Interview with Gan-Ochir Zunduisuren, Managing Director of Asian Battery Metals PLCRecording date: 15th October 2025Asian Battery Metals (ASX:AZ9) is emerging as a focused critical minerals developer in Mongolia, strategically positioned at the doorstep of Asian consumption markets. Led by Managing Director Gan-Ochir Zunduisuren, a mining engineer with 22 years of experience including a board position at Rio Tinto's Oyu Tolgoi copper operation, the company is advancing a portfolio of copper, nickel, and gold projects in southwestern Mongolia's prospective Central Asian orogenic belt. The company's flagship Oval copper-nickel project has delivered significant validation through selection for BHP's prestigious Xplor accelerator program in 2023. As one of only seven companies chosen globally from 250 applicants - and the sole Asian representative - Asian Battery Metals received $500,000 USD to prove the concept of a magmatic mafic intrusion-related copper-nickel sulfide system. This third-party technical endorsement has been reinforced by encouraging metallurgical results, with initial test work achieving 89-95% copper recovery and concentrate grades of 18.5-24%, meeting industry benchmarks for economic viability. With approximately A$30 million in market capitalization and A$7-8 million deployed across exploration programs, the company has established 800 meters of continuous mineralization at Oval, with widths ranging from 50 to 80 meters. Recent drilling has extended mineralization to 290 meters depth, suggesting potential for deeper extensions along feeder conduit structures. The company is also advancing regional targets including MS1, located six kilometers south of Oval with geophysical signatures potentially larger than the main discovery, supporting a hub-and-spoke development model where multiple deposits could share centralized processing infrastructure.Complementing the copper-nickel focus, Asian Battery Metals is completing due diligence on the Maikhan Uul VMS copper-gold system, located just eight kilometers from Oval. Recent drilling confirmed more than 20 meters of massive sulphide mineralization with historic grades of approximately 1.7% copper and 1 gram per tonne gold, plus a high-grade shallow gold zone grading over 15 g/t. The company expects to complete this acquisition within four months, adding diversification and supporting the multi-deposit cluster strategy that Managing Director Gan-Ochir described as essential to achieving the company's goal of "more than 20 million tons of economic resources or potentially producing 50,000 tons of metals."Mongolia's maturation as a mining jurisdiction provides crucial support for development pathways. Over the past 15 years, the country has opened 20-30 new mines, improved infrastructure substantially, and developed multiple financing options including international financial institutions, domestic banks, and Chinese offtake arrangements. This evolution, combined with proximity to Asian markets and an established contractor mining sector, positions Asian Battery Metals to advance its projects efficiently in a jurisdiction that has demonstrated it can support world-class operations like Rio Tinto's Oyu Tolgoi copper mine.View Asian Battery Metals' company profile: https://www.cruxinvestor.com/companies/asian-battery-metalsSign up for Crux Investor: https://cruxinvestor.com

Clarke County, Virginia, comes alive each fall with vibrant colors, bustling events, and a deep sense of community. In this episode of The Valley Today, host Janet Michael welcomes Nathan Stalvey, Executive Director of the Clarke County Historical Association, for an engaging conversation that highlights the county's rich heritage and the many ways residents and visitors can connect with its past. Inspiring Young Historians To begin, Nathan shares the excitement of hosting field trips for local fourth graders. These immersive experiences at the Burwell-Morgan Mill, Claremont Farm, and the Josephine School Community Museum allow students to see history come alive beyond textbooks. As Nathan notes, witnessing the curiosity and enthusiasm of children as they interact with historical artifacts and demonstrations is both rewarding and essential for fostering a lifelong appreciation of history. Art at the Mill: A Creative Tradition Transitioning from education to the arts, Janet and Nathan discuss the recent success of the annual Art at the Mill event. This juried art show not only showcases the incredible talent of regional artists but also supports CCHA's mission. With strong sales and community participation, the event continues to be a highlight of the fall season, reinforcing the importance of creativity in preserving and celebrating local culture. Heritage Day: Living History for All Ages Looking ahead, Nathan enthusiastically promotes the upcoming Heritage Day, CCHA's largest history program of the year. Scheduled at the Burwell-Morgan Mill, this free event features reenactors, blacksmith demonstrations, colonial cooking, and hands-on activities for children. Heritage Day offers families a unique opportunity to experience living history, interact with experts from various historical periods, and gain a deeper understanding of the county's diverse past. A New Exhibit: The Spanish Flu in Clarke County Moreover, the conversation turns to CCHA's latest exhibit, which examines the impact of the Spanish Flu pandemic on Clarke County. Curated by Dana Getka, the exhibit takes a personal and artistic approach, highlighting the stories of those who lost their lives and providing a human face to a significant but often overlooked chapter in local history. Complementing the exhibit, a book read-along event invites the community to further explore this poignant topic. Supporting Local History: The Power of Community Giving As the year draws to a close, Nathan emphasizes the critical role of community support and annual giving. Donations, whether large or small, help sustain CCHA's programs, maintain archives, and ensure that Clarke County's history remains accessible for generations to come. The conversation also touches on the many ways individuals can contribute, from volunteering and financial gifts to donating relevant historical artifacts. A Lasting Invitation In conclusion, Janet and Nathan encourage listeners to visit the Clarke County History Center & Archives, participate in upcoming events, and discover the stories that make the county unique. With a calendar full of engaging programs and a passionate team at the helm, Clarke County continues to celebrate its heritage while inviting everyone to be a part of its living history. Amanda Webster—dubbed the “relationship queen”—shares how her life as a mother of five and military spouse shaped her adaptability and drive. After 17 years running law firms, burnout during COVID prompted a pivot into the financial space, where she quickly excelled. Her core belief: everything in business begins and ends with relationships—employees, clients, and partners all want to be seen, heard, and valued. Long-term trust beats short-term transactions. She underscores that authenticity and generosity compound over time. Amanda admits early missteps, especially during her industry transition, but reframed conflict by asking, “What can I do for you?” Listening, making others feel human, and being willing to walk away from mismatches turned tense moments into loyalty. She avoids burning bridges and maintains ties across past careers and networks, which continually open new doors and referrals.Masterminds are Amanda's growth engine. She argues a true mastermind gathers people in a similar vertical with varied experience levels and a shared intent to help, learn, and mentor. By showing up to give—arriving early, volunteering, and contributing—she's made millions indirectly and directly through these rooms. She participates in multiple groups (e.g., Investor Fuel, invite-only “Family,” Coaching Inc), values in-person deep dives, and is in the process of acquiring a women-focused mastermind to expand its reach beyond real estate.Complementing masterminds, she champions communities and local meetups. Communities (often on Facebook) let you educate, engage, and nurture a pipeline with content you control, evolving from free hubs into paid, recurring-revenue offerings. Meetups, while more social and informal, keep her visible in the local Tampa Bay market and sustain a grassroots network. The host echoes this, noting his own community grew from zero to nearly a thousand members and fuels both marketing and paid offerings.Amanda's closing playbook: make “relationship first” a core value inside and outside the company. Treat employees like people to grow long-term talent; cultivate external networks to catalyze high-value matches (like pairing a CMO candidate with a hiring founder). She cites Tom Kroll's “Top 40” ritual—weekly touchpoints with your 40 most important contacts—as a practical cadence. For entrepreneurs, especially real estate pros and high net worth operators, her message is consistent: lead with giving, stay authentic, build communities, join (or start) masterminds, and the results—and revenue—follow.Takeaways• Everything comes down to relationships.