Episode 009 of Far East Taste opens in peak form with tight Tech House cuts like Music P's “Dance For Me” and ELRA's “Feel The Music,” before diving into the melodic drive of NIIKO x SWAE, Honey & Badger's “Automatic” and Andrea Calabria's “In This Dream.” As the energy unfolds, the set drifts into deeper and more emotive territory — Vintage Culture & Noah Kulaga's “Upon Your Skin” and PLS&TY & Nu-La's “Carry The Light” bring soaring atmospheres and vocal warmth, while my own collaboration with Jordan Grace, “Drifting Away,” adds a melodic pop edge to the journey. The finale embraces the groove of Disco, Deep, and Piano House, with standout selections like Shakedown's “At Night” (Purple Disco Machine Remix) and DJ Fudge's “Love X Love” (Michael Gray Remix), delivering soulful hooks and timeless house vibes. Recorded in Tokyo, this episode of Far East Taste captures the global house spectrum — from underground energy to melodic euphoria — all tied together with a forward-driving edge. ⚡️Like the Show? In this study, we explore Jesus' confrontation with the Pharisees. He called them hypocrites, but why? They promoted following the traditions, which is exactly what they did. So where's the hypocrisy? Learning the true meaning of hypocrisy is crucial for learning how to be truly clean before God. My sermons are the fruit of nearly 30 years of pastoral ministry, biblical counseling, formal seminary training, and a lifelong passion for God's Word. Since childhood, I've been drawn to the beauty and power of expository preaching—opening Scripture verse by verse and applying it to real life. After graduating from Moody Bible Institute, I spent the next 27 years serving as a youth pastor, senior pastor, church planter, and host of the Food For Your Soul radio broadcast. Along the way, I also earned a Master of Sacred Literature and a Doctor of Religious Studies. For more content from D. Richard Ferguson, visit TreasuringGod.com. In this sermon, Pastor Jim talks about how easy it is for us to become distracted by the world around us and how we slowly lose sight of God. But God is never too far away. He is always ready for us to come back to him!Read along with us in Hebrews 2:1-9
In this episode we dive deeper into our current sermon series based on Hebrews 2:1-4 on Christians and drift. Why and how do people drift away from Christ? Can you drift too far to come back? How does someone come back from drifting? How do we prevent others and ourselves from drifting? We also answer a listener question related to church and drift.

In this sermon, Pastor Dorrell explores the sobering lessons from the Book of Judges, emphasizing the ease with which faith can fade through disobedience. He examines the Israelites' cycle of straying from God and suffering the consequences, highlighting how their compromises with the Canaanites led to spiritual corruption. This narrative serves as a cautionary tale for modern believers, urging them to maintain spiritual integrity and resist worldly temptations. Pastor Dorrell reminds listeners of the importance of generational faith and seeking God's guidance to prevent spiritual downfall, reinforcing the idea that God extends grace to the humble and resists the proud.Eastland is a Place to Belong Eastland Baptist Church is located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Hey friends, Chase here. Today, I want to talk about something we all face at some point—the moment when what once felt like a dream becomes a trap. It's a tough place to be, but if we can recognize it early, we can turn it into an opportunity for growth and reinvention. When Success Becomes Stifling Back in 2010, I co-founded CreativeLive with a simple but ambitious idea: to give the world access to free, world-class creative education. We started small, but over time, we grew to serve tens of millions of people and raised more than $60 million from top-tier investors like Richard Branson, Reid Hoffman, and Google Ventures. At first, my unconventional background as a creator—not an MBA—was celebrated. I brought a personal brand and a community along for the ride, and it seemed like a competitive advantage. But eventually, the pressure to conform crept in. The same people who once admired my unique approach began questioning it. The Subtle Drift Away from Purpose What started as small adjustments in how I operated became a slow drift off course. It wasn't dramatic at first—just a few degrees off. But after walking that path for long enough, I found myself far from where I wanted to be. The very thing I had built to inspire creativity felt stifling and uncreative. And here's the thing—this story isn't unique to me. It happens to many of us. The artist who becomes a manager. The entrepreneur buried in spreadsheets. The corporate climber who wakes up one day and wonders how they got there. If you've ever felt that way—or if you do in the future—this is for you. Signs It's Time for a Change Listen to Your Gut When something feels off for too long, it's your gut telling you it's time to move. Ignoring that voice comes with real consequences—stress, poor health, and a fog that clouds your creativity and joy. Nothing Lasts Forever Even the most exciting roles can run their course. Dreams change, and that's okay. Letting go of a title or identity that no longer serves you is hard, but it's often necessary for growth. Build Your Escape Pod Early Don't wait for a crisis to figure out your next move. Start building skills, connections, and momentum now. When it's time to make a change, you'll be ready to transition on your terms—not out of desperation. Embrace Change as a Constant Change is inevitable. It's uncomfortable, but it's almost always a catalyst for something better. When you start hearing that little voice whispering about a new chapter, don't ignore it. Trust it. Your future self will thank you. Until next time, take care and keep pushing toward what feels true and right for you. Enjoy!

Hebrews 2:1-9 – The Urgent Warning Against Drifting AwayIn this episode of Divine Table Talk, Jamie and Jane explore Hebrews 2:1-9, where we receive a critical warning about the danger of drifting away from our faith. They discuss why it's essential to stay anchored in Christ, the role of angels in God's plan, and how Jesus humbled Himself to bring salvation to humanity. Tune in for deep biblical insights and practical ways to stay firmly rooted in God's truth.Verses For Today's Study:Hebrews 2:1-9: We must pay the most careful attention, therefore, to what we have heard, so that we do not drift away. For since the message spoken through angels was binding, and every violation and disobedience received its just punishment, how shall we escape if we ignore so great a salvation? This salvation, which was first announced by the Lord, was confirmed to us by those who heard him. God also testified to it by signs, wonders and various miracles, and by gifts of the Holy Spirit distributed according to his will. It is not to angels that he has subjected the world to come, about which we are speaking. But there is a place where someone has testified: “What is mankind that you are mindful of them, a son of man that you care for him? You made them a little lower than the angels; you crowned them with glory and honorand put everything under their feet.” In putting everything under them, God left nothing that is not subject to them. Yet at present we do not see everything subject to them. But we do see Jesus, who was made lower than the angels for a little while, now crowned with glory and honor because he suffered death, so that by the grace of God he might taste death for everyone____________________________________Connect with Jamie:Website: www.jamieklusacek.comInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/jamieklusacekConnect with Jane:Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/janewwilliams____________________________________ Get Jamie's Newest Book:Living Loved: An 8-week Journey to Living Fully Loved

On this episode we talk about how drifting away happens. How we try to make time for God by planning it out in advance but it never goes as planned. How we could do better to have more discipline and build a better relationship with the Lord.
