Both insightful and fun - a great listen Jennifer Germaine believes leaders are meant to be a catalyst for creating unique impact in the world and powerful voices of change. After spending more than 15 years as a corporate lawyer helping hundreds of organizations create unique strategies to elevate their work in the world, Jennifer became an entrepreneur herself scaling her own law firm to a national level to be seen as a leader in her industry before selling it to step deeper into her passion. Jennifer blends her extensive knowledge of how our brains process information with her experiential wisdom on working with hundreds of leaders to unlock their own potential to help impact-driven organizations harness the power of creativity, amplify their leadership, and become a globally recognized voice of impact. A Vinton, Iowa native now living in the gorgeous mountains of Asheville, North Carolina, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her partner, Ben, her dog, Mickie, the black bears that frequent her yard, and the extensive flora and fauna that comes with living in one of the most bio-diverse regions of the Nation. Part sounding board. Part advisory board. Part Oujia board. Often beclad in cat-themed and/or Snoopy gear, TJ is pretty easy to spot in a crowd. Once you find him, you'll discover that his love for felines and cartoon beagles is matched by a mildly unhealthy obsession with making work not suck. He spends his days listening intently to clients, helping them uncover insights that spark life-altering possibilities. And he spends his nights dreaming of the same thing, except everyone is dressed like clowns and he forgot to wear pants for some reason. An interview with Nina Justin in the midst of the black Swan event we call The Covid http://www.ninajustin.com/ Entrepreneur, Business & Resilience Mentor, Writer Resilience is a very critical component of self-leadership. You are not born with resilience but you can acquire it through effort and life experience. Nina Justin is a lawyer by training (England & Wales, The Honourable Society of Gray's Inn), an entrepreneur at heart, an artist in spirit and a resilience mentor for entrepreneurs. A global citizen, a writer, an adventurer, a creator, a cook, a wife and a mama. Nina works with entrepreneurs and start-up/scale-up companies, to help them grow. Her work is centered around growth and expansion projects - spreading the wings through resilience in pursuing their ambition, competitive instinct and survival skills. I am fueled by enthusiasm, "can do" attitude and I always ask "How can we make the best of it?" It is my personal mission to make the spirit of entrepreneurialism contagious amongst women. I would like to stimulate confidence and more gender diversity in entrepreneurship.