• Don't make it about the transaction.• Keep relationships forever; they are valuable.• Always approach situations from a place of giving.• Masterminds are essential for learning and networking.• You should always be in a mastermind.• Meetups help in getting out of the home office.• Creating free communities can be beneficial.• Investing in relationships leads to long-term success.• Authenticity and giving back are key to building trust.Sound Bites• Don't make it about the transaction.• Always come from a place of giving.• It's all about the relationship.Listen & Subscribe for More:

Using CW and SSB on the 80 to 10m bands, where contests are permitted, the exchange is signal report and serial number. Now the radio propagation report, compiled by G0KYA, G3YLA and G4BAO on Wednesday the 8th of October We finally got rid of the high-speed solar wind stream, which caused havoc on the HF bands. But we are not out of the woods yet! Last week saw the Kp index hit 6.67 on the 2nd of October, and it was often up around 4 or more. Even though the Kp index eventually reduced, the ionosphere took its time to recover, and things were not back to near normal until Tuesday, the 7th. Meanwhile, the solar flux index decreased to 131 by the 8th, so the HF bands were hardly humming by this time. DX on the 10m band was hard to find. Openings to Europe were commonplace, but longer paths were not so good, with only weak North American stations being heard later in the day. A minor G1 geomagnetic storm watch was in effect for 48 hours from the 7th of October, when at least one faint coronal mass ejection was predicted to pass the Earth. Only minor C-class solar flares occurred during the week, but that didn't help too much. CDXC members were reporting DX, such as V85T in Brunei on 15m and A52G in Bhutan on 20m – both using CW. However, there was not much to work on the higher bands. Southerly paths were a little better with 5X2I in Uganda reported on the 17m band using FT8. Next week, NOAA predicts that the solar flux index will be in the range of 130 to 140, but it is also predicting geomagnetic disturbances today, the 12th. After that, the Sun may quieten a little with a maximum Kp index of 2 for the rest of the coming week before more geomagnetic disturbances. The Kp index is forecast to be 4 or 5 during the weekend of the 18th and 19th. And now the VHF and up propagation news from G3YLA and G4BAO The coming week is dominated by high pressure, either over the UK or near enough to influence the propagation and provide a prolonged period of Tropo weather. It's probably worth mentioning a few ground rules about Tropo operating. Firstly, large areas of high pressure can produce widespread lift conditions due to the strength of the elevated temperature inversion 1 to 1.5km above the ground. The longer the high lasts, the lower this descends, so limiting the maximum distance across the centre of the high. Try beaming around the edge rather than across the centre. Secondly, there may be surface temperature inversions at night or in foggy weather, and these will provide temporary enhancements. Thirdly, the clue for a good ‘radio' temperature inversion is the presence of fog or layers of cloud, which give a better moisture contrast and ducting prospects. One last point. Try other modes like SSB or CW rather than sticking to repeaters which can get very crowded in lift conditions. There is no rain scatter in the frame this week, and the Draconids meteor shower has just passed, so back to random activity on that front. On the 8th of October, the Sporadic-E graphs at propquest.co.uk  showed that there had been occasional spikes up to 5MHz or so. This may liven up the 10m band if we get any more. There have been a few weak auroral events, but nothing too exciting. For EME operators, the Moon's declination is still increasing, reaching its peak today, the 12th, so long Moon windows and high peak elevation continue. Path losses are rising again after perigee on the 8th. 144MHz Sky noise will be moderate to low for the coming week. And that's all from the propagation team this week.

Register now for the upcoming Digital Dealer Conference and use our exclusive code for 25% off your pass with Code: DealSyn. Don't miss your chance to be in the room where the future of automotive is being written: https://tinyurl.com/DSDD2025   Key Takeaways: ✅ The automotive industry must overcome its historical underutilization of technology by correctly setting up and managing CRM tools to enhance dealership operations. ✅ The Digital Dealer conference has undergone significant transformations to offer more hands-on workshops and concise, impactful presentations. ✅ Sales managers in particular need to leverage AI to streamline their responsibilities, which now encompass dealing with digital leads and customer interactions. ✅ Networking with industry peers and attending conferences can provide invaluable insights, practical solutions, and personal growth opportunities within the automotive sector. ✅ Embracing a forward-thinking approach with AI integration can greatly enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of dealership operations.   About Jake Hales Jake Hales is a seasoned automotive professional with over 25 years of experience. He has built a notable career spanning roles in retail sales, OEM operations with Toyota, consulting, and software delivery. Currently, Jake is the Digital Operations Manager at Gee Automotive Group, where he oversees digital transformations related to CRM and phone systems for a group of 40 dealerships. In addition, Jake serves on the advisory board for Digital Dealer, where he contributes his expertise to shape the future of automotive conferences.   Maximizing the Potential of CRMs: Harnessing AI, Innovation, and Conferences to Revolutionize the Automotive Industry Key Takeaways The automotive industry is not limited by a lack of technology but by its proper utilization and management. The upcoming Digital Dealer conference promises to revitalize and refocus learning and networking opportunities, featuring a new format aimed at more practical engagement. Artificial intelligence (AI) offers transformative possibilities, yet many current solutions overlook critical integrations and real-world dealership problems.   