When an organization is trapped in survival mode, it doesn't just face external pressure. It suffers an internal collapse of energy, creativity, and coherence. Chronic stress becomes the culture, innovation dries up, and people burn out trying to keep the lights on. But just as individuals can heal from trauma, so can organizations, if leaders are willing to shift from constant doing to conscious being. In this episode of the Happiness Squad Podcast, Ashish Kothari and Mieke Jacobs explore how energy mastery and systemic intelligence can help leaders break free from the freeze response, reconnect to purpose, and restore wholeness to their teams and systems, unlocking the kind of flourishing that outlasts any crisis.Mieke Jacobs is a Belgium-based leadership advisor serving as Transformational Faculty and Senior Executive Coach at Mobius Executive Leadership. Drawing on two decades at DuPont in operations and large-scale change, she now guides executive teams worldwide with systemic intelligence and energy mastery. Mieke is also the author of Poet Assassin and co-author of Emergent: The Power of Systemic Intelligence to Navigate the Complexity of M&A.This episode is your invitation to lead differently by slowing down, tuning in, and trusting that wisdom lives not in doing more, but in being fully present.Things you will learn in this episode:• What happens when leaders create space for silence and stillness• Practical energy mastery tools for leaders and facilitators• Why systemic intelligence is essential for modern leadership• Rituals to shift team energy—songs, silence, and charged fields• How to spot invisible dysfunctions hidden in your company's “order”• Ways to create workplaces that energize rather than depleteStop chasing productivity and start leading with presence, energy, and wholeness. Is God in the Temple? Or in the Heavens?

Psalm 19 is a beloved Psalm that answers three essential questions we humans must answer. The questions are: 1. Is there a God? 2. Has He revealed his will for his creation? 3. How am I to respond to His disclosure. Let's discover David's answers to these questions and be amazed and then follow his example of examination of his heart and words.
TODAY'S TREASUREThe heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they reveal knowledge. They have no speech, they use no words; no sound is heard from them. Yet their voice goes out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world.Psalm 19:1-4 NIVSend us a comment!Support the show
You're a Christian, and that's a good thing? Something we should all aspire to become??Those of us who disagree, do so because you, CHRISTian, walk a paradoxical lyfe! Preach but don't perform, judge by but do not abide by the same..?Some would also purport then, that you don't truly LOVE [a supreme] God. Lemme guess, you wholeheartedly disagree? Ok well, l
David Devenish continues our preaching series which is called "Pray Like...". It explores the different prayers from people throughout the Old Testament. The title of this week's preach is "Rend the Heavens and Come Down - Pray like Isaiah". This preach was recorded at our Putnoe congregation.

Haggai promised Zerubbabel that God would endorse his leadership against all future enemies. The Lord declared He would shake the heavens and overthrow opposing kingdoms and install Zerubbabel like a signet ring. The unredeemed world will always resist God. As God shook the heavens in defense of Zerubbabel, He will do once more in a day yet to come. When Jesus comes as Judge of the world, every mountain and island will be moved out of their place. One day, every knee will bow and every tongue confess that Jesus is Lord. All will do this unto Him as their Savior or as their Judge. In The Heavens Declare, the first message in the Psalms of Summer series, we explore Psalm 19 and discover that God is glorious, so we don't have to fear others. Through the beauty of creation and the power of Scripture, God reveals Himself to us and invites us to respond with repentance. David shows us that the fear of the Lord frees us from the trap of people-pleasing and the idol of approval. Ultimately, God's revelation leads to redemption through Jesus—the Word made flesh—who was rejected so we could be accepted. When we see His glory, we live in true freedom.

Look to the Heavens: Faith in God's Promise Today's Homily centers on the dramatic and symbolic covenant scene between God and Abraham, . . . . . . emphasizing Abraham's deep faith despite his childlessness. God showed Abraham the stars in the sky and made a covenant with him. This faith was counted as righteousness. The Homily draws a parallel between this Old Testament covenant and the new covenant brought by Jesus, whose sacrifice offers complete forgiveness and eternal life. Jesus' Covenant Unlike the promise of a physical homeland, Jesus' covenant offers a heavenly one. The Homily encourages listeners to trust in God's promises, especially during fear or uncertainty, by figuratively “looking to the heavens” and believing in God's faithful presence, even when the fulfillment of His promises may not align with our expectations. Listen to Look to the Heavens: Faith in God's Promise ----------------------------------------------------------- Quote From The Homily Look to the heavens and believe that God is there. Look to the heavens and believe that in Jesus God's promises will come true. Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow. Certainly not in the exact way you want them. Sorry Charlie. It isn't going to be that way because his plan is so much bigger. But for us to have trust to hope. ----------------------------------------------------------- God‘s Covenant with Abraham . . . Generative AI refers to a recent approach in artificial intelligence that involves the creation of AI-generated art. This innovative technique utilizes a potent AI computer to generate images based on textual prompts or instructions. The resulting output is an AI-generated image, representing one interpretation of a given concept, such as God Showing Abraham the Stars in the Sky in this particular instance. ----------------------------------------------------------- Gospel Reading: Matthew 7: 15-20 First Reading: Genesis 15: 1-12, 17-18

