Chris Huggins, Director of Generation Uranium (TSX.V: GEN) (OTCQB: GENRF), joins me for a comprehensive introduction to this new resource company exploring for uranium at their flagship Yath Project, located in the Thelon Basin of Nunavut, Canada.    We start off talking about how the company came together picking up the mineral concessions at their Yath Project, with the thesis that high-grade uranium was encountered here by prior exploration, but that they didn't drill deep enough to hit the unconformity of mineralized zones.  With a better understanding now of how unconformity uranium deposits form, this team is going to be testing the deeper targets using modern exploration methods.  The are going to generate these targets by the conducting an airborne electromagnetic survey over their Yath Uranium Project in conjunction with Atha Energy. Tara Christie, President and CEO of Banyan Gold (TSX.V:BYN - OTCQB:BYAGF) joins me to provide more information on this year's exploration program at the AurMac Gold Project, in the Tombstone Belt in the Yukon.   The Company is planing up to 5,000 meters of drilling focused at the higher-grade areas on the Powerline Deposit and expanding the resources at the Powerline and Airstrip Deposits. The Airstrip Deposit was last drilled in 2020 and has a higher average grade than the larger Powerline Deposit.   The total resource was updated last year, now at 7million ounce of gold, inferred. Eric Roth, President and CEO of Capella Minerals (TSX.V:CMIL - OTCQB:CMILF) joins me to discuss the recent news on the agreement signed with NickelX for the sale of the Company's copper, zinc and cobalt projects in central Norway. The total value of the sale is $7million, which encompasses $5million in cash and $2million worth of shares on the IPO of NickelX. The Company plans to then distribute the NickelX to shareholders.   There are four key steps that need to happen for the deal to close. I have Eric outline these steps and the expected timing of each. I also ask about the focus of Capella after this deal closes. This ties in with the proposed financing that was updated in the news and includes a new lead order.    Eric and I also discuss the market valuation of the Company. Another person has also complained that FN defrauded him KShs. 45,000/. Last week FN was shot in the back by police officers as he attempted to flee from them because they wanted to arrest him. Immediately after his arrest, he was taken to Kisii Referral and Teaching Hospital for emergency treatment. A day later, the police took him forcefully from the hospital using a stretcher and presented him to court to take a plea. Fortunately, the magistrate did not allow him to take a plea and ordered he undergoes further medical care? He feels his rights have been violated and wants to know if this is allowed by the law and if it is not allowed, what can he do against the police and the hospital? Andrew Cushman has a BS in a Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University. After graduation, Andrew worked in a Chemical Engineering company for 7 years in a variety of supervisory positions. During that time, Andrew (joined by his wife in 2004) experimented with a variety of businesses in the hopes of making the jump from W-2 employee to entrepreneur. In 2007 Andrew discovered house flipping and left his corporate position to start a business in real estate investment. Starting off with single-family properties in the depths of the recession, Andrew completed 24 single family flips (purchase, rehab, sell), all of which were very profitable. In 2011 Andrew transitioned to the acquisition and repositioning of multifamily properties, acquiring a mostly vacant 92 unit property on the other side of the country as a first deal. That first property was eventually sold for several times its original purchase price, and Andrew now acquires B Class, Value-add properties throughout the Southeast. In total, Andrew and his team have acquired and re-positioned 1,796 multifamily units to date. Outside of the business world, Andrew has been a certified alpine ski instructor and when not working in real estate enjoys surfing, backcountry skiing, and time with his family. And they did it without any input from women, disabled, or any one of color. Thirteen, decided for America, and Black America was never represented.