The Underutilization of Automotive CRM Systems For decades, the automotive industry has struggled not with a lack of technology but with effectively utilizing the technology it already possesses. Sean V. Bradley, a renowned expert in automotive sales, makes no bones about this: "Our industry has never had a deficiency of technology. Our industry has a deficiency to proper utilization." With 90% of all Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems not being set up or managed correctly, it's evident that the problem isn't technological capability but strategic implementation. CRMs should be the backbone of any dealership, providing a 360-degree view of customers, and leveraging data for both sales and service. Yet, the potential of these systems is frequently left untapped. As dealerships continue to struggle with lower sales numbers post-pandemic, the conversation pivots not just toward adopting new technology, but ensuring the mastery of what's already available. Bradley adds, "If we're not understanding it and we're not utilizing it, all we're doing is shuffling the deck." The implications of this are profound: for dealerships to remain competitive, they must move beyond merely possessing tools to mastering them. This means in-depth training, cross-departmental integration, and reevaluating the traditional dealership roles to foster a tech-centric culture that thrives on data-driven decision-making. Revamping the Digital Dealer Conference for Future Success In response to fluctuating attendance and shifting industry needs, the Digital Dealer conference has decided on a seismic reformation. In its previous iterations, feedback highlighted challenges with overcrowded vendor spaces and less focus on value. As Jake Hales, a digital operations expert and advisory board member for Digital Dealer, notes, the shift aims to address these concerns head-on with an upgraded format. "We need to have more workshops," Hales explains. The conference will transition into a dynamic hub of activity, featuring TEDx-style sessions for high-level insights and deeper, hands-on workshops for applied learning. This bifurcated approach allows for more intensive engagement on practical issues, breaking away from the traditional passive learning structure. "The challenge of having hour-long sessions is you do end up getting into minutiae," Hales states. With the introduction of compressed 25-minute TEDx sessions, speakers are encouraged to distill critical insights into compelling, actionable narratives. Complementing these are extended workshops where attendees can "get into the weeds," fostering a collaborative environment designed to dive deep into solutions for current dealership challenges. The Promise and Pitfalls of Artificial Intelligence in Automotive Artificial Intelligence is hailed as a transformative force ready to revolutionize automotive sales and operations. However, both Bradley and Hales offer a word of caution: between the promise and delivery of AI lies a gulf that only purpose-driven integration can bridge. "The magic sauce hasn't come out yet," Hales asserts, with many AI applications failing to address real dealership needs. Bradley elaborates, emphasizing the noise in the market: "There's all these fugazi AI companies… either don't have Internet integration, they don't have funding, or they're just batshit crazy." To navigate this landscape, dealerships must sift through these options, hone in on solutions that offer genuine integrative benefits, and take advantage of AI capabilities across CRM systems, predictive modeling, and customer engagement. There is significant potential for AI to handle repetitive and time-consuming tasks, thereby freeing up human resources for roles that require nuanced decision-making and relationship-building. As Hales points out, AI can ameliorate the juggling act performed by overstretched managers. Translating customer interactions through multilanguage support, for example, can help unlock underserved markets. Yet the broader adoption of AI will succeed only if anchored in realistic, performance-enhancing applications tailored to dealership exigencies. By engaging more deeply with AI tools and formats that prioritize education and partnership over exploitation, the automotive industry can transcend current inefficiencies, cultivating a more informed, agile, and customer-centric ethos that distinguishes the leaders from the laggards. Nurturing Growth Through Networking and Engagement Undoubtedly, one of the key pillars for advancing within an evolving field such as automotive sales is networking—an undertaking the industry hardly emphasizes beyond simple introductions. Conferences like Digital Dealer are excellent avenues for fostering these connections, providing invaluable face-time with peers and industry leaders. These interactions offer unforeseen insights that even profound technological acumen might overlook. "You're not going to send any of these folks back to school," Hales articulates, noting the practical limitations that educational programs face. His assertion dovetails seamlessly with observations made by others on the importance of dealer collaboration, not only for shared learning but for driving collective progress. Bradley points out, "It's being in the know," emphasizing that much of a conference's value lies in stripping away feelings of isolation by exposing shared challenges and innovative responses. Setting the stage for engagement at the fringes of formal sessions allows meaningful discourse to flourish—nurturing growth and acting as a backbone for individual and team success. Real-world applications and success stories are brought to the forefront, transforming simple education into actionable strategy. Dealer culture, intrinsically rooted in kinesthetic, hands-on modalities, thrives on involvement rather than observation. Specialized sessions, think tanks, and non-static formats invite participants to dive directly into problem-solving, accommodating varying levels of expertise and empowering professionals to be proactive catalysts in their own success stories. With every session, conference, and professional engagement, the automotive industry sharpen its competitive edge by cultivating a culture where mastery of technology and collaborative ingenuity work hand-in-hand to defy traditional constraints and embrace innovative possibilities.   Resources + Our Proud Sponsors: ➼ The Millionaire Car Salesman Facebook Group: Join the #1 Mastermind Group in the Automotive Industry with over 29,000 members worldwide. Interview with Rory Quinn, President & CEO of Yukon MetalsOur previous interview: https://www.cruxinvestor.com/posts/yukon-metals-cseymc-launching-major-drill-program-in-2025-7124Recording date: 10th September 2025Yukon Metals Corporation (CSE:YMC) represents a compelling early-stage copper and gold exploration opportunity positioned to capitalize on favorable market conditions and strong preliminary drilling results across three strategic properties in Canada's Yukon Territory. The company's flagship Birch project has delivered encouraging validation of its geological model, with scarn mineralization encountered in every drill hole across a substantial 750-meter strike length. The consistency of this mineralization is particularly significant for early-stage exploration, indicating a robust and extensive system with substantial discovery potential. Recent drilling has intersected up to 46 meters of continuous scarn mineralization between 250-300 meters depth, suggesting significant vertical continuity. Preliminary visual assessment by Dr. Quinton Hennigh, a highly respected geologist, indicates potential copper grades of 1.5-2% with accompanying gold content, though final assay results are pending.Complementing the copper focus at Birch, the Star River property presents exceptional high-grade silver and gold potential. Surface sampling has yielded remarkable results including up to 11,000 g/t silver and 101 g/t gold, with visible galena mineralization containing 1,800 g/t silver and 20% lead. Current drilling targets shallow mineralization at approximately 150 meters depth, supported by an 800-meter gravity anomaly that correlates with known high-grade surface showings.A critical value driver for Yukon Metals lies in its systematic approach to operational scaling through permit advancement. The company currently operates under Class 1 permits that limit operations to 10 people and restrict drilling scope. However, management is actively pursuing Class 3 permits that would dramatically expand capabilities to 