Mandy shares how her shifting purpose in life led to several vastly different careers, and how she honed her personal and professional values into catchy mantras along the way. After identifying her coaching superpower, she was able to help others unlock theirs to find their purpose. Nada and Mandy reflect on what it means to be enough and how the 13 Sucky Commandments prevent us from seeing our wholeness.Learn more about Mandy's work at www.mandylehto.com. I must fixate on my mistakes and even point them out to others. 2. I must disbelieve compliments. They're just being nice. Or they want something. 3. I must constantly feel like I don't fit in. 4. I must avoid burdening anyone with my requests for help and support. 5. I must stay in perpetual busyness to avoid irrelevance. 6. I must avoid rest and relaxation – or at least feel twisted with guilt whilst doing it. 7. I must be excellent, but never enjoy or celebrate any wins. Next! 8. I must find constant fault with my appearance and fixate on my flaws. 9. I must put myself under extreme pressure to be exceptional, to outrun ordinariness and mediocrity. But (see 7) it's a game I'll never win. 10. I must find others' shares of vulnerability endearing and human, but the same rules do not apply to me. Heavens, no! 11. I must defer happiness to the future, for when I've earned it. That's code for ‘never,' but yeah, tough... 12. I must avoid the frivolity of feelings, especially anger (so unbecoming.) 13. I must constantly compare myself to others and obsess on all the ways in which I'm losing. And a loser. What would it feel like To Run the World? The Soviet rulers spent the Cold War trying desperately to find out. In To Run The World: The Kremlin's Cold War Bid for Global Power, Sergey Radchenko provides an unprecedented deep dive into the psychology of the Kremlin's decision-making. He reveals how the Soviet struggle with the United States and China reflected its irreconcilable ambitions as a self-proclaimed superpower and the leader of global revolution. This tension drove Soviet policies from Stalin's postwar scramble for territory to Khrushchev's reckless overseas adventurism and nuclear brinksmanship, Brezhnev's jockeying for influence in the third world, and Gorbachev's failed attempts to reinvent Moscow's claims to greatness. Perennial insecurities, delusions of grandeur, and desire for recognition propelled Moscow on a headlong quest for global power, with dire consequences and painful legacies that continue to shape our world. "Nike Sneakers and Poison: The Mass Suicide That Shocked the World"Thirty-nine bodies. Purple shrouds. Nike sneakers. And a charismatic leader who convinced his followers that death was their ticket to an alien spaceship. This is the chilling story of Heaven's Gate – the most shocking mass suicide in American history, orchestrated by a castrated madman who transformed lonely souls into willing corpses. Marshall Applewhite didn't just lead a cult; he engineered the perfect death machine, using space-age mythology and twisted religious doctrine to convince intelligent people to drink poison and die with smiles on their faces. We'll expose the horrifying psychological manipulation that turned computer programmers into suicide volunteers, the bizarre castration rituals that preceded the final act, and the methodical planning that turned a mansion into a death factory. From the group's origins as UFO believers to their final video messages recorded hours before mass death, discover how Applewhite weaponized hope itself, promising salvation through self-destruction. Featuring never-before-released police footage from inside the death house, the cult's own recordings documenting their descent into madness, and expert analysis of how seemingly rational people chose mass suicide over earthly existence. This episode reveals the terrifying truth about how easily the human mind can be reprogrammed for death – and why some monsters don't need to pull the trigger when they can convince others to do it themselves.

In this in-depth Shabbat lesson taught by Kerry Battle of Ahava~Love Assembly, we break down Psalms 19, 20, and 21 with power, clarity, and 100% Scripture. No religion. No tradition. Just pure truth from the Word of Yahuah.
Yes! You are in! Just like Mother's Day, Father's Day can be a tough time for most. For many of you did not have the best parents. How do I know that? I ask...plus Rom 3:23. Yet there is a solution that some of you leverage that can guarantee you have the Ultimate Father. Here you go...If you dig that opening hook that is Marcus Rogers, best life. Ok, reflection time. Good dad or bad dad? Probably somewhere in the middle. Here's a good test. When you walk down the card aisle, can you pick any of those cards? The sappiest of the sappiest. Oh Dad, you are the greatest! #1 Dad! If you can't, you are not alone. In fact, I would say you are in the majority of this broken planet. Survey of FriDudes says that about 75% did not have the best dad. You see that's the key fact. We live on a broken planet. Even if your parents were good, they weren't perfect. How do I know that? Rom 3:23. So when my kids take something to me (I have 3 kids with my wife Lori of 30+ years), if I have my A game, I'll ask them, did you take this to your Ultimate Father first? As for me, I'm far from perfect. I've dug many holes. Granted, I can also teach them what not to do (avoid my mistakes). On top of that, my mood can vary. That can swing advice. No matter what your earthly Dad was/is, you do have a perfect Heavenly Father. The Ultimate Power Source. The Creator of Heavens and Earth. You don't think He knows best? My best decisions came when I put Him first. My worst decisions came when I put myself first. It is that simple of an equation.Your choice and freedom to who you put First. My earthly Dad got that. He didn't have the best earthly dad. In fact, he had a violent alcoholic dad. How did my dad change course? You can actually hear his story. Click here in the show description for that link...https://www.fridudes.com/podcast/episode/4a190612/fathers-flaws-jon-denzel-maya-and-the-way-what-works-and-doesnt-in-lifeNow go love, your Ultimate Heavenly Father and Guide. Next, love others, such as your flawed parents. So if they need mercy and grace, surely I say, you will need grace and mercy too.
In this message from Psalm 19, Pastor Daniel explores how creation itself proclaims the glory of God and reveals His presence to every person, in every place, at all times. Through vivid imagery and practical application, he challenges listeners to cultivate an intentional awareness of God by observing the natural world and recognizing the message it continually preaches. Just as a product's packaging says something about its designer, the universe reflects its Creator—inviting us to marvel, praise, and reflect His glory in our own lives.Eastland is a Place to Belong Eastland Baptist Church is located in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
