STORY 2: Gwinnett Police Perform PIT Maneuver On Wrong Way Driver Gwinnett County police used a PIT maneuver to stop Yuris Garcia Galvez, who was driving the wrong way after making a U-turn in front of an officer. The incident occurred around 2:45 a.m. on Sunday at Nelson Brogdon Blvd. and Peachtree Industrial Blvd. The maneuver was executed to prevent a potential head-on collision. Galvez, 27, was arrested and charged with DUI, driving on the wrong side, and fleeing and attempting to elude police.