50 people on site with virtually unlimited drilling capacity for a 10-year period. CEO Rory Quinn emphasized this represents a significant value inflection point, stating the permits will create a huge amount of value and enable much larger exploration programs. The company maintains a strong financial foundation with $11 million raised in April, supporting approximately 9,000 meters of drilling across the three properties. Management operates a lean structure with only a three-person Vancouver office, ensuring capital allocation is directed primarily toward exploration activities. This disciplined approach maximizes shareholder value while maintaining operational flexibility.Market conditions appear increasingly favorable for copper exploration, driven by electrification trends and supply constraints. Quinn noted strong institutional interest and the presence of generalist funds and US capital, describing current conditions as "the best vibe I've felt here in a long time" in what "really does feel like a bull market." The company's stock price has reflected this positive sentiment, advancing from $0.60 to the $0.80-$0.90 range following positive drilling results. The management team brings valuable experience and strategic relationships within the mining finance community. Key personnel include Keith Neumeyer, who helped structure the company and brings committed investor networks, and Patrick Burke, former head of capital markets at Canaccord Genuity. Quinn's background with Wheaton Precious Metals provides institutional market familiarity that should prove valuable as projects advance. With pending assay results, permit advancement progress, and favorable market conditions for strategic commodities, Yukon Metals appears well-positioned to deliver value through systematic project advancement and discovery potential across its diversified property portfolio.View Yukon Metals' company profile: https://www.cruxinvestor.com/companies/yukon-metalsSign up for Crux Investor: https://cruxinvestor.com

The transformation positions the junior miner to capitalize on the current favorable gold price environment, with gold reaching $3,600 per ounce. The cornerstone of this transformation was the strategic sale of Newfoundland assets to New Found Gold for $7 million in upfront shares plus an additional $1.8 million upon delivery of remaining properties, along with a 1% net smelter return royalty. This transaction created immediate shareholder value while allowing management to focus on higher-potential assets. Most significantly, Exploits Discovery went from zero resources to controlling 680,000 ounces of gold across four high-quality properties in just four months. The flagship Hawkins property in Ontario hosts 300,000 ounces in the McKinnon zone within a 60-kilometer property package near Timmins. The property benefits from established infrastructure and was discovered by Don McKinnon, co-founder of the successful Hemlo gold mine.Complementing the Ontario resource base are three Quebec properties under option from Cartier Resources, offering exceptional high-grade exploration upside. The Fenton property has delivered impressive results including 356 grams per tonne gold over 6 meters, while the Wilson property features similar high-grade chimney-style mineralization. From a valuation perspective, the company presents a compelling opportunity with approximately $10-11 million in treasury value against a current market capitalization of just $9 million, creating an immediate discount to net asset value. Combined with $3.6 million in cash and backing from Eric Sprott's 14% shareholding, the company has substantial financial flexibility to pursue aggressive exploration without near-term dilution pressure. The systematic exploration approach across both jurisdictions, supported by an experienced technical team including property-specific experts, positions Exploits Discovery for multiple value creation catalysts in the favorable gold market environment.Learn more: https://www.cruxinvestor.com/companies/exploits-discoverySign up for Crux Investor: https://cruxinvestor.com

The Elephant in the Universe: 100-year search for dark matter Author: Govert Schilling Headline: Particle Physics and Simulations Hunt for the Elusive WIMP The concept of cold dark matter, championed by cosmologists like Jim Peebles, describes particles that interact primarily through gravity but lack electrical charge, meaning they don't interact with light, magnetism, or strong nuclear forces. Their only potential interaction is a rare "bump" into an atomic nucleus via the weak nuclear force. This led to the theoretical candidate known as the Weakly Interacting Massive Particle (WIMP). Experiments at facilities like CERN's Large Hadron Collider, with its massive underground detectors, attempt to create and detect these WIMPsthrough high-energy particle collisions, though none have been found yet. Complementing this, computer simulations, such as IllustrisTNG, successfully model the universe's evolution from its smooth beginning to its current clumpiness, but only when incorporating cold dark matter with specific properties, guiding the ongoing search. . 1957

The South Australian-focused explorer has secured two complementary projects that address key supply security concerns in the global energy transition. The company's flagship Boland project represents a potentially transformative approach to rare earth extraction, targeting dysprosium and terbium through proprietary in-situ recovery (ISR) technology. Managing Director Robert Verco explains the breakthrough: "We are planning on defining a bottom quartile cost source of dysprosium and terbium through a mining process called in-situ recovery. We have fantastic metallurgy - we're getting high recoveries at a pH of five which is the equivalent of a black coffee."This innovative approach has already demonstrated exceptional results at bench scale, producing mixed rare earth carbonate containing 63% total rare earth oxides with minimal acid consumption. The company's unique ionic mineralization enables ISR processing typically associated with uranium extraction, offering significant environmental and economic advantages over conventional rare earth mining methods.Complementing its rare earth strategy, Cobra recently secured an option over the Manilla copper project, featuring historic high-grade intersections of 48 meters at 2.2% copper and 78g/t gold from just 8 meters depth. The porphyry-style system offers potential to extend existing 1.6km mineralization by over five times, with geological characteristics analogous to Australia's most profitable mine, Cadia. The company's strategic positioning addresses growing institutional demand for supply diversification from Chinese-dominated markets. With China controlling 90% of global heavy rare earth supply, Western governments and corporations are actively seeking alternative sources. Cobra's ISR technology for rare earths and near-surface copper-gold mineralization in Australia's stable regulatory environment provides exactly this opportunity.Financial strength underpins the company's development strategy, with recent gold asset divestment generating up to AUD $15 million in non-dilutive funding. This positions Cobra to advance both projects simultaneously while maintaining disciplined capital allocation through structured option agreements that reward discovery success.View Cobra Resources' company profile: https://www.cruxinvestor.com/companies/cobra-resourcesSign up for Crux Investor: https://cruxinvestor.com

