Having spent her career navigating positions both in and outside of healthcare, Carla Blue has ascended the ranks to her current position as CEO of Colorado Surgical Affiliates. Carla is an organizational leader who values team member input and strives to set goals that empower and challenge employees to perform at their highest level. Carla attended L'Universita per Straneri and is a current Fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives. 

In episode 45 we feature early careerist, Krit Sarai. Krit is an Incoming Administrative Fellow at CommonSpirit Health.
