hesitation into gratitude, how winter travel created a quieter and more powerful experience at Niagara Falls, and how stacking meaningful stops into one trip maximized both time and memories. Because the fastest way to shrink a regret? Move. Click here to send me a quick message :) I read a post this morning from someone in Slovenia who said we are "underreacting" here in the United States. In some cases, this may be true. But I also see a lot of people highly reacting to the immense onslaught of too much-ness that we're navigating right now.And in that reacting, it could be actively doing things, but it may also look like reactively numbing or shutting down completely.Because let's be honest, too much-ness is often... overwhelming. Maybe we're not underreacting, maybe we're overwhelmed. And if so, that makes a LOT of sense. Can we normalize not feeling regulated right now? Like, how can we expect ourselves to be okay, really? But -- simultaneously, somehow, miraculously, nature continues. The sun shines, the moon returns. The earth is always here for us.That said, overwhelm is real, and exploring tools to help us understand our own personal relationship to it is what this week's guest, Sherene Cauley, brings. She researched overwhelm, and then created this beautiful image that she calls the Talisman against overwhelm.Such a creative way to bring interactive practice that encourages self-reflection into our daily lives. If you're in the murky muck right now and want to explore a creative path to deeper self-awareness and navigating overwhelm, this conversation is perfect for you.Resources:Grab a spot on the Natural Contraception waitlist (opens feb 8th 2026)Today's shownotes: Check out the Talisman of Overwhelm image + Sherene's links Episode 197: Somatic practices for healing childhood wounds using IFS with Kristen StakeEpisode 209: Sacred Rage with Andrea Thompson Episode 210: How to build capacity and resilienceIf you loved this episode, share it with a friend, or take a screenshot and share on social media and tag me @herbalwombwisdomAnd if you love this podcast, leave a rating & write a review! After spending back-to-back VIP days with multiple multi-seven-figure leaders, Kelly noticed a powerful pattern: The businesses ready to scale fastest weren't missing strategy — they were missing identity. In today's episode, Kelly breaks down why backing up to the identity of your brand may be the most important move you make heading into 2026. In an economy where information is commoditized and AI is everywhere, the businesses that win are the ones that lead movements, not transactions. This episode will challenge you to rethink how you cast vision, create belonging, and build a brand people want to stay loyal to for years, and not just buy from once. In this episode, Kelly explores: Why logic alone no longer converts buyers (and, how movements outperform marketing tactics) The difference between customers who transact and customers who stick around How to create "stickiness" (and ultimately, lifetime value) through identity and conviction Why the heart and soul of your brand matter more than ever in 2026 TIMESTAMPS: 03:06 – 05:40 — What Kelly noticed after multiple VIP days with 7-figure CEOs 05:41 – 07:55 — Why growth stalls when identity isn't clear 07:56 – 10:20 — Logic vs. emotion: how people actually decide to buy 10:21 – 12:45 — Transactions vs. movements (and why LTV suffers) 12:46 – 15:05 — How identity creates brand "stickiness" 15:06 – 17:30 — Service-based businesses and the lost art of stewardship 17:31 – 18:55 — Why AI makes conviction and humanity non-negotiable RESOURCES: Grab your copy of Conviction Marketing: https://www.amazon.com/Conviction-Marketing-Kelly-Roach/dp/B09S259DWK Subscribe to Kelly's Substack channel: https://kellyroachofficial.substack.com/ Follow Kelly on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/kellyroachofficial/ Follow Kelly on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/kelly.roach.520/ Connect on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/kellyroachint/

Click here to send me a quick message :) How do you relate to the fierce intensity that is rage? So many of us are socialized to dim this part of ourselves, to tuck it inside, that it is NOT welcome in the world. For women and female-bodied folks, it is common to be labeled "hormonal" or "hysterical." And what does that typically mean? Anger, irritation, rage...This is so deeply embedded in our cultural ways of knowing that the word "hysterical" actually comes from the root word "hyster-" which connotes womb/uterus.Hysteria was a common diagnosis in the 19th century that referred to irritability, impulsiveness, tendency to "cause trouble" among other things. This idea that those qualities of energy are something to literally diagnose says a lot about how poorly embraced they were. So, where is it then that we are allowed to express this innate part of ourselves? Perhaps in our homes or intimate relationships, maybe in certain forms of work, but almost nowhere in a publicly accepted way.Today's guest, bodyworker and ritual facilitator Andrea Thompson shares about her journey to embracing her own Sacred Rage and how she came to facilitate spaces for others to express their rage, too.She also speaks about her own personal fertility and perimenopause journey which is profoundly interwoven with her work around rage and ritual. #143 Looking for new places to visit in the U.S.? Listen in! In this Everyday Bucket List episode, hear about places I want to go back to again on my travel bucket list. One spot isn't what you think! Also, it's not necessarily for the location. I'm going to take you through my thought process. We cover: Repeat travel value Food and culture Museums and history In this episode, the host talks about revisiting places in the United States that left a strong impression but felt only partially explored. She shares how returning to familiar places gives travelers a chance to take things at a more relaxed pace and enjoy things they may have missed the first time around. The discussion highlights revisiting cities for museums, food, history, art, and cultural experiences rather than trying to see everything at once. The host also emphasizes that interests can change over time, making repeat visits feel fresh and meaningful. Overall, the episode encourages travelers to view repeat trips as an opportunity to add new layers to places they already love. While everyone's talking about crushing goals and using willpower to achieve more, let's talk about what you're really after. And a completely different way to get there. Here's the truth most people miss: your goals aren't really about the goal itself. What you're actually seeking is a feeling.Maybe it's competency, creativity, deep connection with your animal, or a sense of freedom. But somewhere along the path to achievement, many people abandon these very feelings in favor of force, dominance, and willpower. We'll explore why the methods you use to achieve goals matter just as much as the goals themselves, and how you can pursue what you want through ease, connection, and integrity instead of force. In this episode, you'll discover why visualizing the process rather than just the outcome creates better results and actually prepares your brain for success. As you move into 2026, ask yourself: "How does this feel?" That simple question might change everything.Resources:Grab your FREE video training to help your dog.