Send me a message. If you are interested in helping the Association evaluate their Inspired by Industry programme, sign up here: https://bit.ly/IBIinterestWhat happens when we look beyond textbook projects and expose 11-14 year olds to real industry design challenges? Tony Ryan, Chief Executive of the Design and Technology Association, reveals how they're transforming technical education from the ground up through their ambitious "Inspired by Industry" programme.Six years into his leadership role, Tony shares his passion for rebuilding design education with a fundamentally different approach: focusing on complex problem-solving rather than simply making products. "If we go to government and say, 'You need to back design and technology because we make stuff,' we're finished," he explains. Instead, they're creating resources that develop future innovators who can tackle "gnarly complex problems" with tenacity and creativity. The Association has partnered with over 300 companies to create authentic, challenging design briefs that elevate student expectations. One example involves a professional designer's project creating dinosaur suits – not just costumes, but immersive experiences that teach ergonomics, materials science, and design thinking. These free resources include comprehensive teaching materials with videos featuring young professionals students can aspire to become.Complementing this secondary focus is remarkable growth in primary school engagement, where 20% of English schools now hold membership. Through initiatives like "Projects on a Page" and equipment loan schemes for 3D printers and sewing machines, non-specialist teachers are gaining confidence in delivering high-quality technical education. The work extends beyond resources to research and advocacy. A planned evaluation programme will measure outcomes, providing crucial evidence for lobbying efforts already yielding results – as seen in the recent House of Lords report calling for "urgent action" to address the decline in design education. As Tony puts it, their mission is creating a subject that's "design-driven" and produces students "not afraid of tackling complex problems and not just replicating what's been done before."Explore how the Design and Technology Association is reimagining technical education for a generation that will change careers 16-17 times and interact with technology "at a pretty high level, whether they like it or not." The future of design education starts here.Support the showIf you like the podcast, you can always buy me a coffee to say 'thanks!'Please offer your feedback about the show or ideas for future episodes and topics by connecting with me on Threads @hardy_alison or by emailing me.If you listen to the podcast on Apple Podcasts, please take a moment to rate and/or review the show. Welcome to a fascinating glimpse into the future of public safety happening right now in Dublin. Deputy Chief Greg Lattanzi and Sergeant Andrew Clark join us to reveal how cutting-edge technology is transforming emergency response in our community.Dublin has emerged as a national leader in technologically-enhanced policing, becoming the first law enforcement agency in the country to partner with both schools and the fire department for drone launch sites. The results are remarkable: drones can now be deployed anywhere in the city within 90 seconds, providing critical real-time information during emergencies. What started as a modest program with seven officers and three drones in 2020 has evolved into a sophisticated network of strategically placed docking stations that serve as force multipliers during major events and everyday emergencies alike. But the innovations don't stop there. The City is deploying two 400-pound autonomous security robots that patrol the Rock Cress Parking Garage and Riverside Crossing Park around the clock. These highly visible robots, equipped with two-way communication capabilities to 911 dispatch, serve both as crime deterrents and as additional "eyes" in areas. Complementing these technologies are 22 license plate reading cameras strategically placed throughout Dublin, helping officers quickly identify stolen vehicles and individuals with outstanding warrants while providing valuable investigative data when crimes occur.Behind all this technology stands Dublin's newly formed Business District Unit, focusing specifically on the unique needs of high-density areas like Bridge Park. Using data-driven approaches centered on deploying resources in the "right places, right times and for the right reasons," these specialized officers address everything from traffic concerns to emerging crime patterns. The most powerful takeaway from our conversation? Technology serves the community, not the other way around. As Deputy Chief Lattanzi reminds us: "You're never bothering us. That's what we're here for. We're dedicated to service, fully engaged in public safety." Tune in to discover how Dublin is leading the way in balancing technological innovation with compassionate, community-focused policing.

Michael Barnard hosts Paul Martin and Emiel van Druten in an insightful podcast episode exploring the Netherlands' evolving energy transition scenarios, specifically focusing on strategic planning for 2030 and 2050. Emil van Druten, leading the scenario development at Tennet, collaborates closely with Dutch network operators, leveraging his engineering background to advance pragmatic electrification pathways.Central to the discussion is a recent workshop where Canadian experts provided critical economic validation of the proposed high-electrification strategies. This validation helps anchor ambitious scenarios in realistic economic contexts, highlighting where adjustments might enhance feasibility and efficacy. Complementing these strategic insights was a site visit to the Netherlands' largest operating land-based wind farm—200 MW of wind generation complemented by solar and upcoming battery storage. Detailed discussion covered turbine specifications, operational efficiencies, and the integration potential of such multi-technology sites. The historical context provided by Flevoland's infrastructure evolution underscores the Netherlands' capacity for resilience, particularly with regard to the Afsluitdijk closure dam and sophisticated pumping station operations. Strategically scheduling these pumping stations based on fluctuating energy prices has already achieved substantial operational cost savings, with significant further potential identified through increased automation. The conversation also highlighted acute challenges facing industrial sectors historically dependent on Groningen gas, as the scheduled closure of this major gas field threatens competitiveness. Transition urgency grows, prompting industrial sectors, including major refineries, to rethink energy sourcing strategies and economic positioning within European markets.Biomethane emerges as a notable strategic element, with significant domestic capacity aimed at enhancing industrial processes and providing backup power generation. The strategy prioritizes biomethane for industrial feedstock rather than residential use, capitalizing on its benefits for CO2 enrichment in greenhouse agriculture and nutrient cycling back to farmlands. Maintaining existing methane plants is crucial for ensuring generation reliability, particularly during renewable generation shortfalls anticipated in capacity planning for the early 2030s.Emil and Paul also explore the technological merits of aquifer thermal energy storage (ATES), particularly effective for seasonal heat storage and cooling applications in conjunction with greenhouse operations. Geological advantages and deep drilling expertise have made the Netherlands a leader in this technology, complementing the shift toward optimized heat pump solutions for residential heating. They advocate moving decisively toward all-electric heat pumps over hybrid systems, recommending regulatory adaptations to streamline adoption without imposing expensive building fabric upgrades. Finally, the episode outlines critical regulatory and operational actions needed: automating pumping stations for additional energy savings, revising regulations to facilitate practical heat pump adoption in residential sectors, and addressing persistent regulatory delays hindering district heating initiatives. The insights provided offer a comprehensive blueprint for navigating the complexities and opportunities of the Dutch energy transition.

