A local reporter wrote a story about the meeting. That story was passed around to concerned citizens who started asking questions. A factory that would likely be the #1 polluter of airborne Mercury in the nation. Ultimately the billion-dollar corporation left town. Lao Tzu said: "The key to growth is the introduction of higher dimensions of consciousness into our awareness." Matt, Bob and returning guest, Baltimore comedian Bryan Preston, are most certainly being introduced to higher dimensions of consciousness when they watch AIR BUD: SPIKES BACK, a movie that involves the JEWEL OF ETERNITY. What is that? Who cares, nothing matters. All the answers can be found on the WIKIPEDIA page for the movie, which contains the following plot synopsis: In Disney's fifth installment to the franchise, Air Bud finds that he also has the uncanny ability to play volleyball. Throughout this experience he and a talking parrot stop some crooks and make some new friends who pledge allegiance to the Islamic State of Syria and Iraq and promptly leave for Syria. Air Bud is radicalized, but when he starts starving in the Syrian desert, he is forced to eat his parrot friend. Air Bud, after wandering around for hours, is killed in a drone strike taken out by the US Army.Listen to the episode to find out how accurate that is!TRAILER AND RENTAL ON YOUTUBE!NETFLIX STREAMING!

“The Young Republicans” Hola Digheads! Similar to a group of sweaty juggalos in a field in the mid-west of America, we have quite the gathering on this show! Mike Moran was shampooing his hair, so Josh had Mike Finazzo and Bryan Preston take up co-host duties to interview the young, the wonderful - comedian Grant Lindahl! Grant's stand-up style is a mix of traditional joke telling, musical integration, dramatic intros (ie being carried on a stage in a papoose), possessing spirit animals, and sometimes – he takes his shirt off (ladies!). For instance, Grant shares a story of orchestrating a ninja fight at the DC Improv and pretending to be in throws of an acid trip on stage. You can see that here. Grant is also freelance animator and director based in Baltimore, Maryland. He is currently working on his BFA in Animation at the Maryland Institute College of Art. Grant recently published, “My Expensive Hobby,” a book about his experiences in the Baltimore comedy scene over the course of four months. We also discuss a number of topics for this episode including, but not limited to: growing up on a farm, cursing in front of grandparents, pogs, ninja stand up, alt comedy, art students, and so much more! DO NOT forget that Mike Finazzo's album “Stupid Genius” is available via Josh's record label Better Robot Records on iTunes, Amazon, and Spotify!? Only $3.99 on iTunes! Bryan is a very funny man – or at least that's what they say…And we agree with “they.” Bryan has been doing comedy for a few years in the Baltimore DC Virginia area. But, on this episode we dive deep into Bryan's history of terrible jobs. From selling mattresses, working at Best Buy, and educating America's youth – Bryan has hated all of his day jobby jobs. Apparently, the world of mattress sales is exactly like Glengarry Glen Ross. If you flip that mattress, there's a dirty under belly! Bryan shares some great stories on this one. We also discuss a number of topics for this episode including, but not limited to: Shifty “Shiflock” from the Butterfly Group, Comics Unleashed, 50 Shades of Grey, romance novels in general, breast feeding, hiding your personal life from coworkers, what happens when Mom's go to your comedy show, terrible college students and the horrible things they say, and much more!
