If you like story-telling, this episode is for you. As we head closer to the holiday season, I share something that we did as a family on November 1st that really breaks all "Christmas rules" (or at least the ones I was taught) but brought our family great joy. I talk about why we can release all of these cultural identities and ways of being to just have fun. I also go much deeper into the concept of "collapsing timelines" and tell a few personal stories to prove that life (mine and yours) is absolutely miraculous - if you wake up to See it.    Notes from the Episode Walk Home with Us in GUIDED  | 12 months or 6 month membership How to do a Line Activation (complete with emptying exercise) Follow @alnwithin on IG  Get on Ashley Hämäläinen's Akashic Waitlist  ALN | Stillness SPOTIFY Playlist  ALN | Flow SPOTIFY Playlist Leave us a loving review and get 20% off your first month (of a six month or year-long membership) in GUIDED or 20% off a single workshop. The Pineapple Podcast: Stories of Infertility

The past few years have been a whirlwind for Ashley, who has been diagnosed with various autoimmune diseases along with PCOS. In the midst of managing these diagnoses, Ashley and her husband began trying to get pregnant. Ashley was able to advocate for herself and get on a treatment program that seemed to work well for her body. Ashely and her husband were able to get pregnant, unfortunately, the pregnancy ended in an early miscarriage. Ashely and her husband are currently decided where to go from here. Will they continue down their path or try an IUI? In our conversation, Ashely also opens up about dealing with body shaming and stigmas surrounding her weight from medical professionals. She so eloquently voices the changes that need to happen in the health care system for larger-bodied individuals. I admire Ashley's openness and candidness she brings to the community. Alright guys, hope everyone is cool. Yes it's now fortnightly - yeah! I know I said that it'll be a nice deep & soulful mix but I played at a mates House party, recorded it (well most of it) & quite liked the mix, considering the alcohol levels I think the mixing isn't to bad. There is a new deep mix on www.promiscuousrecordings.com. Thanks to everyone for downloading this podcast it really is taking off nicely, cheers for the feedback & please continue to leave some.

This month i returned to my local club where i grew up & which I still blame for introducing me to this lifestyle but this time I was on the otherside of the DJ booth. This months mix shares a few tracks from that set. I do take things a bit electro(y) by the end but hey, that's how it is down here! Hope you enjoy it. www.promiscuousrecordings.com