In this Episode: In this episode of the "Achieve Results NOW!" podcast, hosts Mark Cardone and Theron Feidt welcome back Barb Stone, an entrepreneur, leadership development coach, trainer, speaker, and now an author and TEDx speaker. They discuss Barb's journey since her last appearance on the podcast four years ago, highlighting her significant professional growth. Barb shares her background, starting with 25 years as a senior female leader in manufacturing after earning her MBA. Despite her success, she felt a desire for "more" than just climbing the corporate ladder. This led her to a journey of self-discovery, studying resiliency and positive psychology, getting involved with John Maxwell, and eventually becoming a leadership coach. She emphasizes that her motivation to become a coach stemmed from her own challenging journey as a first-generation American of Polish descent, wishing she had a guide earlier in her life. The conversation then shifts to Barb's new book, "So Much to Drool About: Lessons for Living Large," which combines her coaching wisdom with her passion for Great Danes. She explains how the idea for the book was planted by a client in 2020 and how it evolved into a collection of inspirational stories, each accompanied by an illustration and a wisdom statement. Barb stresses the importance of following one's passion, even if the profitability isn't immediately clear, noting that the book is an investment in herself and a way to share her message. She believes that when you commit to your passion, opportunities will arise, such as speaking engagements and partnerships.  Barb also discusses her target audience for the book, stating it's for anyone from four to 104 years old who seeks inspiration or loves animals. She shares her experience visiting an elementary school to discuss social-emotional learning using her book, demonstrating its broad appeal. She emphasizes that the book's creation process itself, with its many iterations and challenges, mirrors the life lessons it teaches about growth and perseverance. A key takeaway from the discussion is Barb's belief in "leading ourselves first," and how life can "happen through us" when we share our wisdom and experiences to help others. She encourages listeners to "follow the breadcrumbs"—the small signs and opportunities that appear along one's path, especially for aspiring entrepreneurs. To find out more about Barb Stone and her book, listeners are directed to her website, Barbstone.me, where they can purchase the book, sign up for newsletters, and find links to her social media profiles. The hosts commend Barb for her bravery in pursuing her passions and putting her work out into the world Barb Stone Bio: Barbara Stone is a Syracuse, NY-based Entrepreneur, Author, Leadership Development Coach, Trainer, and Speaker, dedicated to empowering individuals to define and achieve their authentic version of success. Her journey is marked by resilience and a passion for helping others.  After a distinguished 25-year career in senior leadership roles within manufacturing, including Executive Vice President and CFO, Barb realized she was living someone else's definition of success. This led her to an intensive study of resilience and positive psychology, understanding that true opportunities are created, not accidental.  In 2018, Barb launched Build Your Path LLC. As a leadership development coach, she now passionately guides individuals, teams, and boards to discover their authentic selves and build a life that truly reflects who they are, challenging the notion that "looking good and getting it right" should lead to performance anxiety. Her personal journey, including overcoming challenges like alopecia and the unexpected loss of her first husband, Bob, has further deepened her commitment to resilience and personal growth.  Complementing her coaching and speaking, Barb is the author of her first book, "So Much to Drool About: Lessons for Living Large," published in April of 2025. Through heartwarming stories inspired by her beloved Great Danes, she shares gentle wisdom on living in the present, embracing life's adventures, and finding joy and gratitude.  Barb's extensive commitment extends into her community. She is a founding member of the CNY Women's Fund and actively contributes to various non-profit organizations, including the NY State Mentoring program and the WISE Women's Business Center. She is a certified ICF coach (CPCC, PCC) and a certified Organization and Relationship Systems coach (ORSCC), and her impactful message has earned her a spot as a TEDx speaker.   Through her multifaceted work, Barbara Stone continues to empower others to forge their unique and fulfilling paths.   Learn more: www.barbstone.me  ARN Suggested Reading: Blessings In the Bullshit: A Guided Journal for Finding the BEST In Every Day – by Mark Cardone & Theron Feidt https://www.amazon.com/Blessings-Bullshit-Guided-Journal-Finding/dp/B09FP35ZXX/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=blessings+in+the+bullshit&qid=1632233840&sr=8-1 Full List of Recommended Books: https://www.achieveresultsnow.com/readers-are-leaders  Questions: 1.   Do you have a question you want answered in a future podcast? 2.   Go to www.AchieveResultsNow.com to submit. For over five decades since the Liberation of Bangladesh and the 1971 India-Pakistan War, the Indian state has had to pay a heavy price to protect the fabric of its democracy and its basic geographical structure in the face of a multiplicity of national security threats. These threats have ranged from constant pressure along its Northern and Western borders from nuclear-armed adversaries, several internal fissures and cracks in Punjab, J&K and the Northeast and a festering problem of Left-Wing Extremism (LWE) across several states. Complementing these internal and border security challenges have been challenges in the neighborhood that have precipitated the deployments of India's military such as in Sri Lanka and Maldives in the late 1980s. Air Vice Marshal Arjun Subramaniam, former fighter pilot and accomplished military historian, explores war and conflict in contemporary India in his latest book, Shooting Straight: A Military Biography of Lt Gen Rostum K. Nanavatty. Moving beyond the traditional discourse of the 1965 and 1971 wars, the book examines modern military challenges through the lens of one of India's most distinguished post-1971 Army commanders. From leading para commandos in Sri Lanka to commanding formations in Siachen, Baramulla, and the Northeast during key crises, and later serving as Northern Army Commander in the aftermath of the 2001 Parliament attack, Nanavatty gained a frontline perspective on hybrid and ‘grey zone' warfare—topics highly relevant today. Joining AVM Subramaniam in a free-wheeling discussion on the changing character of conflict over the past few decades and its implications for India through the lens of Gen Nanavatty is military historian Probal Dasgupta. The discussion will be followed by a Q&A session with the audience. In this episode of BIC Talks, Arjun Subramaniamn will be in conversation with Probal Dasgupta. Interview with Jeff Quartermaine, Managing Direcotr & CEO of Perseus Mining Ltd.Our previous interview: https://www.cruxinvestor.com/posts/perseus-mining-asxpru-gold-operations-deliver-22-profit-growth-6748Recording date: 29th April 2025Perseus Mining Limited (ASX/TSX: PRU) has emerged as one of Africa's most compelling gold investment opportunities, demonstrating exceptional financial strength and a clear growth trajectory. With its March 2025 quarter results revealing cash and bullion reserves of US$801 million, zero debt, and an additional US$300 million in undrawn credit facilities, Perseus stands on remarkably solid financial footing among mid-tier gold producers. The company's operational excellence continues to impress, with quarterly production of 121,605 ounces at a competitive all-in site cost (AISC) of US$1,209 per ounce. This efficiency, combined with strong gold prices averaging US$2,462 per ounce during the quarter, has generated substantial cash margins of US$1,253 per ounce and a notional operating cashflow of US$152 million. Such robust margins highlight Perseus's ability to maximize value from its existing asset base. Most significantly, Perseus has now taken the Final Investment Decision to develop the Nyanzaga Gold Project in Tanzania. This strategic expansion represents a US$523 million investment to develop a large-scale, wholly open-pit operation expected to produce first gold in Q1 2027. Over its initial 11-year mine life, Nyanzaga is projected to produce 2.01 million ounces of gold, with production averaging over 200,000 ounces annually from FY28 to FY35 and peaking at 246,000 ounces. The project's strong economics are reflected in its pre-tax NPV10% of US$404 million and IRR of 26%, figures that improve dramatically at higher gold prices.Complementing the Nyanzaga development is