To many listeners, Benny or Benny the Irish Polyglot as he's also known, will need no introduction. He first began blogging over a decade ago at a time when the online language learning community was still in its infancy. In his book Fluent In Three Months, author Benny Lewis talks about a study conducted at University of California Los Angeles in which they found that “93% of communication of emotions is non verbal, and a majority of non-verbal communication is universal.” “A laugh is a laugh across the world.” I LOVE the reality that we don't have to be the same age, come from the same place, or speak the same language to laugh together. Whatever today brings may we find someone to laugh with. Call your friend who never fails to make your belly tired from laughing, watch a comedy special, send a meme, or tell jokes with your kids.