Perseus's commitment to the CMA Underground project at its flagship Yaouré operation in Côte d'Ivoire. This development will make history as Côte d'Ivoire's first mechanized underground mine while extending Yaouré's operational life until at least 2035. With Byrnecut appointed as the specialized underground mining contractor and mobilization already underway, the project is advancing rapidly toward portal development in July 2025.Despite these significant capital commitments, Perseus continues to prioritize shareholder returns through its ongoing A$100 million share buyback program, which was approximately 33% complete at quarter-end. This balanced approach to capital allocation demonstrates management's commitment to creating both immediate and long-term value for investors.Perseus Mining has clearly positioned itself for sustainable growth beyond this decade. CEO Jeff Quartermaine's strategy of building "a sustainable, geopolitically diversified but African-focused gold business involving 3-4 operating mines that produce between 500-600koz of gold per annum" is now coming to fruition. With its exceptional financial position, strong operational performance, and two major growth projects underway, Perseus offers investors exposure to a well-managed gold producer with significant upside potential in a favorable gold price environment.—View Perseus Mining's company profile: https://www.cruxinvestor.com/companies/perseus-miningSign up for Crux Investor: https://cruxinvestor.com

Charting the Three Waves of Legal AI Transformation with Thomson Reuters' Raghu Ramanathan

The Geek In Review

This week we welcome Raghu Ramanathan, President of Legal Professionals at Thomson Reuters, for an insightful discussion on the profound impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on the legal industry. Raghu shares why he believes the legal sector, alongside healthcare, stands at the forefront of the AI revolution. His journey into the legal tech world, driven by the transformative potential of AI, sets the stage for a deep dive into current trends, future predictions, and the strategic initiatives shaping the future of law.Central to the conversation is Raghu's updated perspective on the evolution of law firms, revisiting predictions he first made in 2017. He outlines a compelling framework describing "three waves" of AI adoption currently underway. The first wave, "Optimization," which many firms are experiencing now, focuses on using AI to enhance existing workflows, making tasks faster and more efficient. The second wave, "Re-engineering," involves fundamentally rethinking processes, staffing models (including the traditional pyramid structure), pricing strategies, and the very nature of legal work to leverage AI's capabilities more deeply. Looking further ahead, the third wave anticipates the emergence of entirely "New Business Models."Thomson Reuters is actively navigating and shaping this transformation, particularly through its AI platform, CoCounsel. Raghu highlights the rapid evolution of CoCounsel, emphasizing the continuous development of new "skills"—capabilities ranging from summarization and research to drafting and complex analysis like the innovative "Claims Explorer." He explains TR's strategy involves integrating proprietary data (like Westlaw), client-provided documents, and public information, leveraging advancements in Large Language Models (LLMs) from various providers to deliver comprehensive and powerful AI assistance. Prioritizing new skill development involves balancing significant client value with technical feasibility, constantly informed by close collaboration with innovation-focused customers.Beyond law firms, the conversation explores the crucial role and adoption of AI within the court system. Raghu notes a surprising enthusiasm among courts, driven by the urgent need to address growing case backlogs and enhance access to justice within tight budgets. He points to Thomson Reuters' significant partnerships, including a major agreement to deploy AI tools across the US federal courts and ongoing collaboration with the National Center for State Courts (NCSC), which is fostering education and policy discussions among judges and court staff nationwide. Complementing product innovation, TR's expanded "Customer Success" initiative underscores the importance of user adoption, providing dedicated resources and best practices to help lawyers and legal professionals effectively integrate AI tools into their daily workflows, ensuring technology translates into tangible value.Raghu anticipates that smaller and mid-sized law firms may initially leverage AI more aggressively as a competitive equalizer, pushing larger firms to make bolder, more strategic moves beyond simple optimization. He stresses that the ultimate differentiator for success in the AI era will likely be less about the technology itself and more about effective change management. The rapid pace of AI adoption already witnessed in the legal sector signals that this transformation is not a distant prospect but a present reality reshaping the industry at an unprecedented speed.Listen on mobile platforms:  Apple Podcasts |  Spotify | YouTube[Special Thanks to Legal Technology Hub for their sponsoring this episode.] Blue Sky: @geeklawblog.com @marlgebEmail: geekinreviewpodcast@gmail.comMusic: Jerry David DeCiccaTranscript

The conversation covers topics such as treating the psoas muscle, addressing ticklishness, and managing complex neurological cases. Dr. McMakin also provides insights on using FSM for patients with cancer and emphasizes the importance of comprehensive assessments in identifying the root causes of pain. 01:13 Understanding Voltage-Gated Ion Channels 02:42 FSM and Nerve Pain Treatment 05:59 Case Study: Cavernous Hemangioma 07:42 Nerve Pain Treatment Insights 12:03 Treating the psoas Muscle 17:04 Scarring and Tissue Treatment 18:14 Case Study: Knee Pain Post-Surgery 23:14 Holistic Approach to Pain Treatment 28:12 Addressing Ticklishness in Treatment 30:23 Nerve Inflammation and Pain Management 34:18 Case Study: Ataxic Gait and Neurological Concerns 42:02 Chronic Conditions and Treatment Approaches 47:08 Treating Cancer Patients: Guidelines and Considerations 50:04 Upcoming Courses and Final Thoughts As medical practitioners, it's crucial to constantly refine our approaches to treating conditions like nerve pain, ataxia, and other related dysfunctions. In a recent episode of the Frequency Specific Microcurrent podcast, various experts, including Dr. Carol and Kim Pittis, shared valuable insights that can benefit practitioners seeking to enhance their understanding of nerve-related treatments. Understanding Nerve Pain and Treatment Modalities Dr. Carol emphasizes the complexities of nerve pain treatment, explaining how conditions like postherpetic neuralgia and traction injuries can influence nerve function. Practitioners are encouraged to consider the underlying causes of nerve numbness or hypersensitivity. Dr. Carol suggests the combination of polarizing frequencies and specific microcurrent protocols to address these issues effectively. One primary focus is on using combinations such as 40 Hz and 396 Hz to alleviate inflammation and enhance nerve conductivity. Complementing this approach, Dr. Carol underscores the importance of addressing the surrounding scar tissue, often by applying frequencies such as 13 Hz to reduce adhesions and further alleviate nerve discomfort. Techniques for Addressing Complex Cases Throughout the podcast, both Dr. Carol and Kim Pittis share personal case studies to illustrate treatment strategies. For instance, Dr. Carol describes a particular case wherein a patient developed knee pain post-tummy tuck procedure. Here, the importance of a holistic approach is evident. Realigning the patella and addressing underlying scar tissues from the surgery was pivotal. Additionally, careful inquiry into the patient's history—identifying past surgical or traumatic events—can help in piecing together effective treatment plans. Addressing Ataxia and the Importance of Neurological Assessments In discussing ataxia—an often misunderstood and misdiagnosed condition—Dr. Carol stresses the potential need for thorough assessments beyond standard examinations. She shares anecdotal experiences highlighting that an ataxic gait may stem from spinal, rather than purely cerebral, origins. This revelation points medical practitioners toward the need for detailed diagnostics, including MRI assessments of both the brain and spinal regions. Promoting Safe and Effective Treatment Environments Kim Pittis touches on the critical aspect of patient safety and comfort. Ensuring the nervous system perceives treatment interventions as safe is paramount for achieving lasting results. Furthermore, practitioners are encouraged to adopt a patient-centered approach, considering the individual experiences of pain and discomfort and adjusting treatment protocols accordingly.

Phillip Alexaeev, is the Chief Growth Officer of CrossFi, Cross Finance is a next generation digital ecosystem offering cutting-edge payment solutions. Phillip shares insights into his journey in growth marketing, the importance of building during bear markets, and the innovative ecosystem of CrossFi. He discusses user acquisition strategies, the significance of user confidence, and the future trends in the crypto space, including real-world assets and interoperability.  Why you should listen CrossFi is a decentralized finance (DeFi) platform that blends traditional financial services with blockchain technology, operating on its proprietary Layer 1 blockchain, CrossFi Chain. This infrastructure aims to provide secure, transparent, and efficient financial solutions.  The CrossFi Chain features a modular architecture comprising two key components: a Cosmos-based component for handling consensus, block production, and transaction creation, and an EVM-based component for Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) compatibility, enabling seamless interaction with smart contracts. Within this ecosystem, CrossFi leverages a dual-token model. The Mint Power (MPX) token represents the computing power required for mining XFI coins through staking, while the CrossFi (XFI) token functions as a utility token, granting access to services, decentralized applications (dApps), and products. CrossFi offers a suite of DeFi services, including liquidity provision, staking, and borrowing of algorithmic stablecoins such as xUSD, designed to harness multi-chain benefits and provide users with diverse financial tools. To foster innovation, the CrossFi Foundation supports ecosystem development through grant programs targeting users, developers, creators, and validators. Initiatives like the CrossFi Evolution Hackathon aim to drive innovation and expand the platform's capabilities. Additionally, the platform plans to launch the xAssets decentralized platform, allowing users to mint, trade, and swap synthetic tokens representing real-world assets such as commodities, stocks, and currencies. This feature will offer financial products like margin and options trading, typically available only in traditional markets. Complementing these innovations, CrossFi is developing a crypto banking app and a CrossFi Card, which will provide a full suite of banking services with Web3 security.  By integrating traditional financial instruments with cutting-edge blockchain technology, CrossFi seeks to redefine the financial landscape, delivering decentralized, transparent, and user-centric financial solutions. Welcome to the 7th of 12 episodes where I unshame the houses of the chart with a different guest astrologer for each episode. My guest is Colin Bedell aka QueerCosmos! I am so honored and excited that Colin said Yes to this because he's my favorite astrologer talking about relationships.  To the ancients, the 7th House was called The House of Setting, because it represents the western horizon at the moment of birth.   Here we're discussing how shame can show up in the department of life we call the 7th House, which includes:  - one-on-one legal contracts like marriage, business partners, therapist-patient - one-on-one energetic contracts (who's agreeing to what in this relationship)  - enemies  - significant others  - psychological projections  - buyers in a purchase or the other party in a negotiation  - how we understand ourselves in counterpoint to another person's perspective  Colin Bedell is a bestselling author, speaker, and media expert on astrology and relationships. As the cofounder of QueerCosmos (a comparative Astrological resource for LGBTQIA+ folks), Colin is committed to updating ideas on identity, relationships, and spirituality that are inclusive to a wider range of racial, sexual, and gender diversity. Which is why Well & Good Magazine listed Colin as one of the most influential people in the wellness industry and as a 2020 Innovator. Complementing his work with QueerCosmos, Colin writes weekly horoscopes for Cosmopolitan.com. Colin's been featured on Good Morning America, New York Magazine, MTV, and TLC's show Stargazing, and Colin is a season regular Astrologer on  “Written In The Stars,” which premiered November 2022 on Discovery Plus.  Additionally, Colin is working towards certification by The Relational Life Therapy Institute to become a Couple's Coach where he can integrate astrological approaches with leading theories, models, methods, and skills for healthy relationships. Follow Colin on Instagram.  To go deeper with the sign at your 7th House, I recommend investing in the Living the Signs workbook for that sign. +++ Learn about Cave Space - we begin 10/22! Hello there listeners! We have a special issue today ft our good friend Jeremy from The Geekly Grind interviewing the incredibly talented Tom Scioli for his latest book Godzilla's Monsterpiece Theater! Here are Jeremy's words prefacing his interview with Tom: "I'm always stunned by the breadth and depth of talent to be found in the comic industry…as well as the opportunities to pursue visually and thematically interesting stories. So, when I saw a unique issue come into my inbox in the form of Godzilla's Monsterpiece Theater, which pits a handful of classic literary figures like Gatsby, Sherlock Holmes, Jules Verne and others against Godzilla, the Grandfather of all Kaiju, my curiosity was more than piqued.  Complementing this unique story was an aesthetic in the vein of comics from the late 1950s to early 1960s, and both the story and art were brought to life by Tom Scioli. I had a chance to chat with Mr. Scioli about this recent work, so take a listen!" A massive thank you to Tom Scioli for taking the time to sit down for this interview as well as Jeremy for providing such a great interview for our listeners. You have a super-power, too!
